UPDATE: so someone told me to come back here because they have a new deal. $20 unlimited all month washes with wax. They have a new logo and name and I thought maybe it's better now, they must have fixed the machine. When I was going in after paying, the guys say, there is a5 min hold up to fix something. I thought ok I'll wait, I already paid they def won't give me my money back at least they are fixing before letting people in. I got scared though thinking the car wash might still not being maintained properly. So I go in and come out and low and behold, my hood has huge wavy scratch marks going across my hood and I saw it when it happened. The machine that wipes feel on my hood when it first came down and I thought "I don't think that was supposed to happen!" I go tell the manager and he starts yelling at me like a psychopath, "why here and not here and not here? Why did it scratch your car only on the hood and not roof and trunk?" He repeated that like a hundred times, I got scared he honestly looked very very angry and putting it all out on me, meanwhile I'm the one with huge scratch marks all over my hood now. He scared me so I just left. I have one month unlimited and I just used it once and I think I can't cancel until 2 months of payment. It seems like their car wash is never working properly and they don't care about their customers like other reviews have mentioned. They put such low prices so there's always income and people coming; that's all they care about. That is not what business should be about and not how a reputable business is ran. Get a professional to fix and maintain your stupid drive through car wash if you're going to attract even more customers than you can handle, especially if you don't know why your stupid car wash scratches sometimes and not all the time instead of yelling at me asking me why! SCRATCHED MY BMW TODAY ALL OVER!!! MANAGER WAS WALKING THROUGH THE CAR WASH WATCHING THE MACHINE! IF THERE'S SOME WRONG WITH IT FIX IT BEFORE YOU LET CARS IN!!!

This is one of those reviews where you wish you could add more stars - 5 just isn’t enough. This is a 10+ star service, staff and location. Took my car to get detailed today at the Wilson location. To start - the Manager on duty, Sid, was gracious and accommodating, incredibly thoughtful, and super friendly. I told him my concerns about my GLK (Pet owner, my dog has white fur, he rolls with me everywhere, and my GLK is black on black, I hope that paints enough of a picture?) - To conclude, my car has seen better days. I know in my history of detailing and car cleaning, nothing will ever take you back to that first moment you sat in your car when it was brand new. Or so I thought….The team at Klassic worked tirelessly and with a smile - unmoved by the stubborn wire like dog hairs that had weaved through my carpets. Unmoved by the caked on Salt stains in my carpet and mats. Unmoved by the crumbs of Pasteis de natas that I had enjoyed the day before. I sat and marvelled at their dedication and hard work, and each moment I looked up I felt so sorry for the condition my car was in!! When my car was ready, I was speechless. Every single nook and cranny - even those ones you assume someone would miss - were detailed and sparkling - just spotless. I sat in my car and for the first time in 10 years, I felt that moment that I had felt when I first bought my car. Absolutely…Priceless moment and experience. Most affordable and hands down unbeatable service and pricing. I highly recommend taking your car to this location. Absolutely blown away. Thank you Sid and team!!

I went to this place for 5 years and suddenly the management is being very disrespectful. Apparently, there is no one above the manager, and they won't tell you who's the owner or when he will be in. After 5 years, I hate to say I will not be going back because of their rude treatment of customers. My issue is that my vehicles back didn't get washed properly, and I went to a worker to have it fixed. I've done this in the past, and they've always been happy to help. This gentleman simply said, "Go wipe it yourself." Only after I went into the office he followed and claimed to be a manager tried to give me a rewash, but I declined. I asked for the owners details because this is not how you treat a long-term customer, but he refused to cooperate, saying I don't know him or his number or when he will be in. I left saying this would be my last time coming, and then he offered to take my number. He probably realized this was going to be on the internet. To the owner - Maybe you should pop in more often to see how your management is interacting with your staff.

