After looking forward to a long overdue relaxing experience, I walked away feeling anything but relaxed. I should have read the signs. FIRST, I contacted them to make an appointment using my Groupon for a 90-minute massage. My Groupon was expired, but I was keenly aware that I could use it as a credit towards the regular price. No problem! After several calls I finally received a return call that was exhausting with instructions, do's and don'ts, and explanations about using my Groupon. SECOND, while I appreciate the reminders it is obvious that they've had some bad experiences with a customer or two because the reminder texts and phone call were exhausting. May not be bad for some, but for someone who uses a calendar routinely in my personal and professional life, this was overkill. THIRD, I arrived on time and was asked to complete paperwork which took me about 5 minutes. Arrived in the room around 10:15 and services commenced around 10:25-10:30. To my surprise and dismay, the services ended at 11:30. One hour service is not what I scheduled. I tracked this experience because I wanted to compare it to the next one-hour service I intended to schedule. FOURTH, I had to request a receipt - it wasn't offered - another red flag. Gave her a tip and left. When I got to my car, I checked the receipt and noticed the full amount of the Groupon wasn't credited. I asked about it and that's when it went down hill....she was argumentative and seemed to expect a fight. I asked about the 90-minute service and her response was that the 90-minute service included paperwork and preparation (me getting undressed)??? Are you kidding me??? If paperwork and preparation is included in the 90-minute MASSAGE, why isn't that explained in the detailed instructions? If that's the case, why would you not tell me to be there earlier? You open at 10:00 told me to be there at 10:00. Why not - because that's not true!!! In the interest of not spoiling the next customers experience - who was standing there - I chose to leave. Needless to say, after visiting twice before and enduring this exchange today - I won't EVER return to KOFFEE DAY SPA!!!! I have no issues paying for services rendered and leaving a gratuity, but I feel cheated as a customer......looking forward to my next massage elsewhere. This customer left dissatisfied and in need of true, full service, stress-relieving experience.

I received a gift card for Koffee Day Spa for Christmas 2022. I was really excited because it was a black owned business and this would be my first time visiting a spa. The gc was the “Bliss” which consisted of 1. Foot Scrub 2. Massage 3. Facial (60 Min. Each) When I finally decided to redeem my gc was in February 2023. I called and spoke to Destiny & inquired about coming in on a Saturday but she did let me know Saturdays were booked for the next month out. I ended up picking a Friday in February then had to reschedule due to family problems. I ended up redeeming my gift card on March 24, 2023. My appt was scheduled for 11am (I arrived 7 min early) so i had to wait in the car until 11am. When it was time for me to go inside Destiny was the one who greeted me at the door. She had my fill out an intake form which was some basic questions. After the intake form she took me to start my services... My first service was the foot scrub..everything was already set up..which was amazing. Destiny was very professional with making me comfortable and relaxed. We watched a movie and chatted while she gave me my foot scrub. My second service was the massage which was also performed by Destiny. She escorted me into the room (which by the way was soooooo relaxing with the music playing and lights on the ceiling). She did step out to give me a min to get comfortable and lay on the table. Destiny did knock upon reentry which i appreciated. She did lmk if she was being rough /heavy handed during the massage to tell her and she would lighten up. Since this was my first time getting a professional massage I really didn't know what to expect. She def did a great job. My last service was the facial which was done by Thai (The Owner). She was very sweet and polite when she introduced herself. She asked me was this my first facial and I said yes. We did chat a few before she started the facial. During the facial I played my airports and relaxed until the facial was done. She did a good job and my face felt and looked fresh. Overall my experience was a 10/10 The establishment was super cozy and relaxing The environment was inviting I love the art work and decor

