These guys are very responsible and very responsive. We are doing a renovation of a large scope. We are a logistical challenge for these guys because we are on opposite ends of the county. They have always met their time commitments or given ample notice when things had to change. As we all know, we do not live in a perfect world and things sometimes go wrong. This job is no different. But, here is the proof of their commitment. They have taken responsibility when that happened and come a long distance to make things right and without complaint or dragging their heels. I have seen plenty of folks that would simply falter in their commitment. Not these guys. They are always pleasant and upbeat. They make suggestions about better ways to do things. This has been an exceptional experience. We probably will never need to do something like this again, but if we did we would call them. Thank you Knockout Plumbing.

I bought a fixer upper in Seattle that required significant repairs. These guys are great! They are super communicative so you know where they are and when they will be there so you aren't sitting around waiting. The work they do is top notch. Definitely aren't there to get as much money out of you as possible...they want to do good work. I also love how good they are about cleaning up and being respectful of the house. I can't say enough good things! The only plumbers we will use.

Knockout installed a replacement bilge pump on my Chris-Craft. They were affordable, timely and professional. I noticed the engine bay was full of water and Colin and Zach came to the rescue. They pumped it out and installed a new automatic pump so I don’t have to worry about coming home to a sunken live aboard. Since then I have referred them to a few friends and I imagine I will be using them for years to come.

I got a couple quotes for a rough-in plumbing job on our permitted addition in Bellevue(ADU kitchen, bath and laundry plus water heater and kitchenette). We ended up going with Knockout Plumbing. The aerator fell out of our faucet and I couldn't figure out how to fix it. I called Knockout Plumbing and they were very responsive and could drop by very fast. Zach was very friendly, courteous, and followed the pandemic protocols. He explained how to fix the problem myself to save time and gave me a great discount since it was such a minor repair!

We woke up to a flooded basement due to leaking water heater and a discovered we also had a faulty water valve.