Do not use this business!! The car wash works well but the business practices used by whoever is managing the company is terrible. The app never works customer service is terrible. They change their terms and conditions as they see fit without informing their customers. They canceled the app without telling anyone. I made a trip down to the car wash only to discover that the subscription service has ended and the app was canceled. The rep at the car wash said I should have gotten an email and a refund. I did not receive an email or a refund. The reason for canceling the app is they don’t want you washing more than one car. If you are paying for 8 washes a month why do they care what car you wash you are paying for the washes! So ask yourself before you sign up will you really wash your one car enough to make the membership worth it. Save your money and pay wash by wash at a different car wash that values your business. I would not trust this business or the people running it especially with you credit card information. Stay away!!

Today at 10:51 I washed my car, then I couldn't get rid of it and went to vacuum the inside. An Indian came here and I said you can't vacuum. I demolished the car. Show me the plug. He still doesn't understand. He took the hose out from the bottom of his body. I say it annoyed me. I'm going to go and tell the manager. He says, "I'm the manager. No matter who you tell me, I won't leave this job unattended. Because it will unjustly irritate me. I've been cleaning it inside and out for years. They started to clean the inside badly." Now I do it myself.. The Hindu community gathered and came there, they don't like it, I'm still very angry, this will never end, I will never accept injustice..

My car was damaged from a detail job in February. I had to keep going back to the Wilson Ave location for months before I could even talk to a manger. I left paperwork and called multiple times. I’ve been very patient and still have not been compensated for the damages. If anyone would like to see proof of my story I’m willing to share details and proof of paperwork. I had a horrible experience where my car shut off 1 block away after a detail job. Acura did an inspection and even brought in a tech who specializes in water damage. If anyone has had issues with this establishment I would like to start a petition along with a case. I’m now interested in your experiences with this business and Wilson location.

They scratched my car just for giving to wash inside the car. I spoke to the staff he said the manager is not in today we will call you tomorrow. I didn’t receive a call so called back several times . First they don’t answer when did, the guy said the manager is not here. I called the next day and the next day … But the manager was hiding and never responded to me, because he knew they give those scratch marks and couldn’t answer. The worst car wash I ever been. They charge a lot just for interior wash I paid 300. Isn’t it crazy . They are very careless with washing and rude staff. The worst management. I recommend you to not go here if already went just check your cars for marks-thanks

Today February 18 2023. 6:25 pm please if the manager . Please do something with these 2 guys who were in charge of business, because with their way of treating customers and yelling at me in front of my little 8 years old daughter and customers around them, yelling at me never come back because I wanted to explain to them that my washing was not complete and i wanted to comment, I wash my vehicles here for the las 6 years and I buy my membership of the year, so I don't know whether to listen to this man and lose my year membership because he told me no to come back. How unfortunate that the owner was not there because he is always there greeting and treating his customers well .

Waste of time and money. Had to wait 1 hour and 15mins for them to actually start cleaning the car. Then it took them 15-20 mins to “clean”. I paid the “Premium express interior clean for salt stains and steam cleaning vacuuming” - close to $100. They left the car in a horrible condition. I could have done a better job myself. Salt stains and mud remain. As well as Xmas tree needles in my trunk which they didn’t bother to vacuum despite paying the extra suv fee for my tiny little crossover. Stay away from this place. I now have to go and vacuum and clean it myself. I will be warning my friends and colleagues to stay away from this place.

I expected more for the top service they offer $90+ .(i even asked about the seats , they confirmed will be steamed and hand cleaned... but didn't look like... it was better than before of course, but i could be even better... Looks almost the same for the cheaper service they offer..so this top service is not worth it for me. Maybe if I try to ask to do better, maybe they would do it... but didn't have more time... not even the outside was that good... dirty still at the bumpers, windshield and rims... (the car was not even that dirty, just got out the highway but we expect to remove at least the ones we can easily see it)

Drove all the way from Pickering to have my car detailed as it was an emergency. Google said they are open until 10. Called several times, no answer. Upon arrival I was told that they are closed for interior detailing. The manager who I spoke with was extremely rude. “If we don’t answer the phone, we are obviously closed mam” Very rude demeanour, no apology, nothing. Did not even tell me when they would reopen and offer for me to come back then. You should either have an answering machine stating that or update your hours on google!! Rude and condescending staff. Won’t be returning.

