I went for a Complete Detail for my Jetta. I was told it will take up to 4 hours but I received a call 1 hour into the job saying my car is ready. I went to pick it up and found: a. Car interior was not cleaned properly. Car still stinks after the job, belts are super dirty. b. Some of my electrical systems stopped working (car screen and air bag). looks like they have used power wash inside the car! Two days after the job, the air bag started operating again (dashboard lights went away) but all the water that went into screen caused bubbles covering a part of my screen and my apple car play keep crashing. Yes, this place has the cheapest option for detailing out there, but it didn't do the job (I ended up taking the car to another place to get rid of the smell) and now I have to spend $$$ to fix my screen. Update: After owner's response, I am uploading a picture of what my car screen looked like after the car wash/detailing. Also, some additional details regarding providing feedback on the spot: When I went to pick up the car, all these issues were brought it up to both the guy that was cleaning my car as well as the lady outside at the gate. The response I received towards my electrical systems crashing "Well your car is Jetta, that always happens" and the response I received towards the dirty belts was: trying to clean it with a dirty cloth while I was watching (that cloth made the car smell even more). I also said that I wasn't happy with the smell of the car, they gave me a handful of car air fresheners (probably cost them $1). If I were you, I wouldn't argue much to the issues being raised, please own up to your screw ups, otherwise no one will trust you.

Terrible wash I've used their service for a few months. The car is never actually cleaned. The rims are always dirty after. Customer service is terrible. My paint has a lot of swirls in it now. They don't clean their machine properly so I now have scratches on both bumpers as well as the last time I went a grease drip was taken straight across my car. Asking someone to help or remedy the situation gets you nowhere I would strongly advise not using this car wash unless you really don't care about your car *******Update. While waiting for my membership to run out I went by to wash my car and was told there was an error and to email the head office. Which I did with no reply. This went on for a week. Today I went by and found out what was wrong. Because they didn't like my review, they canceled my membership and are refusing to refund the value of the time remaining, which realistically isn't a big deal. If they need the $30 that badly by all means they can keep it. It just goes to show the wonderful customer service here, that if someone says they're having an issue with customer service rather than reach out to the person and try to rectify it, they just cancel the membership without notice In the meantime, if anyone is looking for a good car wash service in the area, the Canadian Tire on Queensway offers a monthly membership and is touchless and their customer service so far is impeccable. The lines are shorter as well.

Terrible Experience with [Popular Car Wash] - Avoid at All Costs! I had an extremely disappointing encounter with them, that I feel compelled to share. Not only did they treat me disrespectfully, resulting in the cancellation of my membership and being blacklisted, but their car detailing services were also subpar. The issue started with a minor problem concerning their provided sticker, which I had to remove and reattach frequently due to work restrictions. Despite being told that their license plate recognition cameras could identify my vehicle, one day I was denied service because the sticker wasn't on my windshield. The manager, [Manager's Name], displayed an alarming lack of professionalism, dismissed my loyalty, and hastily canceled my membership. To make matters worse, their car detailing service was terrible. They used waste water and rags that left streaks all over my car, which was unacceptable considering the fees they charge for their services. It's evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority. Their dismissive treatment, coupled with shoddy detailing practices, showcases a complete disregard for their customers. I strongly advise against choosing them. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking services elsewhere, you can find much better people out there. There’s a lot of people I know that go here and will tell them to stop.

This car washing experience was disappointing. There is a large number of detail options to choose from, and multiple signs posted around the location, so it can make it hard to choose what you want quickly - suggest you plan ahead and look at the options before you get there. The automatic car wash was lackluster and left the car with soap on the windshield and sides as well as dirty streaks on the side. The hand towel, vacuum and wipe of the interior was a complete waste of money as the interior was left wet with soapy water in multiple spots, sticky from using dirty clothes to wipe and visibly dirty. We had to go home and rinse with water and then follow up with our own cleaner to remove the sticky streaky work done. The floor mats were cleaned really well though. The waiting room is unappealing and dank and the service is full of confusing instructions. Would not go back.

Reported that the car wash ripped my fog light cover off. They said they didn't have any cameras and the owner never comes to that location for them to get camera access. I wrote a review and in the picture belows shows their response (owner said he/she would pay for it if I have proof that the part was there before the wash). Kept going back and forth and finally the supervisor showed me the camera footage and it clearly shows the fog light cover there before the car wash after they said it wasnt there before the wash. They also said there was other damage but pictures show otherwise. These people do not care about you or your car.

AR WASH DAMAGED MY CAR! Brushes are to hard and close they left scraches on my car, popped out my gas cover, bent back my side mirrors, and now pushed out lost my tow hook cover costing me $300 to replace. I have called numerous times to try to talk to Harry the manger yet he's never available. I have also emailed them with the details and pictures and waited over 2 weeks now for no response. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I was paying the premium package of $40 per month which I am now going to cancel and never return to any of his locations. Paid for the Gold service plan. Interior supposed to be cleaned and there's still lint and crumbs on the seat. Hair on the carpet and floor mats are dirty. Door jams are dirty. Bugs on the front of the car. Windows are dirty. What happened to this place it has gone down hill. Third time using this place and last time. Also I asked the guy to come over and fix but all he did was complain "well when you go through the car wash it cleans your car" he said. I replied back if I get your basic service yeah but I paid $50 for a better service

So far I really like this place. Seems safe enough on my car's paint / exterior and is easy to drive in and out. I bought the unlimited Lava wash package and I'm happy with it. A few comments: I would like to have a water house on the out side of the building either for pre soak or after machine rinse. Would also like an easier way to customize the wash package. Somedays I don't need the high pressure water jets, the "rim lovers" setting on the Lava wash.

If you want to get your car's bodywork damaged, paint scratched, and windshield shattered, then this is the place for you! You're better off going through a gas station drive thru wash for a couple of extra bucks and saving yourself the hassle. If you're easily impressed by "free vacuuming" at the cost of thousands of dollars of damage to your vehicle that they will not admit to or acknowledge, then by all means get your car washed here.

I've had the 20$ service to wash my husband's car for a whole year. The good thing = you can wash your can as many times as you want. The bad thing is that customer service SUCKS (rude and doesn't offer any solution for any problem), the car doesn't seem as clean as before using the service and last but not least, they have deducted my monthly payment twice a month, since 3 months ago and haven't offer me a solution.

I visited on June 7th for a quick wash, towards the end of the wash my car made a pop sound & the steering wheel turned to the right. I noticed something off on the passenger side a couple days later as I’m not familiar with mechanical issues like this, it was pulling a bit more towards that side & didn’t feel as secure so, I called and emailed to notify them of my issue and never received any response.

Decent car wash. It's always busy though and they like to stack cars really close to each other which forces you to speed out during the drying process when the track ends to avoid being rear ended. Would also be nice if they were open later. Not sure why they close so early when the sun is still out.
