Called the owner Mike late on Tuesday night with a crawl space full of water. He immediately came out and got two pumps going. Fixed a major issue in a timely fashion! Awesome, friendly service. My client paid this plumber a deposit. He did less than 10% of the work and never returned to complete the job. He has not responded to texts or phone calls. He refused a certified attorney demand letter. I have since realized he has a criminal history. He also works for Kinetico. BEWARE!