Best place to come and wash your car they have three different options ranging from $10 to $20 for just external and multiple options for both external and internal add cleaning customer service is impeccable I can't wash my car today did a great job. My cleaning done vacuums are free with your car wash and I locked my keys in my car what's great is I didn't even have to call CAA call somebody to bring my spare key the manager was gracious and help me unlock my car he had his tool kit ready no charge very friendly if anybody needs to wash their car and this is the place

Terrible experience. They were offering a promotion for a free exterior wash if you purchase an interior cleaning. It isn’t even worth it. They do an EXTREMELY poor job at cleaning. I wasted 45 minutes for this service that they can barely perform. My car is STILL dirty. I paid $80 for a dirty car even after being guaranteed that it would be cleaned inside and out. Not to mention the customer service; they don’t want to listen to what you say, there’s no supervisor/owner/manager to even complain to. The workers are so rude and one even told me to do the work myself

When you bring your to a car wash is because you want get you car clean and shine, this place scratched my car brand new car in many places, tiny little lines that you can see in everywhere! Plus a big scratch at the back of the car! I tried to talked with a supervisor and he said that is nothing that he can do that I can call the police or 911! Very unprofessional person and careless about the situation! If you want to get your car without scratches don’t come to this place, the machine doesn’t have soft clothes and leaves tiny scratches all over your car.

Terrible customer service. It is one thing to tell your customers the rules of your wash but it’s another thing to tell them to never come back and to be exceptionally rude about it. This car wash has so much business so to be this stingy about using the vacuum is crazy to me. Especially to a customer who has a membership for your wash. And I literally came today to renew it. I had been coming here for years and never had a bad experience until now. Never going back there. Don’t waste your time or money.

I have membership and I took my car for express wash and a detail, my car was not cleaned properly, I went to the manager to complain about the service and he was extremely rude, he said I didn't pay for the most expensive service then what else was I expecting for ? They offered the service of $50 and another of $75, and I paid for the $75 one, and later he said that there is another one of $200. Doesn’t matter the amount paid, the service should still be well done! I do not recommend this place.

I paid $74 for them to break my vent on the dashboard, not even clean the dashboard because there is still stuff stuck in the front near the windshield. All the buttons, nooks and crannies are still dirty and they just did a terrible job and when I complained about them breaking my vent they said it was already like that, but it wasn’t because then I wouldn’t have complained about it. They are unprofessional and unexperienced. I don’t care about their customers or the experience that they have.

Worse customer service, I got there minutes before 6 I was stuck at their stupid machine which also didn’t work she than tells me to go speak to the manager to get the interior done because they don’t do interior after 6. The manager than charges me 55.00 to do a light vacuum my car barely needed cleaning just a little touch up. Light vacuum, spray of windows one wasn’t done, spraying of my seats for $55 so when I thought it included outside too to only find out NOPE. Worse service

Everyone should come here. It's worth the $$$. Sid cleaned every crease of this vehicle as if it was his own. My tires and rims were sparkling and even the trunk looks immaculate. WOW! Good quality car wash but very bad customer service. Misleading claim that there is a price for unlimited washes. The price is for 1 wash a day. However if you do wash your car 3+ times per month it's already worth it to be a member. Quality of wash is not the best, you can frequently spot soap residues and you might need 2 or 3 washes if your car has dry snow dirty. Free vacuum and conveniently located across grocery stores and restaurants.

Definitely a great place to get your vehicles washed and vacuumed! The $19.99 for the ceramic wash comes with a free ceramic wash up to two weeks from the purchase making it a no brainer when it comes to cleaning your car! Plus not to mention the high powered free vacuum! Only downside is they have long line ups for the wash and the vacuum so you'll end up spending a good 1-2 hour getting it all done.

I've been coming here since 2017. Excellent Car Wash - quick, yet very effective, and affordable. Reasonably priced interior and exterior cleaning packages and they do a fantastic job (so don't forget to tip!) Free Vacuums (be respectful of time when it's busy) Owner/Manager is great at resolving any issue that might arise. (PIC: grime on side trim easily wiped off after car wash)

Pay attention to the written reviews. Pricing varies on the person. The website positions $150 for a service which then changed to $200 when I went in person. When my wife went later the price changed to $170 (same vehicle). Customer service was disengaging and slightly rude. There are several other car washes presenting similar prices but better service. We went to another place

I took premium car wash when i went to them. But when reached home i saw my car was in almost same condition as it was before the carwash. My car seat covers were still dirty and they just applied no dash polish. Salt stains remained there as it is. Vacuum also not done properly . Completely unsatisfied with their service. Never recommended.

