Absolutely poor customer service. Made an appointment for a health check for our new puppy. We called up a couple days after to make a enquiry about the appointment. Unbeknown to us at arriving at the appointment we were told it had been canceled. Spoke to the manager Yvonne (from memory so could be wrong) to express our disappointment and understand as to why it had been cancelled and was given the excuse of it just being a misunderstanding and offered no apology and was happy to take the word of their staff over the customer (even though the staff member had left for the day). It appears they have not heard of the saying “the customer is always right”. Appalling service and blatant disregard for the customer. There are plenty of good vets (and more affordable) out there that are happy to provide good customer service and good veterinary services at a reasonable price folks so do your research. We have been taking our cat there for many years and did not expect this kind of service and quite surprised with the managers handling of the complaint who basically told us best we go elsewhere.Our friends and family had also experienced similar cases and have also gone elsewhere. It will be our absolute pleasure to go elsewhere as you do not deserve us as a customer - good luck. **Also have a look at their Facebook page - the evidence is there with others experiencing similar poor customer service and poor attitude from the staff that work there! The manager there (who is most probably the owner judging by her poor attitude and lack of sympathy) should be setting a good example and being a role model not the opposite.

I have just had first visit with my 11 year old puppy boy for a general check up. We saw Dr. Stephen Inglis and for our first impression I could not be happier. I was very impressed with his approach, patience, knowledge and advice. Schvercho (Bunny), normally anxious dog was a lot calmer and far less stressed from the moment we walked into the practice. It was the first time ever that he was not physically shaking while waiting for the vet to call us in the consult room. When settling the account and making follow up booking Schvercho also wasn't rushing to get out of the door like it was the case in the past. I must say that this is my first ever online review and I had to write it so that people like myself who are desperate to find the vet who they can see with confidence can find it helpful. Yes, this is our first impression and could not be happier knowing that with our next visit I will have more faith that my best friend will be in the honest and caring hands. Also not to forget that girls at the front desk are all very lovely and welcoming and it seems to be a very friendly environment for the animals and owners. Just wanted to share about the loveliest experience I had with the practice manager, Yvonne. My dog needed a procedure asap. He's super scared at vets and has pretty bad anxiety. Yvonne scheduled the procedure with his well-being in mind, later drop off to minimise time in crate, and same with pick up. Making sure that extra sedatives were organised for Archie so he could be as comfortable as possible. The quote was super reasonable too, cheaper than where I usually go. My regular vet had a cancellation earlier so I chose to get him seen there to minimise his discomfort. But I had to share what an amazing, thorough, caring clinic this is. Once this nail issue settles down, we will definitely be popping in for that behavioural consultation. I'm just incredibly impressed. Thank you!!

Steven you are an amazing Vet, I have been to so many vets with my 4 fur babies and non of them will ever come close to your knowledge, professionalism and outstanding care for animals and humans. I don’t know how anyone can be as amazing as you are but you are truely one of the kind. We have been clients of Kingston Vets for 15 years trusting them with all of our Boxer’s needs from puppy through to old age. We have continued to seek their services even when moving further away due to the level of compassion, care and professionalism they have always shown. From allergic reactions, tummy troubles, accidents, injuries, surgeries and Cancer they helped us through it all. At 14 years of age we had to say goodbye to our old boy Biff and the team helped us through that hard decision and experience also. A little while on now we have a new addition to our family - Brewster another Boxer who has already met the team for his vaccinations, puppy training and a couple of little issues..... We cannot recommend this team highly enough.

I am a new cat owner after taking in a 7yo cat that was given up by previous owners. After researching local vets for someone who specialises in felines I came across Dr Maree King. My little bundle of fluff was a little neglected n needed the once over. Maree has a lovely calm feel about her, explained everything I needed to know and answered every question I wrote down. When he got stressed she picked him up to calm him down, was gentle with him and thorough. She explained everything about what she was giving him and why. I'm so happy I found this clinic and Maree has helped me feel assured about my home care for this new addition to the family. Thank you

Kingston vet clinic brings together a highly motivated team of devoted and caring veterinary professionals. Steve, Ros, Marie and the entire team have taken care of our french bulldog, Millie for 11 years, through many ups and downs in her health and wellbeing, and have always provided the best clinical advice and guidance and acted in Millie's best interests at all times. It is a very busy clinic, but nothing is ever too much trouble and they always do and spend whatever time it takes to provide the highest standard of care and support. If you are looking for a partner in your best friend's health, you will not find better in bayside.

Staff were kind and friendly Price absolutely disgusting was in a emergency situation made me pre pay $999 To keep overnight unsupervised on glucose drip. When I spoke with them the next day was Advised it would cost that per 24hr period When contated my usual vet and one other was informed I was charged way to much double what they charged. Of course they stated its not safe to take to vet an I understand that services cost but taking advantage of people who are in a bad place is a bloody crime. This is why I left this vet years ago. I only used kvh as my vet was busy SCABS

The staff here are very friendly and caring. They are open on weekend and public holidays with no exorbitant charges. I first came here when my dog was sick on a public holiday so our vet was closed and was avoiding having to go to the animal hospital for $$$$. The staff were lovely and we kept coming back ever since. Unfortunately we had to put our dog down a few weeks ago and the staff were very respectful through this tough time. This is definitely our new family vet for when we got our next pet.

