This is the closest store to my apartment, but that doesn't mean it gets an automatic five stars! The staff is among the friendlislest and are a blast to just talk to. The selection is limited but varied and it definitely is a store that mirrors the staff's personal tastes. I've found quite a few gems here and was shocked to find them just sitting on the shelf! I also live how they don't play the "We don't have it in stock" game because they're holding it for their friends. I appreciate the candor and keep up the amazing work!

Portland's state controlled liquor stores are nothing to write home about. They are all dingy, dusty, and lacking in charm. Staff behind counters slightly off putting - probably wearisome the customers they see day in and day out. I recommend the Portland made Ginger Liqueur!

They lie about what they do and don’t have, I understand everyone I trying to get bourbon now a days but just be honest, say you have it and it’s being held for a bar/restaurant or that you’re holding it for a loyal customer, I respect that way more than lying

Probably the worst customer service I've had at a liquor store. Ive been to this location several times because its close to where I live and every time the people working there won't even look at me and will barely respond to my questions.

No idea who big red beard guy is, just know he has the personality of a dead fish. Someone skipped out on the customer service class. I'll go to North by Northwest from now on. That guy will never get another dollar from me.

Sue & her husband do an amazing job trying to keep shelves stocked.. just wish there wasn't a shortage on my bourbon. Love the store and the people who work there are always nice If I have to call.☺️ …

These guys are knowledgeable. The prices are pretty great. It is a pain i* t** a** to get parking. So I would park in the neighborhood and not on the street or at the establishment. Staff was nice

The store lies to its customers saying that they don’t have product. They do actually have it in stock but they are saving it for friends and family. Nepotism at its finest.

They didn't have any Admiral Nelson sadly. They have good prices though & it's a nice little store! And the employees are awesome too! I'll be shopping there again :)

Decent supply of liquor. Wasn’t offered a bag for our purchase, we had to ask for one. Since OLCCC Controls pricing, it is comparable to any other liquor store.

They looked closed, so I called to see if they were open first thing that was said they closed at 7pm. The worker was awesome, funny and helpful.

Small, not the best selection, but there is a parking lot not too far. There was only one spot open when I went here. The staff. Was friendly

Standard selection, and the prices are the same as any liquor store in Oregon, but the staff is great and the hours are good.

They had some interesting things I had never seen before. I ended up getting a delicious new flavored vodka and I'll be back!

Great liquor store. I like that the bottles aren't behind chain doors and you can actually pick them up and look at them.

Pretty limited selection of alcohols but does have all of the basics you would need for any cocktails.

They sell liquor, just like every other state run liquor store. They ARE open later than other stores.