Service has changed. Employees treat you like you’re going to steal their vacuum time with out washing your car. Prices are the same, but they have removed services to their prices. For example no more hand drying. After wash, your car is still dirty Overall, workers are not friendly. And they don’t know what they’re doing half the time.

They won my admiration the first time that I went there in 2019. Ever since, I've not been lucky enough to find another good place because I moved 20km away from their Jane Street location. So every time I need to wash my car I drive 40km both ways. The distance doesn't matter when you're getting great value for your money and time.

Sid provided excellent car washing service, both inside and out. I highly recommend him for anyone looking to give their vehicle a thorough cleaning. Needed a buffing service completed on the roof of my car… normally would have taken it to an Auto Body shop. Instead, I brought it to Klassic and they got the job done and did an absolutely amazing job for a fraction of the cost. I dealt with the manager named Sid who was a complete professional. Fantastic customer service.

5 stars for sure. Have been 3 times to get their wash and interior cleaning for the car, and it looks like it came off the floor room floor. Very impressed, and the cost is well worth it. They did just an amazing job as any of these "detailing" places at a fraction of the cost. They are my go to car wash now!

Each time I come here for a wash this guys never disappoint. They take there time and make sure they give you the best service possible and for a reasonable price. They also offer a monthly subscription if your interested which allows you to Clean your car as many times as you like during the month.

Bad for new cars. To speedup the process the belt was moving pretty fast which left no time for soaking and increased the impact from the brushes. I chose their lava wash which seems to be indifferent again due to speed. Their "automatic" system needs an assistant to take your card for payment

I don't get their detailing service so I don't have comment on that. But one thing I noticed on the first stage of the wash..They don't do pressure wash first. This will cause scratches on the car's body paint due to sands and small stones sticking on it as the brush rubs.

Better than the standard car wash and I have tried many. Free vacuums use. Locate your car as close as possible to vacuums unit to get the best suction to clean your car. Lots of people around to help. Reasonable detailing price with lots of staff on site.

I work like 170hrs in 3weeks but the owner doesn't pay me also they are not paying in cheque too. Giving like cash it's illegal in canada so please someone who knows about the authority please take the actions otherwise workers are going always victimised.

Got my membership increased in more than 20% when I renewed it due to my expired credit card. Last Saturday I couldn't wash my car due a system failure. Everyone in the line had to move their cars out and place was shut down. Staff not friendly at all.

$90+ auto detail was not worth it.. my backseat wasn’t clean properly. My trunk wasn’t even vacuumed. Paid for the most expensive coz I thought it’s better than their basic auto detail, but unfortunately the job wasn’t done properly.

Klassic Car Wash was great! I got an exterior cad wash as well as an interior clean and it was all done within an hour. Car looks great (can tell it was a quick job, they missed some parts of the trim… but that’s just me being picky)

Car wash and car detailing at reasonable prices. There's usually a queue for car wash, followed by detailing, so plan for the wait times. They have a waiting area to shelter you in cold/wet weather. I liked their services.

This is a good car wash for old cars. New cars STAY away. I washed my car there 2 times. The BRAND NEW car is now FULL of scratches. Scratches everywhere! Some small ones that are not easy to see in pictures, some bigger.

I just left the car wash, I paid 90 dollars, but it came out sad, you can see stains on the chairs and in general, the windshield was dirty as well as the edges of the windows.

Good place to get your car clean. But past 3 times my interior car cleaning it not done efficiently. I find lot of stuff not vaccuum cleaned and it wiped down properly.

Guys you need to adjust your soft touch rollers on the automatic car wash... driving side gets washed good but passenger side gets barely cleaned on small sedan...

The quality is good, some have not been cleaned yet, but it's 90 95% for a $65 wash, so I'm okay with it. Will come back every 6 months to deep clean the car.
