Driver didnt even offer to put luggage in and out of the boot. Also driver said you must indicate when booking if you are going to pay by card and going to the airport due to signal issues with setting up the card machine in the car park. Then went on to say I must pay extra if paying by card. Terrible service

We pre-booked our taxi with a quoted price of £22.50, the drive then told us it was £35. It was at the end of a night out and we needed to get back to the Hotel so we just paid it. We then got a receipt for in the morning for £22.50, so clearly the taxi driver pocketed the extra.