Never had anything but positive experiences with the team at Kingston Vet. The staff are all lovely and friendly, from the initial booking call, through to the moment you walk out. They genuinely seem to love what they do, and the vet's are all passionate animal lovers who treat your pet like their own. Plenty of parking as next door to thrift park and excellent open hours. Can't speak highly enough of this team. Make them your go to vet if you're in the area.

Amazing vet! Our beautiful boy Thor became ill just before Christmas and with our usual vet closed over Christmas we came to Kingston vets just wanting someone to help him until our local vet opened. The service and care was so remarkable we have ditched our usual vet and are staying with Kingston vet! Siobhan and Meika have gone above and Beyond to help our beautiful boy and we are so so thankful. I Couldn’t recommend a better vet!

What a great experience we had today at Kingston Veterinary Hospital! Can not be more thankful to our vet we seen today. My cat Bazil hates travelling and doctors, he gets stressed out and aggressive but today the vet made his visit so easy and relaxing our Bazil even started singing in his mid visit. I took my cat for her first vet experience. I was anxious and upset (I think worse than the cat). It was a much better experience than I ever anticipated. The Dr had some sort of magic spell over my cat and she stayed calm and placid the whole time. The girls at the front desk were very kind and understanding of my anxiety. Thank you all for a great first visit and being so accommodating to me and my girl. We will be back!

The doctors and nurses at this clinic are very friendly and professional. They are very knowledgeable, have a great bedside manner, and genuinely care about the animals they treat. I have a dog and two cats, and they are not at all frightened of this clinic. In fact, my dog gets super excited when she enters this veterinary clinic because all the staff are so friendly and my dog loves the attention!

All I can say is thank you. Yesterday we visited for the very first time as our usual vet was away on holiday. Our elderly German Shepherd had become very unwell and it was time to say goodbye. The staff were so beautiful and caring with my family. They also messaged us later in the day to say they had made paw prints and collected fur for my daughters to keep as well notifying our usual vet.

Very personable staff. Parking is Limited to 4 cars in on site but they do have a brilliant Dog wash on the front veranda that's well setup. Vet was attentive and super careful. My kitten was very happy with the place. Would not stop complimenting all the way.. she is contented by the cooling breeze of the evaporative out the window today. Tigger wakesw me up every morning with a snuggle.

My very old fella passed away last Friday at Kingston vet. Didge marched in there so happily because he loved all the attention he always received there. His last visit was so lovely and peaceful for him and my son and I were so well supported. Thank you to all the amazing staff, I left there in tears but calm, knowing that he had the most peaceful passing. I really appreciate it!

Amazing, amazing vets. I honestly can't praise them enough. They way they cared for my Mooks when she was sick was incrediblely. They went out of their way to make sure she felt safe and comfortable and when she passed, they made sure to look after me and my partner as well through our grieving processing. Their prices are always fair and their staff thoughtful and caring.

I called a few places in search of an earlier appointment for my puppy. This was the only place that seemed genuinely excited to meet my dog, and they managed to squeeze me in the next day. All staff were incredibly lovely, and I think my dog could feel that he was in a place where people actually loved and wanted the best for him :)

They have a reminder service for vaccinations etc. Always professional, both the vets and staff, and always make you and your pet feel welcome. There is a small car park at the rear but it would be easier using the Thrift Park Shopping Centre car park right next door - much easier to exit on to the busy Lower Dandenong Road.

Very disappointing that when my puppy was having seizures and not know what to do and where to go as everything closed on a Sunday I calledKVH at 1:45 only to be told they close at 2pm and nothing they could do to help. She had another later that day and then one Monday morning. Thanks for your help !

Our dog Hugo got a fish hook stuck in his mouth this morning. Rang the Kingston Vet and they said to bring him down straight away. Even though they were so busy they attended to him as soon as I got there and had him back to us in a few hours. Everyone at this clinic is so good to deal with.

Been going there for about 20 years amazing doctors, nurses, just had to put my 15 year and 4 months German shepherd (Sebastián) down ,they were amazing , highly recommended, They aren't the cheapest but exceptional service always costs a little more and I wouldn't go anywhere else

First time we used Kingston Vet as our Vet in Dingley closed. I was very impressed and happy with their service. They were so compassionate and gentle with our dog. The vets were also very personable which unfortunately you do not get at the bigger clinics. Highly recommend.

My dog Oskar had a surgery today there and Dra. Anthea Papadopoulos was extremely attentive. I love when doctors explain the things and also listen to the dogs owner. I would recommend her hardly! Also the nurses were super lovely and I felt comfortable leaving my dog there.

Had a cortisone cream prescribed for my dog and was charged $47 for it wherein a quick google found it retailing for $9 online. I am all for supporting the local businesses but when you charge 5 times the amount, you are not ding the right thing by your customer
