"I can never say enough about the staff at this Key Food Store"
"Very unpleasant recently"
"Any other day besides today (this store is excellent with 4-5 stars)"
"Extremely crowded, but stocked to the max in products including a deli; very stocked on culture foods"
The team at Key Food on Myrtle has been absolutely outstanding. The staff is kind and helpful, and the whole team is staying calm and careful. The store is well-stocked with a wide variety of items and I am grateful that this is my local grocery store. Big thanks to everyone on the team and I hope you’re all healthy and safe.
I can never say enough about the staff at this Key Food Store. Since I'm a regular customer at this location, the staff greet me in a friendly manner. I usually go in the evening and the young managers are always helpful .This store may be small but the staff are wonderful and always ready to assist the customer.
Very unpleasant recently. They now make you check your shopping bags with an attendant at the front before entering. The self check out does not work well, huge time waster. Employees are not helpful when it comes to asking for help finding items. Meat section smells rotten lately. Key Foods going downhill :/
Any other day besides today (this store is excellent with 4-5 stars). But today because of the time change, their systems are down and they are ONLY excepting CASH.. That's CASH ONLY until the systems get updated. (Apparently Stop n Shop, Bravo Markets & C-Town were experiencing the same thing).
Extremely crowded, but stocked to the max in products including a deli; very stocked on culture foods. Amazing beer selection. I have to give it 5 stars Because of how much they have in stock, clean the staff is excellent. Unfortunately the isles are very narrow. Again worth it.
They have a decent selection of produce but it's consistently priced higher than you'd expect. Meat section is better, especially if you pay attention to the weekly circular. The store is big and a lot of it is filled with high mark-up items that no one seems to buy.
Two stars is only because the employees are very nice and try to be helpful. Otherwise this store would get ZERO stars! If they can't carry their SALE ITEMS for the full week, then they shouldn't even bother!! Extremely frustrating and not worth the trip!
Could you please stop doing the replenishment every morning from 6 to 8 am? The noise created by the gigantic and countless trucks and all the shipment are just unendurable. The workers working on this do not seem to care how loud the noise
AND STILL NO RESPONSE FROM THE MANAGER AS OF 8/29/2023. Just unacceptable. UPDATE: I contacted the Manager that responded to this post 2/12/2023 and never heard back. I contacted the Manager again when I didn't hear back on 3/27/2023 and NO
Friendly staff, clean store, good selection in deli department. My only complaint is that they sometimes don’t have the items in stock that they advertise in the circular. This has happened several times. You also have to be careful to make
Theirs a stock woman with glasses & tan skin who is ALWAYS extra Nasty! I understand that unpacking a shipment to restock inventory is absolutely necessary. However, I was shopping & I said “excuse me” so I could pass through the aisle, she
I'm pretty sure this is the same place that moved from Lafayette after that building got sold to condo developers. The prices are great (weekly sales for the win!) the food is fresh, helpful deli staff, lots of options for everything and a
I'm disabled and have to walk more than 6 blocks to this store and called Lyft to pick me up. But I must say that the staff should be commended all are great attitudes and display professional skills. I needed a cart on my second visit in
While this is the largest, cleanest store in the neighborhood, the service has gone down considerably over the last year. The cashier are slow, and have poor dispositions. The checkout layout has changed several times over the last year,
Excellent hot and cold food counters. Best cooked broccoli I ever ate. Large spears of broccoli cooked just right. Also, they offer customers the option of buying small sized containers of freshly cooked chicken, egg salad, potato salad,
Workers everywhere getting in the way yet nothing is clearly marked with a price. Most stores in this digital age do not use flyers and printed coupons with small print informing you only large ziti is on sale but not the small ziti. Yet
I go to this grocery store all the time and for a while had a mostly pleasant experience. The new policy around checking bags at the front, including carts, at first just seemed inconvenient but now every time I go in I see elderly folks
Decent store. A bit pricey though. Be very careful when purchasing here. They'll overcharge you for the things they know are promo'd as marked down (yet not ringing up and in their system correctly) and if you're not paying attention to
After entering the place with my own multi-purpose bag, and a laundry detergent that was mine and I used a minute before in the nearby laundromat, one of the employees, who literally followed me as I approached the registers, went to my
Repeating what others have said: items are routinely not rung up as what they appeared to cost on the shelves. I have to memorize everything thats on sale that im buying so that I can defend it at the register. Whenever this happens the
Newly stocked canned goods on shelf with expiration date ending in one month! Canned goods have expiration dates lasting up to 2 years! When this is brought to manager’s attention, he states that they just got it from the warehouse. Not
I waited til Wednesday to shop and get the senior discount. At checkout I forgot to ask for the discount before I rang up my order. The checkout guys standing there could not do anything when I told them. One said come back tomorrow to
Best grocery around, most of the time I would rather go here rather than Whole Foods unless there's something super specific that I need. Store is like a maze and you may get lost but that's only because they offer so much stuff. The
I've been shopping at this supermarket for 17 years. It even went through renovations and became much bigger and more products. I love it. Prices are good. And the people who work in it are the best. Friendly and always ready to help
This supermarket completed a full reconstruction about a year ago. Although I preferred the previous layout, because I knew where everything was located, I must confess, it is a new and improved market now, with a larger variety of
The meat is low quality and overpriced. I highly recommend you take the G train from Clinton Washington to Trader Joe's on Court Street. It's 20 minutes, however, you will pay 1/2 the prices on some of the best quality meat.
I noticed on my receipts that sales specials were routinely not honored at check out, even after scanning my grocery member card, that I have had to take photos of the sales signs to show to the cashier to redeem it.
I've been shopping at this Key Food at least once a week since it opened. There is a nice selection of organic food and a great layout. The staff and management, however, leave much to be desired, with the exception
I love this place. Shelves are tightly stocked but organized. IT’S CLEAN! Free of dust and dirt. Staff are helpful. It’s a little pricey but that’s expected for the neighborhood and the quality of the store.
Fresh produce and a wide variety of products. They have great prices and are always stocked. Open early and close late...best of all, there is never a line nor is the store ever too crowded.
I love this store. The people are friendly and courteous. The prices are about what you would think the neighborhood would bear. It is also convenient for me.
Mr Coco is about the same price inside...smaller, but niceier & friendlier & much cheaper great produce outside
POPULAR GROCERY STORE LOCATION This chain grocery store, widely embraced by locals and college students,
If I can't find it at my usual spot, I can easily walk a couple of extra blocks and find it here.
very common problem ... shelf markers don't match item stocked on shelf. prices don't match.
Don’t treat me like a crook and try to take my bag at the entrance.
Agressive stand clerk selling Christmas trees♀️♀️ …
Extremely poor customer service. Rude , disrespectful staff.
Love their selection of frozen foods.
