If you ever want to cancel or move to another insurance, you will be kept hostage here. I initially wanted to just cancel my account or ask for discount and was looking into other options, there was no options for discount because they said inflation. Upon wanting to cancel my account I was told I must provide proof of another insurance. I told them to cancel it since I do have some options, and my family also has account with you guys. (I legally can cancel without any questions asked). I mentioned how I have other options such as being added as driver under my father’s account and it should be no issue since we share cars, the representative gave the phone to her supervisor which told me I cannot cancel just because I can go on my father’s account. I spoke to the supervisor Harry and he surprised me how he talked to me as a customer. His exact words “because of you, other people’s rates are going up just so you can be under your fathers account. Don’t you ever come to the office, and step foot in here ever.” I was shocked with such behavior. He had no right to talk to me in such a way. I have every legal right to go under my fathers insurance, we are a family, living together. This branch will be nice to get you in the door but once you want to leave for better options they will become nasty towards you.

Working with Adrian was awesome! All I had to do was send over a few things and in minutes I had a better rate. He made the process a seamless transition, even reaching out to my previous company to terminate the policy. He found me discounts and was able to beat the previous rate by almost $100! Stevan Rocano was a friendly and helpful rep who gave me the best quote on homeowners insurance that he could. I found a better quote but I'll ask him to match it since I prefer doing business with people I like. He had a sense of humor and made the experience personable, which as an old school guy, I like. There's nothing worse than getting an all-business, cold fish on the other end of the line when you're trying to get a good deal on a life changing move. I've been a Kenny Vega customer for 7 years, no complaints. My car insurance in NYC is $83 a month. You can not beat that. I recommend these guys.

Harry helped me with my Tesla Model Y's car insurance as well as giving me a very decent condo insurance quote. Geico (and even Costco) was giving me almost twice the price to insure a Tesla! Took down my 5 star review from five months ago. Ever since posting that review, their customer service has gone down the toilet. I don’t know what happened to this place but my wife and I have seen our rates steadily increase and nobody has answers. Harry Kelminson told me he’d call me back by four o’clock with an explanation. That was over a month ago. Never heard from him. Doesn’t answer my calls. We’re shopping around for better rates, and there are many available.