I was gifted a spa package for 30min steam session, jelly foot spa and full body massage. Upon entering the ambiance is absolutely calming and peaceful. I enjoyed the decor throughout the spa. I received a robe and some slip on shoes which I thought was a nice touch. Your belongings cannot be locked up anywhere so only take with you what is needed. There was only myself and the young lady who answers the phone there however, I did not know she was my spa person for services. I started with my steam session. If you are shy don't do a steam session it is out in the open next to the pedicure area and there are no partitions to separate it for being naked getting in the pod. The pod was uncomfortable for me the way u sit in it was just not comfy. If your hot flashing, it may be a lil unbearable I made it maybe 15min lbs. The jelly foot soak was nice it was different. My massage was okay. It seemed like the young lady (as sweet as she was) was new in giving massages. I had a full body package but she only massaged my hip area up to my neck. My paperwork stated I needed concentration on those areas as well as my lower half/feet. She never went below my hips so no full massage was provided. On her defense she was the only one in the spa (I'm guessing it's 1:1 service) but there should be a more experienced person providing the massages. Over I rate a 3 b/c the massage was the 1 thing I really needed as a nurse on my feet all day. I would have loved to rate higher but it wouldn't be honest. Hopefully they will provide a more experienced masseuse it will definitely provide higher ratings for people like me needing the massages.. Please try it out for yourself, you may have a different experience

Please DO NOT buy/book a Groupon for this place. I had read all the reviews about how others had a bad experience with getting an appointment here. They are not wrong. Last week, I called to make an appointment for today. They got my name, phone number, email, and voucher number over the phone. The person on the other line even told me to bring cash for tips and where to park. I had no idea that it was going to be a disaster. Today, I walked in for my 1pm appointment. The girl at the desk said she could not find me in their system. I waited to talk to the owner. Meanwhile, I witnessed another couple that had a simple question of whether they could have 2 female massage therapists be told by the owner that "they can't guarantee 2 female massage therapist because people may call in sick and their business has to go on." Once the owner, Thai, was done with the other customers, we checked to see what had occurred. She said that my phone number and email were incorrect in their system. That I had been booked for last Wednesday. My Groupon voucher had also been redeemed. Thai kept explaining to me her end of the company and what they do and how they send out confirmations. Instead of giving me a lesson on what they usually do, she should have apologized for the mistake and rebooked me immediately. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The owner did eventually, after her lectures and poor attitude, rebook me for an inconvenient time/date as I had already made the drive there today. However, after seeing how the owner talks down on people, I have no desire to come back.

This rating is for the front desk mostly. Not only is scheduling a nightmare (what kind of spa closes so early every day) and you basically have to schedule for 2 months in advance, BUT the front desk lady has a HORRIBLE attitude. I let it go and scheduled. When i finally got there, after a long hard day at work all I wanted to do was relax with my 60 minute massage i paid for. Sitting in the waiting room, i overheard the front desk lady tell someone on the phone that gratuity was mandatory and only taken in cash... i didnt have cash nor was i told that ever. SO i walked up and asked her if i could go and grab cash after my massage as it was 5:00 pm my appointment time... she said, go now so we dont lock you out after we close.. (why would you lock the door if you know im bringing cash back, lmao) and so i asked, "it is my appointment time, if i leave now , will i still get my 60 minutes?" she ASSURED me i would... i get back at 5:15, my massage therapist takes me back, massage was great, she was really good but it stopped abruptly and i thought, "no way that was 60 minutes. sure enough I check my phone, 6:00pm on the dot. so the front desk lady lied. I understand giving some time for undressing and getting on the bed but i came back 15 mins after my appointment time and did not receive that time back when it was the front desk lady who PROMISED me that i would. When i brought this up, she argued with me. I STILL tipped but i DEFINITELY would not come back.

My BF and I received a voucher for a couples massage as a gift. When I first called to schedule an appointment it was in February, called several times, left messages no one called me back. It was until one day in May that I was able to get an appointment, and it was for July at that. Given the circumstances of everything going on with quarantine times and all, we figured the poor communication was due to that and we booked the appointment anyway willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. As the appointment got close, one of my husband's coworkers tested positive to COVID-19. We decided to postpone the appointment until we got tested and had a negative result. We were not experiencing symptoms, but to us, the safest choice was to quarantine just in case. You would think they would be more understanding of the situation. When I called to postpone they said they would push our appointment 6 months out, or we could just give the voucher to someone else. Although it is understandable that they have certain policies, the situation was out of our control. Unless they would have preferred we showed up after being in direct contact with someone who tested positive. This was not only unprofessional, but very disappointing because we actually wanted to give a small business the opportunity to gain our business as well as possibly some referrals. We will continue to go to our usual spot and continue to refer people only there.

