1) dispatcher didn’t mention $20 service charge 2) locksmith did not come prepared with what he needed to do the job described to the dispatcher. He had to go to the store, so the job ended up taking over an hour. 3) They wanted to charge me $350 to rekey a mailbox, saying that the lock alone costs $150. I showed the locksmith multiple sites where you could buy the exact model for $20. I was able to haggle down to $160, which tells me $350 was the company trying to take advantage. 4) the locksmith left a HUGE mess. Packing for the lock, packaging for the drill bits he bought, the drill bits themselves, the old lock broken into pieces, and large quantities of metal shavings were all left strewn around the mail area. Total mess that took a long time to clean up, particularly the metal shavings. 5) the lock sort of works, but when locked you can still open the mailbox a crack. Enough that someone could pry it open with a tool if they wanted to. Overall, a horrible, pricey service with mediocre results.

From the initial call until they handed me the keys I locked inside my vehicle, they were professional, courteous and honest. It took roughly thirty minutes for them to show up and less than one minute to get the job done, which they did without damaging my vehicle. I called three separate locksmiths that day and they had the quickest response time as well as the lowest costs of the the three. Hopefully I will not need them again anytime soon, but if I do find myself in need of a locksmith, they will be my first call. Their services almost made me forget just how disappointing the situation was. Thank you for your top quality service.

So I would just like to say thank you so much! I had another mobile locksmith come out and after 3 attempts, couldn't even create a key to start my car. KeyMe Locksmith come the next day and had my key done along with a spare to just open the door in 15 minutes. I was thoroughly pleased with my professional service! Called before I drove over I was told they had both sets of the keys I wanted to have made, however when I arrived it didn't have either one of the keys that I wanted to have made.
