I talked to 4 different people, sent a picture of the lock to 2 different people to get a quote, then after sending someone out without my okay pictures were pointless), they quoted me $320 to get two 4 drawers on a filing cabinet open. I declined, so the guy, who showed up in street clothes and a mini van, said he was charging me $20 for wasting his time and for him to wait around for 20 minutes for an answer, when he was only there 9 minutes total. I refused to pay him, so he got upset and drove away.
My husband lost keys and had to make duplicates for house, office, PO box, etc. I went to Minute Key at Walmart and they could only do the house key. I didn't have my hopes when I tried the KeyMe at Kroger. Except for one weird looking key, I was able to duplicate them all. They arrived in the mail the same week.
It was fast, convenient, but for not being a custom key like the colts key, it was a little pricey. Normally it would be around 3 to 4 dollars for just a plain brass key. Probably won't make another one there unless, everyone else is closed & I didn't have another choice. Thank you for the convenience.
Called to have my work van unlocked at 7am and was told someone would be to me at 8:30am. No one ever showed up. Called twice to ask what was going on and both times was told “I’ll call the tech to see what the hold up is and call you back”. Never received a call back. Absolute trash!
Called before I drove here, the support said verbatim "Our kiosk can duplicate any key with 100% guaranteed satisfaction." This is not true. If you have anything besides a simple house key they will either give you the option to have it mailed or it will give you this message.
Free quote thank you, but $400 for 3 locks... no. Then he said it was 15 minutes of work. Get real. Oh and he called 3 minutes before he was scheduled to be here to tell me he would be 40 minutes late... after I left work early. Then arrived 50 minutes later.
I recently used the KeyMe machine to make three keys. The process was quick and easy and all three keys worked perfectly in their respective locks.
The technician was out to our business very quickly, explained the problem, and fixed the lock. Fee was reasonable.
Called this place for some information. Left a message. This was weeks ago...still waiting for a response . …
I thought it was kind of expensive, but the keys work great and were delivered before the expected due date
They came fast, they came on a Sunday and they were very polite and professional! Thank you
The guy that came out was very polite and fast to fix my locked car.
It was an easy process and the keys work great …
Fast response time but super expensive!!
My key never worked.
easy, easy, easy