Horrible I purchased a Groupon back in August made my appointment for my boyfriend’s birthday it was going to be a surprise a couples massage which he had never had I have been to Spa since I was 26 never have I had a call and demanded that gratuity was in cash form I’ve been going to Spa‘s for many years and you tip out of the kindness of your heart which I am a great tipper on any service that I get my second problem was that I purchased a couples in 10 minutes to my appointment I got a call stating about the gratuity that they want it in cash and that we couldn’t have a couples massage it would be separate in separate rooms I heard the manager out and got off the phone call back to reschedule because my boyfriend did not want to go through could not get nobody called again that day nobody I left a brief message with my number asking if I could get a call back to reschedule when we could have a couples massage nothing the next day I called back and spoke with the manager she said I needed to reschedule 48 hours prior to my appointment I’ve than explain to her that I was unaware that I would not get the services that I paid for which was a couples massage not separate massages They sent out emails and texts never once did it ever say that I would not get the service that I pay for and that it would be separate the manager was very rude she was not helpful at all I would never recommend this fall to any one

Firstly, I received 3 facials and each time, after 2 days my face broke out worse than ever. I was told this could be a side effect but will reside. It never did. I finally just changed my facial wash and THAT helped. Facials were a waste of time and money. Secondly, as usual, at the end of my last appointment, I was able to set and pay for next month’s appointment. Since I’d changed my face wash a couple of weeks prior to that date and was finally getting results, the upcoming facial was unnecessary. Also, now I’m 5 months pregnant so I’m not even able to lay on my back for the facial. I called for days trying to cancel my appointment but no answer. She didn’t call back until the evening before the appointment and had the nerve to tell me I CANT GET A REFUND OF $60 FOR A SERVICE I NEVER RECEIVED. She told me to gift the service to someone else. She also told me these were conditions for using their membership. The paperwork you complete on your first visit mentions NO SUCH THING. So basically I WASTED $240 with Koffee day spa and that unfortunate because I really wanted to support a black owned business. But clearly that support is wasted on unskilled “professionals” and taken for granted. I mean THEY DONT EVEN ANSWER PHONE CALLS UNLESS YOU DIAL THEM 50 TIMES.

Probably great service but cannot get an appointment to find out. I've been trying to schedule a couple's massage for my wife and I for weeks and have called no less than 5 times. Nobody ever answers and I have to leave messages. I had one message returned, and the employee said they'd check for availability in the future on the day of the week I wanted, but over a week later I haven't heard from her again. The only time I had my call answered was on a day they were closed. The employee told me they couldn't access the scheduling system while they were closed. I would be impressed at answering the phone while closed, but if you cannot help, why answer? Very difficult an appointment so far, but I've already paid Groupon so I will just have to keep trying. ***12/29 UPDATE Finally got a hold of someone who helped me set an appointment and actually turned my experience around because they let me use the Mon-Thu Groupon I had purchased on a Saturday a few weeks out. This was much more convenient. Once out appointment came, it was very pleasant and the therapists who did the service were very professional and polite. Would definitely recommend, no issues at all. They did great.

Where do I beginnnnn???!! The Koffee Day Spa LITERALLY changed my life!! Before coming here, I'd had chronic back pain for well over 6 months and blamed it on my lack of stretching and mattress. It's been a month since my first visit here and I have NO back pain since!! Destini has the hands of an angel and REALLY gets into every nook and cranny. I can't believe I didn't fall asleep. Not to mention, the Koffee Day Spa is literally an entire VIBE as soon as you walk into the door. My artist playlist was playing and I was instantly relaxed. Thai worked her magic during my facial and is such a freaking sweetheart! To end my visit, I got to watch a show I'd been wanting to see on the big screen while in my comfy robe and getting my feet rubbed! Talk about one of the BEST birthday gifts/experiences I've ever had. Not to mention I bought Thai's homemade facial cleansing soap and body soap and SO MOISTURIZING!!! I cannot brag about them enough. I've LITERALLY sent the link to their spot to EVERYONE lol...They are the TRUTH! Can't wait to get back to Dallas JUST to come see them :) LOVE YOU GALS!!

