Went to pick up my package on 08/10/22 at about 11:30 am. No issues with the condition of the package but I was taken aback by the attitude of the staff member about my name. She asked for my last name and couldn't find the parcel with that one, to which she went on to comment that there is a parcel for someone but she "isn't sure what it is cause she wouldn't even consider it a name or a surname ". It was on my first name and I don't see the reason for her frustration cause I helped her with what she asked for- my last name. It's 2022 and I'd expect cultural competency and respect for diversity from a customer service personnel of a reputed company such as Kennards.

We had to ring around a couple of Kennards locations to find a last-minute solution for a few cars, they were all super polite and helpful and went out of their way figure out the best option for us and sent us to the Mile End location. The crew here were amazing, so helpful, the whole experience was easy as. Also thanks Owen for helping so much after I forgot to let them know we’d taken the cars away again!!

I've used this facility a couple of times over the past year and the team are really easy to deal with. Owen and Trish have been helpful in picking out the right size unit for me, ensuring registration was straight forward and even responding to the ad hoc queries (boxes, locks etc.) on short notice which has made a big difference when facing the pressures of moving. Thanks for a seamless experience!

I cannot talk highly enough about the Service, Staff and Cleanliness of the MILE END Kennards Self Storage! Owen and Trish have been so helpful, considerate and full of great ideas with our storage needs! Their prices with the furniture covers and locks are very competitive at a one stop shop! I have used storage facilities before, but this place is THE BEST OF THE BEST! I recommend this site!

I was with them for 3 years and I can say they were great! Many ways to pay and pay easily, the staff were SO SO lovely and willing to help! It’s very secure and I never worried about the things I stored there. My only complaint was once a year they raised to price by $70 of my storage shed, however it’s not that big an issue considering the 24/7 access and security you’re offered.

Trish is so lovely and very helpful, helped me sort out everything with my storage unit as well as a lock and access code! I have never had a problem accessing my storage unit but if I was to encounter any issues I have no doubt that Trish and Owen would be able to help. I have been a customer for a month and have nothing but positive things to say about KSS Mile End!

What a great service! Very straightforward, no hidden cost or fees, no hassling, nothing! 100% stress free service! You pay for what you book, you drop off the items and you pick them up. As simple as that. Not to mention the GREAT customer service. Honestly, they have a perfect review score and it is very well deserved. I will recommend this any time!

Ditto to all the comments below. Fantastic, friendly service. These guys get customer service just about better than anyone I've come across. Great work Trish & Owen! To be honest, we didn't up going with them (only because we were able to secure storage in a friend's empty garage). Having said that, I still feel compelled to write this testimonial.

It is a great storage facility, very clean and accessible. They even have trollies of all types for you to borrow to help unload your vehicle. You also have the option for no additional cost to have items posted directly to the storage facility. These additional items make it a very easy facility and helpful for any business.

These guys really care about customer service. They are really helpful and have good storage lockers of various sizes to suit all needs. Access etc is easy and very secure. The shop is well stocked with everything you need for moving and open quite a lot of the time. Friendly staff and really convenient. Thank you.

I had contents in storage with Kennards Mile End for over 4 years whilst living overseas. The customer service was excellent with emails answered promptly and efficiently. The storage facility itself is secure and well maintained and my unit was reasonably priced for its size. Highly recommended.

I had to get into storage after covid hit and all the campgrounds closed. It was an extremely stressful situation and kennards went above and beyond to help me. I mostly dealt with Jamie and he made me feel like apart of the family. I highly recommend kss - mile end for all your storage needs.

Our daughter lives in Stanley st, North Adelaide. Kennard, Mile End is the perfect location for us to store our caravan when visiting the family for a few weeks. The staff were fantastic, we could come and go with the security of the coded gate. Highly recommend the team at Kennards

Excellent service albeit the monthly price increasing almost double in 12 months. Partially due to inflation but when question I was told it’s due to demand but clearly wasn’t as half the lot was vacant. The staff and team were great, the gate and traffic both easy to navigate.

I was only the transport to help a friend get their belongings there. Having said that, they mentioned they were extremely happy with the front staff and the service. The areas are clean, dry and easy to navigate. It was an easy experience to move what they had to.

Extreme friendly staff that guides you through the whole place. 100 out of 10 service rates from me, simple and clear paperwork. Doesn’t require bonds and most important: RISK-FREE!!!. Secure and convenient, Strongly recommend for people live near Adelaide CBD.

Wonderfully helpful staff, made sure to show me all I needed to know in order to access my locker outside of hours. Good secure, alarmed facilities with security patrols and camera surveillance. Definitely recommend Kennards for secure storage of property.

For those that don’t know, kenanards self storage has a variety of packing boxes. They have a buy back scheme as well! Best of all I just bought a large TV box that is way better quality than previous removal’s companies. I paid $80 they have it for $9:90

The staff here was amazing. So friendly, warm and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Awesome fact is that this parcel point is open on the weekends. If you live down South, choose this store for your parcel pick up for easy and convenient pick up!

Kennards Mile End is in such an easy location to access. It has parking right out front of reception on Goodenough Street. Friendly helpful staff and open 7 days a week. Very impressive.

Got there just on closing time, door was locked but Andy saw me and was kind enough to let me in to drop off a parcel I had to send ASAP. He logged it and all good to go - very pleased!

It's also a Parcel point location!!! Open 8.30 - 6 on week days 9 - 5 on Saturdays and 10 - 4 Sundays. So convenient. Very friendly staff too!!!
