Always so rude I continued to take my service until today they wouldn't except my card so I politely said I'd go get cash out next door at walgreens come back in the store and they put all my stuff back said they didn't think I was coming back... well for one I had NOTHING to hide about the card being my husbands card so of course I'd come back I say then I'll go somewhere else and they simply say okay not apologize just okay... like really that's the type of customer service you should be giving placing judgment and not caring to make your customers happy!!! Well I'm done with that store and hope they improve there attitudes toward people spending money at there store

Rudest manager I’ve EVER seen. A bottle rang up much higher than their display showed so I ask to get it refunded (cheaper at Total Wine anyway). He stomped over and shook his head. Extremely disrespectful. Then he couldn’t figure out how to refund it. Stunk of pot and was SO RUDE! I don’t drink a beer before I go into work so if you can’t figure out how to use the register wasted wait until after work for extracurricular activities loser. Heading to TOTAL WINE to get the Clase Azul for my best friends housewarming gift. Better prices elsewhere anyway. NEVER stepping foot in this place again and will let everyone I know as well. #CUSTOMERSFIRST

Fabulous selection of spirits, from Japanese whiskey to locally made gin, and a lovely assortment of nearly everything in between. Also, they have many craft beer choices available... from Pacific Northwest and Pacific islands to locally crafted... a wonderland of choices. The staff are exceedingly helpful; they know their products and will provide sound advice; if there is something they don't have, they will look into special ordering. They may not always be the lowest price, but you will come away pleased with the advice, satisfied with the service and peace of mind knowing you are helping to keep a small, local business up and running.

Always typically support a local business. But during the pandemic they were so rude. I was the only one in the store and I pulled my mask down below my nose and mouth while I was looking at beer, The lady behind the register watched me and walked across the entire store just to tell me to wear a mask. They were literally the only Business in the northeast heights that was super crazy about wearing masks. I have a lung condition and hard time breathing in masks. It is not the job of small business to enforce a worthless mask mandate. Smiths is close and much more friendly, Stoneface is another great option.

Good old Kelly's. I'm never disappointed when I walk in to this place. Usually, I know what I'm looking for before I walk in and usually I find it. Recently, the attendant was able to help me find some Nikka whiskey that I was there to purchase and he recommended that I try one of the other Nikka whiskeys that he was unfortunately out of. He asked his manager if they had any in the back and we were able to score a bottle and they did not disappoint. Smooth and cool to the taste, I mean WOW! Check out Kelly's and dont be afraid to ask for suggestions, you might be surprised!

Went to this Kelly's for the 1st time yesterday and I was highly impressed at there selection of spirits. To have the Nikka Whiskey in the barrel(which is only sold in Japan) on hand was impressive by far. It's not a small store like the other Kelly's in ABQ but we'll worth going to. I'll be back for Blantons & Eagle Rare 10 year. The clerk was very knowledgable on different spirits too which is a plus. If total wine doesn't have it, jubilation doesn't have it, this Kelly's is a sure bet. The prices were average for the more exclusive hard to find spirits too.

I have to write a glowing review of this place because several reviews here aren't completely accurate. The two clerks were very informed of what they have, friendly, talkative, and helpful in a way that they'll go out and look for things you're looking for. I went in to check out their beer selection, and was blown away by how much more they had than what the Google reviews suggest. I highly recommend this place for your weekend imbibes, or just to find a new brew for a weekday evening. Give these guys a shot!

I just came in to Kelly liquor store to buy some peach crown and the lady with the turquoise hair was extremely rude from the second I walked in. Once I went to check out she ID’d my friend and I both and wouldn’t accept my ID because it wasn’t vertical because I’m from Texas and Texas doesn’t require vertical ID’s. I researched some and New Mexico doesn’t require it either. She was so rude. My boyfriend went in to purchase the liquor for me and they didn’t even ID him. Totally ridiculous how they stereotype.

I was in the store with a friend while she was purchasing something. She went to the register and the lady (with tourquise hair) asked for both of our IDs. Before I could get my ID out she told my friend she couldn't buy it becusse her ID was vertical even tho it was from Texas. I asked if I could purchase it instead and she said no. We went out to the car and her boyfriend went in to buy something and he didn't get carded. The lady was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Love this liquor store! 1 of my favorite in town. They have a good selection. I've tried some new drinks that I've never even heard of, which were fantastic. I originally stopped here looking for a cream based moonshines that I had drank in another state. They didn't have them at the time, but they have some now! All you have to do is ask and they will at least try. Over the top customer service! A+++

Great customer service, the staff is very knowledgeable on all levels of the merchandise. Staff is always welcoming and very nice. Kelly Liquor is my go to store for all my Liquor needs especially when I know my health is number one, masks are required to go into the establishment it is a clean conscious place where I feel safe. While I was in the store this morning one of the cashiers politely but firmly refused to sell to a woman because he believed she was impaired. The customer left without incident but I was THRILLED he had the excellent judgment to realize she shouldn't have been buying alcohol and refused to sell to her. BTW the other clerks were helpful and friendly, too!

Not too helpful, if you need help, just go to the register. They won't actually help, but that's where they all hang out and chat. Used to have a better selection of beer in bombers, not sure if it's covid or they just don't stock as much. Found what I was looking for at total wine.

JoJo, Valerie and the guys at this location are aces!! They have a great variety of beer, wine and spirits, and a knowledgeable staff who can tell you all about them. Great variety and great service. You can't go wrong shopping at this Kelly's location for your booze needs.

I had to stock up on a variety of liquors, all of which were available. On the way out, I had a mishap in the parking lot and my shopping cart tumbled over. I saved most of my precious cargo, but lost a four pack of ginger beer, which the store graciously replaced for me.

Who would think you could give a liquor store a great review. Kelly's liquor on Eubank in the Mountain Run shopping plaza is superb with our neighborhood needs and their employees bring a great sense of humor and customer service. I love that store. Bravo guys.

I dont shop here because they close way too early. Bad business practices. They probably lost a lot of money since covid and will shut down. Plus there's always 3 people in there just standing around.

Friendly and knowledgeable, Kelly Liquors has a wide selection of alcohol and a great selection of whisk(e)y. The staff will also help make amazing suggestions if you are looking for something new.

Clean and organized and the staff was friendly. Decent selection of Bourbon but nothing really stood out. Did purchase Woodford reserve double oaked as I did not want to walk out empty handed.
