#AccordingToArmon 5 Star Review for Erik Hodowanic & Pat Doran as they were BEYOND HELPFUL towards my fiancé & mother-in-law!!! There is a sale going on and they helped us figure out which rug(s) would fit best in our home and they found a love chair that was similar to our current one at home and took the time to match the rug so we could get a real time look to see if it would fit! The store itself sits on 4 Acres and has a ton to offer for living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, outdoor & indoor purposes! Pat & Erik are in the rug section generally so IF you come to Kittles, please request to speak with Ms. Pat OR Mr. Erik and you will not regret it! We bought an 8x10 rug that was originally $500+ for a little under $250!!! Come check them out!

We worked with Sandi Wardell. We told her we needed a mattress that would support our backs/hips. Both my husband, and I, have back/hip issues. We narrowed it down to Tempur-Pedic - Ergo and Stearns & Foster Hybrig. We took a couple of days to think it over. We tested each bed again when we went back in to purchase. We settled on the Stearns & Foster because I did not feel the tension in my back. Sandi was very patient, understanding, answered our questions, gave us input on each mattress. This was our second time working with her. Two years ago, she helped us pick out the mattress for our son. We are looking forward to the delivery of our new mattress. Thank you, Sandi, for being very patient with us.

During my Oct. 2023 visit, the customer service at the Castleton location was very good! Charlene greeted me and offered to help as soon as I walked in. Several other associates offered their assistance as I walked through the floor room. Both Charlene and Eric spent a long time with me in the rug gallery and were very patient answering all of my questions and looking through a huge variety of options. Eric was especially knowledgeable on the different rug inventory and taught me a lot about the different types of rugs. Their patience and willingness to show me different rugs from different angles and in different lights to help me make my decision went above and beyond!

Bought a mattress this weekend that we loved, but the thing I really want to rave about is Stan in the mattress department! Stan was like a walking mattress encyclopedia - full of knowledge about every bed on that floor. I bet he could have drawn the chemical structure of each type of foam in there if you asked him. But most importantly he did all of this with patience and kindness. Answering all the questions we had, giving us time to mull things over, helping us to really get a feel for how we’d be sleeping, and being patient with us as we made a big decision. Personable and helpful, Stan is the man!

We have been shopping for family room furniture for well over a year (definitely not quick decision makers) & finally found exactly what we have been looking for, with the help of our amazing sales person & Certified Furniture Specialist, Paula. She was extremely helpful in exploring a plethora of options & was very patient through the process….never pushy. She genuinely wanted what was best for us. We absolutely loved working with Paula & would highly recommend Kittle’s Furniture in Castleton. :)

We had good customer service with Brenda Westfall! We were last min customers coming into store right before closing! She stayed and help us with our big purchase of patio furniture! Our experience getting a new mattress set was 5 stars. However, or experience getting a headboard to go with it was 1 star. Despite free delivery on the mattress set, they insisted on charging $200 delivery on the headboard. We spoke to a manager, and explained we'd bought many pieces of furniture over 20 years there, and never had this be an issue, but he would not budge on it. We bought the mattresses only, as that department was fair and pleasant, but will likely not return to Kittles.

They have a huge furniture store. One of the biggest I've been too. So many different furniture to choose from. Lots of variety. In every piece of furniture and mattress! The employees are very very patient and helpful! Jane and Stan were wonderful! They made it a very good experience for us. They made everything very easy. They listened to everything we wanted and found us exactly what we were looking for! If you're looking for furniture or mattresses, this is the place to go!

Mary was my sales rep. I wanted a reclining chair that rocked as well as reclined — push-back preferred. . I told her I liked the nail heads or thick stitching. She showed me 3 contenders and said “I have 1 more”. It was perfect. And delivery is fast. It was a pleasant shopping experience. Been a while since I have shopped in brick and mortar store. Really appreciated getting to sit and try out the furniture for comfort.

I was impressed with the range and variety of furniture Kittles carries. I just took advantage of their Labor Day sale and was able to save quite a lot. They also offer so many services like taking away your old piece(s) of furniture and recycling it and delivering and setting up your new furniture. And they also have very helpful and knowledgeable salespeople. Kittles will now be my new go to furniture store!!

Cyndi, our customer service representative, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She went out of her way to look for a pillow we were interested in for son. We have gone to Kittles multiple times when we have had a need to purchase furniture and would do so again. I had a very fun & very knowledgeable man help me today, his name is Roland. He scoped out what my tastes were etc. Unfortunately I hv "champagne taste" & a "beer budget husband", but---I found a beautiful sofa at a very good price, thanks to Roland! I hv shied away from what I thought were very high end stores, but I'm glad I gave your store a try!!

Shelly and Afroz were so helpful. Since we do not live near the store, Shelly helped us finalize our selection via text and email and Afroz made sure our transaction went through smoothly and accurately. All staff was so pleasant, greeting us throughout our visit and even opening the store a few minutes early to let us in before the posted hours!

Paula was extremely professional and worked with us in a multitude of ways to provide a customized purchasing experience for my wife and I. She made the shopping experience exceptional! This was a return trip as we had purchased two area rugs at Kittles a few (6) years ago and knew they'd have a great selection. Erik helped us and we definitely benefited from his decades of experience. We narrowed it down to three and the one we ordered was not the most expensive. It was well worth the trek from Bloomington!

We were shopping for a modern chair with ottoman. Kittle’s has a good selection of high quality furniture of that kind. The sales associate, Brenda W. , helped us with choosing the right chair style, size and color. Brenda was very knowledgeable and totally understood our needs. Great experience! Highly recommended!

Bought a brand new bed frame at kitties for around 1.7k, slept for less than an hour and it suddenly collapsed. The side rails is way too thin.. I mean they got good looking furniture and good customer service, but I can’t believe their quality anymore. At least A 1.7k bed doesn’t not deserve this kind of quality.

They have really nice furniture, they also mattresses, tables, lamps and dinning room tables. They have a great selection; before buying or signing any paperwork check the delivery date as some of the items may not be in Stock. Ask for Sandy, she is very patient and will work with you on the delivery and payment.

Brandon was more the accommodating. He listened to all of our questions concerns and interest. Never for a minute did we feel pressured even if for a second we didn't fully agree. He was driven to find something we were happy with in our price range. As far as the store, it was very clean and pleasant to be in.

Why doesn't your store accept PO Box number as a legitimate address? I pay almost $200.00 a year for a PO Box to keep my mail secure. It pisses me off that your business along with several others will not accept a different mailing address and a different delivery address. I may not be back to your store.

Be careful purchasing Kittle's furniture. The leather couch and love seat we thought we purchased was really dyed leather that did not last. After reaching out to customer service, they did not try to come to a resolution. I had been a loyal customer to Kittles for years. Very unsatisfied with Kittles

Paul at Kittles in Castleton was fantastic! He made the whole experience very enjoyable. Paul also put together a beautiful room for us. He has years of experience and it shows not only in customer service skills but his ability to know what we wanted when we didn’t know how to convey it ourselves.
