Becareful when you returning an item at this store. They probably have a scam system going on here. I bought an item and Went to return it.. They charged me again for the same item. And then never return the money for the first time I bought it. Example if you buy a few items for $10.17 and return one of the items for $5.06 instead of giving you your money back. They charge you again $5.06 and return it back a few days later. It look like they giving you a refund but they aren't. And this create two different transactions in your bank statement making it look like two different transactions one for $10.17 and the other for $5.06. Remember after they charged you for $5.06 they are return it. Making it seeing like they are giving you your money back. I try talking to the manager and they acted like they didn't know what was going on. Sending me to talk to my bank creating a loop hole to waste my time. Just check your receipt and your bank transactions when you return an item at this store.
Very disappointed with the customer service here. Yesterday 1/14/24 we purchased pretzel rolls at the Greenwood Wal-Mart, but noticed mold on them when we arrived home. Bummer, but it happens. Today 1/15/24 at 5:30 pm my husband attempted to return them to the Keystone Wal-Mart with a receipt since we don’t live near Greenwood, but the customer service person refused and told him “You have to return these where you got them, on the south side.” This is not and has never been Wal-Mart’s return policy. My husband’s first language is not English, which makes me suspect that she thought she could take advantage of him, over a $1.79 clearance purchase. I was going to call to complain to a manager but my husband did not get the name of the person. He said she was middle-aged and short. Normally I would expect a management response, but given the glut of recent 1-star reviews, I’m guessing I shouldn’t expect one. It seems poor employees are better than none.
Last Wednesday my wife was mistreated by self scan attendants. I was in physical therapy and she stopped by the store to pick up some things. The self checkout station she went to was malfunctioning and my 7 and 2 year old were getting restless. Attendants said she needed to get control of her kids and were very rude to her. She picked me up very emotional and our kids were crying. On an injured foot, I went to the store to speak with a manager. I was told she would investigate, have an AP check footage and that I should hear from someone within an hour or so. Fast forward to two days ago. I had been trying to call the store for days without answer and was finally able to get ahold of someone. She sent messages to the AP to follow up with the situation. I have still not heard back. I am very concerned that an employee mistreating a customer is not any kind of priority for management.
If I have the option to rate this place with ZERO stars I would. I had the worst experience EVER. The costumer service is the worst. I purchased two tires and they didn’t balance my car. I called again and they asked me to bring the car. I took the car at 4pm and the employee said he was going to call me when the car was ready. I NEVER received a call. The place closes at 7 and I left them 12 missed calls at 6pm. They closed the place and left me with NO CAR and NO KEYS in the back of Walmart parking lot. When I put the claim they didn’t seem to care much. The manager was not helpful and the employees lied about the situation. In addition they did NOT balance the car again I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone
Employees are rude! All except young lady in Electronics isle. All the others need customer service with manners & greeting training. This is probably the most dysfunctional Walmart I've ever been to and will most likely never go back. Little girl behind money service desk needs a replacement. Most of the workers out on floor as well. There was also this worker that was a male singing very loudly stating that "he hated his wife". That's personal business us customers don't need to hear.
If you ever place a pickup order on the weekend, good luck getting it and/or getting it on time. Every single time I’ve placed a weekend pickup order, it’s been delayed in getting ready, and I’ve always waited forever in the parking lot. I’ve currently been waiting 2 hours just to have some employee walk up and say “that’s it we’re not bringing out anymore orders tonight.” It says pickup closes at 10, and I’ve been waiting since 6pm. Absolutely absurd.
Customer Service is quite literally non-existent. When we asked the person working behind the (closed) Customer Service desk when it would open again to receive returns, she shrugged her shoulders and replied “Not tonight. Maybe sometime tomorrow”. When asked when tomorrow, she stated they were short-staffed and did not know when it might open again.
Female staff having piss poor attitudes. "Check out" not a pleasant experience. Since when do cashiers get to choose at the time of check out,esp if it's not an express lane, what Customers they serve? It wasn't like I wasn't being disrespectful or degrading towards the staff. But they were to me. Will be shopping there less.
This Wal-Mart is well stocked and we found everything we needed but there was only one cashier working and that's super annoying. I like that they had lots of house plants and Easter flowers. Every time we have visited, there was only one cashier working, and the lines are SUPER LONG at pretty much any time of the day.
The self checkout is just ridiculous .. When you have a line with at least 15 to 20 people in it and not ONE cashier available to help customers out . You literally punish the people with only a few items. Customer service is a thing of the past and I will go there AS LITTLE as possible going forward.
