Special thanks to Nadia! Booked last minute and she brought my 2-year-old balayage back to life by adding more caramel subtle highlights. If you’re seeking a brunette warm look then consider her. Cost was average for the city. Nadia took her time with me; she painted carefully almost every strand and I have a lot of hair! Thick and medium to be exact. She was patient and deeply lather in the toner and shampoo to bring out the best of my colors. She was polite, offering drinks and let me charged my phone. Only thing I’d suggest is to write a detailed instruction beforehand in a translator if you want specific things for your hair. For me my English might have been too fast for her sometimes. But don’t underestimate her! She is caring and experienced! Plus the beautiful tiny salon sits in the heart of Ams where you hear the tram bells ring and the tourists passing by while being pampered.

Mijn haar van vaal bruin weer terug naar blond laten verven. Ik heb niet altijd even veel vertrouwen in kappers, maar ik ben enorm tevreden over deze kapper! Neemt echt de tijd en doet precies wat je zegt. Erg mooi natuurlijk de haarkleur laten overlopen (bayalage) en nu - een halfjaar later - nog steeds tevreden mee! Ook het knippen doet ze top. Jolanta zelf heeft mij geknipt en geverfd en nam hier uitgebreid de tijd voor. Zeker een aanrader, fijne sfeer ook! Over de prijs ben ik ook enorm te spreken. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Het viel mij op dat deze kapper iets onder de absurde bedragen lag van sommige kappers tegenwoordig, maar daar valt in de kwaliteit het verschil niet van af te lezen!

Worst haircut ever. Don't know what it is, that, while still being at a hairdresser, it's always hard to tell, if it's good or not. When finishing off, I thought: okay, not quite but it's fine. However, after 1 day and giving a wash, it's clear how badly it falls. I wanted a bob with the hair longer in the front. Actually the hair's shorter front, especially on the right side, and there's a weird corner cut in to the line. generally, what she intended as layers (?) rather looks like some animal has gnawed off the bottom. further, left and right aren't the same length. what to say? maybe it's only recommendable to go to her with long hair. well, luckily hair grows again.

Wonderful woman with great skills. Friendly service with a hot drink and they take your coat for you. She gave me good advice because I asked for it and treated my hair well. Her head massage wasn't super long but it was VERY nice. I recommend this place. They try to accommodate everyone. There was a mother with a baby here and they helped them out best they could. I wasn't happy about the crying but it shows that they care and do their best. I'll add before and after pictures of my hair. I had a cut, colour and styling where she straightened my hair.

Recently went for a haircut after researching a lot. The place is extremely neat and clean. However, I wouldn't rate the haircut very highly. Probably, they hired someone new and even after explaining multiple times, I did not get the cut that I wanted. Price and location is really good. Also, I am happy with the wash,blowdry and styling. I was going to an event and they styled my hair really well, for which Idgive 5 stars. But the haircut in itself missed the mark.

I’ve been to 7 hairdressers in Amsterdam and even had my hair burned off with bleach by one salon who didn’t know my hair type. I am so happy I found Jolanta. She really took time to understand my hair and know what to do in order to my hair color last longer. She actually used a technique that 2 other hair colorists did not use on my bleached blonde hair going darker. She has a welcoming energy and her prices are great for the quality. Highly recommend going!

In the heart of the city is this salon, jolanta is fantastic, she always gives you a lot of advice on hair care, she was amazing with the color of my hair, which always looks healthy, the atmosphere inside the shop is very friendly and relaxing , I have been going there for more than one year and for me she is the best hairdresser in Amsterdam I recommend her to everyone, I am always satisfied and happy with my hair

Went in with peachy pink-ish and orange roots after a spontaneous self experiment I had done two weeks ago. Was very sad because I thought I couldn’t go back to being a blonde like I had previously been but Nadia worked for hours very carefully on my hair and managed to turn them into a beautiful platinum blonde that I was very happy with, even if it was difficult to achieve it. Very happy with my experience!

I had a hair coloring session with Nadia. She is professional and did a nice job with my hair color. It was an even color with 100% grey hair coverage. My previous hair color was a milk chocolate brown but the new color was quite dark compared to that. I would have preferred a lighter brown shade than what turned out in the end. Nevertheless, the overall hair treatment was nicely and properly done.

On point as always! I came with bunch of inspirations and expectation, and what I love about Jolanta is how she always listen and advise according to the realistic goals. This time I did balayage and couldn't be happier. Color is on point <3 and I am ready for summer. Atmosphere is always so relaxing and those 3 hrs passed without even realising it. And there is always some treat with coffee ;D

Walk in customer who was in search of a urgent hair cut! Nadia has cut my curls beautifully into a fresh coupe that suits my face and evened out my own wrongfully cut hair cut LOL. I had to go to the first available hairdresser in Amsterdam as the previous day I gad my worst haircut of my life and was super bad and not straight. I even booked a wrong treatment but she accepted me even if she had no time . I really appreciate that she fixed my hair. She did an amazing straight haircut which I love . Thank you so much . The salon was able to accommodate me last minute after another salon botched my blow dry! I feel very sorry I don't recall the name of the stylist who helped me, only that she was blonde & Ukranian, however she was very sweet and was able to flat iron my hair to a more presentable style. Nice cleanse and beautiful cut. Treatment time was supposed to be 1 h 15 minutes, but it was over in about 30 minutes. Since hair mask was included, I think it should be left for at little longer to do it's work.
