I saw a very elderly lady slowly walk into the pharmacy and be angrily and loudly told by a male staff member that " you must have a mask in here!!". The tone of his voice was very disrespectful. It is the second day of the lockdown. Masks

The staff at this pharmacy have always been very good,polite and are always so helpful when you are not sure about anything, and will always make the time to explain things to you no matter what language you speak.

The pharmacists here are lovely and very helpful and in my experience are more thorough than my GP when educating about medications. They are always friendly, kind and happy to help.

This is my aunties pharmacy but I do go as a customer as well. The staff are great and they handle my personal medication requirements with sensitivity and professionalism.

So helpful team . I just want to say thank you so so much because you have a very beautiful heart to help and support people who needs your help.

They actually listern when you say the generic brand effects me different to what the doc has prescribed