Worse customer service for online grocery purchases. My fruits were rotten when delivered tried to talk to someone but no one will answer even when they do they will have me transfer to anoda line that rings for ever b4 cutting. I was on phone for 3+hours gave up at end.
This is not the best place to shop, employees are not friendly and it stinks like raccoon. Produce is never fresh popular items are always out of stock. And why Christmas the only time there are registers open, Walmarts production has definitely declined over the years
Terrible customer service. Waited one hour and half hour only to get the message they don't work on vw passat cars. Then they gave me the wrong filter to go to another store. Had to change the oil and come back for another 20min for return. Never again.
At the self checkout the association accused my husband of stealing 2 boxes of chips under the cart. He had on his full postal office uniform it’s crazy what reason do he has to steal and the association called the police over to the register
Employees are so rude! Asked the customer service rep for help, and she continued on her cellphone, stating for me to ask someone else. Went to another employee who questioned why the other rep didn't help me! She yelled out to the original
Wow, I have not seen employees move this slow at any other business. There were 3 people standing at the entrance while there was no carts. Someone scrolling on their phone while the looked at the paper towels. Even a lady stocking the soup
No security lights, or security, looked like something from a post apocalyptic movie... the Store was clean, well stocked, very patient and nice employees, check-out did not have enough cashiers, waited in line over 45 minutes to leave...
This Walmart, along with all the other Walmarts, have gone to hell the past few years. Mainly with very FEW, if any, cashiers, and a skeleton crew who mainly gets online orders together. No customer service around anymore! It's a shame.
My diamond tennis bracelet fell off of my wrist due to the closure failing sometime today. I had been to several stores that day and didn’t notice my missing bracelet until about 10:50pm later that night. The only place still open was
Every now & then the customer svc. Ctr is too slow & poorly staffed, but..... Whenever I need help & staff is on the floor.... They are so courteous, cordial & stop what they're doing, & go out of their way to help me. I LOVE THAT!!!
I'm almost always finding everything I need. The only thing I have a hard time finding is stacker b12 drinks. They are a medical necessity I have to take for the rest of my life. I love Walmart it is my go to store. One stop shop!
In the past this was the NICE Walmart SADLY it no longer is.. average on a good day for customer service. Bathrooms are (crack house)TRAP bathrooms.. Opened food, dirty floors. No open lanes only self checkout maybe 1 lane open..
I generally like this Walmart but they need to improve their produce. I usually get it from fresh thyme or meijers but I was already here and needed some water. Bought apples yesterday and they seemed to be already going bad?
I went to Wendy's here on this lot, When I pulled through the drive-thru I was told over the speaker " He's not taking any orders because he's on break" but they took an order from the car right behind me when I pulled off?
Horrible customer service. Answering her phone while “helping” me just to explain that each Walmart location can choose their own prices for items? Doesn’t seem right. Seems like it should be consistent.
No shopping carts inside. The store is a maze. Money service was very fast and csm friendly. Also cashier was quick, and friendly as well. Door greet very energetic elder man who loves to conversate.
They usually have everything I need. I just don’t like the fact that they only have self checkout in the morning. I have to spend my money just to turn around a scan a whole cart full of groceries.
I went to a different Walmart but always the same results, store crowded and there is never anyone in the store with keys to the jewelry counter, not even the mangers.
They have remodeled, and it looks good, but why do they have more self check out than cashier and then want to check your receipt, I'm sure this has tooking jobs.
I shop for everything for a month in one trip. Some of the cashier's are very slow and with only limited lines open it can be a problem sometimes
Horrible!!! Came to pick up a delivery!!! And had to wait in the pick up line for 2 hrs!!! Horrible!!! Took way too damn long to pick up!!!
Don’t send y’all’s daughters to work here. The manager named Desmond, will touch and harass you, and make jokes about you to his friends.
It's walmart. Cheap products, convenient, but there aren't many people to ask for help or to ring you up, pretty much all self check out
Well stocked, but always dirty and lines are always super long. I've seen quite a few crazy employee/customer interactions here, too
Went in, got exactly what I was looking for, no problems, short if any lines to check out. It was a good experience.
Everyone that works here has an attitude problem. I just left my cart right there. I don’t need that nonsense.
There’s a old lady in customer service That is so rude. She like to talk rude to Hispanic people
Walmart doesn’t care about their community enough to clean up their carts. This is embarrassing.
The store is clean well organized and easy to find what I was looking for
