I’m traveling more than 20 years and first time I had bad experience, with this travel agency. We have paid a lot of money to visit Ngorongoro national park but at last moment 1-2 days before our departure they cancelled this visit from itinerary without asking anyone. Yes we had two important bad moments before our trip. First Ethiopian airlines cancelled the whole flight so we had to change dates and second by our mistake don’t check one of our passports that was expiring we faced the cancellation of our travel to Tanzania but thanks god at last moment we got new passport. So these two bad moments exploited these people to remake the itinerary without asking anyone! When I realize that Ngorongoro was out I pushed them to put again in and they told me that we’ll check the weather the night before and if its good to go. But of course the weather was bad for them only. I was checking on the net the weather and the weather was nice. Also I read in forums and met many people that visited Ngorongoro and had great experience the same dates that they was saying to us that the weather is bad and we can’t go. Also for our Maasai visit I needed to push and shout to the driver to take us there. They were saying that Maasai visit is one of the options but it was into itinerary. And if lets say that the weather was bad and we couldn’t visit Ngorongoro. We paid too much money for this visit and not for the empty Tarangire and Manyara lake. They should return a big amount of money that we paid for Ngorongoro or at least to give us another option about Serengeti. Instead of that they offered us a tour after August to Serengeti and Ngorongoro, but who can trust them after what they done to us? I can write much more about this travel agency, if anyone wants to know more he can contact me. Sorry for my poor English language I hope you understood the meaning. Future travelers to Tanzania and specially to Safari game drive, stay away from people that they are not prof and offer you the trip of your life such these people from Kiliedu travel that didn’t respect us. I have told them from the first moment that we are not rich and this is safari one lifetime experience should be nice organized. But I was impressed by their very well organized emails and infos and I thought that they were professionals. Balls! P.S I’m not gonna answer to anything by these guys. No time, no mood for making our worst ever travel experience to a pop corn show. And I don’t want and don’t believe your excuses or offers.

I had the pleasure to experience Safari for the first time in my life with Kiliedu Travel & Tours. Everything was smooth from the beginning since the initation of the contacts with Mr. Paschal. I informed Mr. Paschal that I am not on a high budget but I would appreciate it if he can offer me Safari for good price. Mr. Paschal had came by himself to welcome me in the morning along with members from his company along with the tour Mr. Omari. The sun wasn't even up yet and he came only to welcome us. The tour Mr. Omari was one of the most kind and generous people I have ever met in my life. Although the road to Makumi is about 6 hours, it felt nothing in the company with Mr. Omari as he is a well informed person that you would enjoy his company. In the Makumi National Park, we had a lifetime experience of being able to sleep inside the park in one of the hotels there. It was an amazing expereince. Mr. Omari made sure that we see everything inside the park including all animals and etc. We were able to see the lions, eliphants, zebras and etc. It was outstanding what we learned in this trip. Mr. Omari would even explain to us about the different kind of insects, trees, birds and the ecosystem of Makumi. We returned to our hotel in Dar Es Salam safely after having a lifetime experience that I would not forget. I am here recommending Kiliedu for everyone on internet and everyone I know in person who plans to travel to Znzibar and Tanzania. Best experience and best people.

My 10 days Tanzania Tour by Kiliedu was a Nightmare. Our Experiences were so different from the Original Program offered by Kiliedu. 1) Sightseeing not provided in Dar es Salaam & Dodoma, no Hotel in Dodoma. 2) Original Accommodations at Serengeti Simba Lodge, Ngorongoro Lodge, Ngorongoro Hostel, Hotels in Arusha & Moshi were changed to basic ones, no Wifi, no hot water 3) The Tour Highlights of the Serengeti Game Drive to see the Great Migration & the Big 5 Animals were taken out of the Program. 4) Day 7, no Visit to the Olduvai Gorge & Laetoli. 4) Outing with Hadzabe & Datoga Tribes on Day 8 taken off Program 5) The last 2 days Program in Moshi, Day 9&10, to View Mt Kilimanjaro, Coffee Experience & Local Tours all gone. 6) Last 3 days, all Programs cancelled. We had to arrange our own Program & paid for all the 6 meals + Local Tours. 7) The Guide was silent throughout the 10 days, playing with his phone, no Introduction on Tanzania, no Stop for Photography. 8) We have never suffered so much in our 30 years of Traveling, squatting down to use the Toilet, bed bugs, Cold Showers, Roadside Food giving us Diarrhoea, Breakfast of 1 hard bread + 1 small egg + coffee. Food not edible. Kiliedu has brought Shame to Tanzania. We felt Cheated by Kiliedu Travels & Tour. Regards, James Lim Singapore July 2019

Our 5 days safari in Tanzania was extraordinary; we visited Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti National Park. I and my 4 family members won’t forget this amazing experience from the Serengeti National Park. It’s not good to wait for a story, plan for a visit in the Serengeti National Park to see the wonderful movements of the wildebeest. It was a moment of magic for us!! We spotted the lions several times in the Ngorongoro crater and Serengeti National Park as well. The Rhino, Buffalos, Elephants, Leopard, Hippos, Zebras, giraffe, Antelopes, beautiful birds etc were all make us not to stop looking at them. Our Serengeti National Park Safari and the Ngorongoro crater in Tanzania this August worth every money we paid. It was expensive, but the hotels, animals and humble people around make us get satisfied. I hope to be back again!! Many thanks to our guide Paul, he was very patient, humble, knowledgeable and ready to help us whenever we needed him. Paschal was quick to respond from our enquiries at the beginning and help us to make all the arrangements of our trip in 3 weeks, he sounds professional with descent communication always. The package was expensive but worth it!! We thank you all Kiliedu Travel & Tours team, and I recommend more South African people to visit Tanzania.

PastIt was my lifetime trip, I will always remember and I want to go back in the Serengeti National Park. The great migration in the Serengeti is very amazing, my fanily was happy to see it. Really a great experience for us!! It was live to see the male and female lion, Rhino, Bufallo, Elephants, leopards, Zebra, a lot of wilderbeast and many other wild animals. Our 3 days in the Serengeti have most memorable days of our lifetime trip in Tanzania!! Staffs at Suenos De Africa Luxury Camp and Farm of Dreams Lodge were very nice and very helpful for us. We really thank them. Not only the Serengeti National Park, we also visited The Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire National Park, Lake manyara National Park, Lake Eyasi and Zanzibar Island. I had safari on July 12 and 13 with Kelidu Tours and it was one of the best experiences I had in my life. Dealing with them is a smooth process as you encounter very respectful people who are ready to meet you halfway and provide memorable experience to you. Our guide Mr. Omairi was an extremely generous and kind tour who showed us everything in Makumi and made sure to let us experience an amazing safari. Highly recommend for anyone. Awesome nature ever!! The great migration and The Big 5. This is my experience together with my friends when we had a tour to Serengeti National Park recently. Truly Serengeti national park deserves to be among the top 3 of the seven natural wonders of Africa. Our safari was affordable and properly organized by Kiliedu Travel together with the tour operator. They helped us make our safari amazing.
