I won't dare give them a half of star, worst dental experience ever. I went in for a wisdom tooth to be pulled, didn't get much of a explanation what else was going on. But they surely charge my master card up. Hannah came in with a white piece of paper showing how much I owed $634.00 I was like that's alot for a tooth pull and xays, so I ask can I please get a summary breakdown of everything that is being did an what I'm being charge for. she goes and says they don't do that. Then on top of that when she shows me the bill she goes and say oh you have to pay first, like where they do that at I felt some type of way and she goes and says oh we had someone come in before got work did and walked out without paying. I called my insurance the next day to let them know and was told they didn't go by the right codes or they wasn't updated so my insurance told me to tell them to give them a call. Kimberly smiles are very unprofessional, rude they lady Hannanh hung up on me and they kept give me the run around, last week she told me she would look into and get back to me she didn't do neither the insurance haven't heard from them I'm very disappointed with services and dissatisfied it wouldn't let me post unless I gave them a start they don't deserve that

Kimberly Smiles Dentistry was one of my best dentist visits in Chicago, IL. Front staff walks you through all payment information prior to going back so you know exactly what you will be charged. This was a big thing for me since i’m only a year post-grad and don’t have the ability to finance any hidden fees. Technician Hannah was such a sweet, personable dental assistant. Explaining all of the different treatments I was doing for my biannual teeth cleaning. I ask a million questions during these visits and she answered each one seamlessly. The Dentist of the practice is a more straight to the point type of doctor. I prefer this than someone sort of beating around the bush for treatment options to fix a small chip on my tooth. He is clear and direct in explaining his thoughts as well various treatments ranging from less expensive to most. I really appreciate this practice for their dedication to customer satisfaction. I will not be going anywhere else for my dental needs going forwards besides this practice. 10/10!!

Dentist appointment?! Seems like a chore and something you don’t look forward to! Not & Kimberly Smiles! In fact, I look forward to going to this dentist! Paul Anast is one of the best dentist in the business. Not only is he great at what he does, he takes the time to get to know his patients. Before any evaluation, he’ll speak with you just about who you are. How are you? Any trips planned? How’s the family? He really cares and engages with his patients. And let’s not to forget the very professional and talented Hannah! After my first meeting with her I knew she was talented and professional! A wizard with the dental floss and through! She even had in her notes the toothpaste I use on a daily basis! This is one of the best dental offices in the city, with the best staff. I only wish I had more dental issues to come back more frequently!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Paul Anast for years! The team here is wonderful! The receptionists are always friendly and efficient. Hannah, my dental hygienist, is super upbeat and fun to chat with. She is also very thorough in her cleanings and very knowledgeable about how to maintain your teeth so that you can keep them for years and years. Dr. Anast is professional, personable, and just an all around great guy. It’s always nice to catch up with him during my check-ups. Highly recommend!!

Finding a dentist you like and trust is one of the most difficult things I have ever come across, but the staff here made my experience so enjoyable! Dr.Anast did a fantastic job as you can see. He made sure I was pain free and satisfied with my results. He made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I had the most amazing experience for my root canals. Not only was the process efficient and comfortable. But I have had zero pain since the appointment, and did not need any additional pain medication after an initial dose of ibuprofen. Professional, warm, and experienced staff.

Dr Anast was terrible. He basically had no idea what was happening, and didnt explain anything to me. When the doctor saw my mouth, he said the equivalent of “sometimes it happens, sometimes it goes away by itself, sometimes it doesn’t”.

STAY AWAY FROM DR. PAUL ANAST. On my first visit with him, he tried to push thousands of dollars in fillings (AFTER insurance), along with Invisalign (I already had braces in the past...)

The staff is so friendly and welcoming! Dr. Anast is incredible. Makes his patients comfortable and takes his time to offer and individualized plan. Would give 6 stars if I could!