So honestly I wanted to love this place. It's black owned and close to my house. But I'm sorry it was a little underwhelming. First no one was at the front desk to greet me. Then randomly someone calls out: "you can come on back" so I nervously walk into a room and the lady goes "oh I thought you were my client" and I'm like "no I have an appt". So she directs me back to the waiting room. I grab a magazine and then a young lady comes out, greets me and gives me a form to complete. I thought the young lady was the receptionist but she was my masseuse (sorry if I spelled that wrong). She was a sweet young lady and did a good job on the massage but Idk I wanted more. I have multiple businesses, a full time job and I run 3 times a week so my stress level is really high. Coming to this spa, I felt like because I was a new customer, I wasn't valued which is why I got the young massage therapist. And based on some of the other reviews, I believe it was the owner who gave me the rude/awkward interaction. So I highly doubt I'll be back.

What's not to love? I am so grateful for my Koffee membership, worth the investment. I love that the owner operator, Thai, knows me by name. She and her staff provide excellent care that us unmatched. I get the feel of a large spa without the commercial elements. It is chic, modern, upscale and the perfect element to my mental health and overall wellness. I haven't regretted my monthly investment for a second. The price points are comparable to any upscale spa yet you get way more attention to detail in your services and care. I love that there's a variety of options and the owner creates organic goods to maintain my peace and skin at home. I love the product line and the Education u receive in my skincare regimen. Thai is extremely knowledgeable. My favorite is relaxing in the steam capsule, my yoni steam and ending with a two-hour facial and peel. You get what you pay for and after this experience, I decided there would be no more skipping my monthly spa appointments. I'll be celebrating my 40th with a girls spa party.

My husband and I went there for a couples massage but were told we would be in two separate rooms. We weren’t told this until we arrived. So that was very awkward for us considering it was supposed to be “a couples massage”. Well we thoroughly enjoyed our hour of deep tissue massages. The massagers were excellent. It wasn’t until we were preparing to leave out the door that we were told “you’re good to go; the only other charge is your gratuity”. We looked at each other because we weren’t aware that gratuity was expected unless the customer otherwise felt the need to render. The lady at the counter would not unlock the door so we had to unlock it ourselves in order to exit the establishment. She was obviously waiting or expecting the gratuity and even stated “the door is locked”!!!!! We always support black owned businesses because we love giving back to us. However; this gesture turned my husband completely off and left his generous tip in his pocket. First experience and LAST!

I've had two facials with Thai over the past few months, and I wish I could have enjoyed my time at Koffee as much as everyone else. First, I bought a Groupon, and I feel like I get a different level of service compared to members. The receptionist is short on the phone, and since the treatment room has no ceiling, I've spent two hours now listening to her on the phone. I think that only being allowed to tip in cash, and not having cash to make change, isn't acceptable in 2018. Really what ruined my experience was being ignored during my facial today. No questions at the beginning, no feedback on my last treatment or my current skin concerns. She made me feel like I'm not worth investing the time to build a relationship because I'm not a "real client." I'm looking for a spa to invest my time and money in and to build a relationship with someone who cares about my skin as much as I do. I have one facial left in my package, but I'm not returning.

I found out about this place through Group-on. On the website of Groupon it did advertised that I would be able to choose from Swedish, Deep-Tissue, Trigger-Point or Sports Massage but they didn't even ask my mom or me which one we would of liked. I could of probably asked so that is my fault. When I got there I got there an hour earlier because I thought it started at that time again MY fault. However, when she told me that she had left a message when I called asking to confirm my appointment she told me that I "need to keep up with my scheduled appointment because they cant keep up with you." I asked if I could pay in advance and she said yes but proceeded to go to the room behind the counter to change the music and left me hanging in front of the counter. Her overall attitude felt like "I am better than you" which is why I thought it was the owner and while doing some research I confirmed that it is. She was just extremely rude.

Customer service was terrible! My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage and the lady "greeting" was on the phone, that's understandable, but she gets off and doesn't say anything leaving us standing, waiting. Our appointment was at 1 and we don't start until 1:20. We were even early to fill out paperwork... Then another girl comes and makes us fill out ONE paper for both where it asks information for BOTH of us and we have to fit it in a small space because they didn't want to waste another paper for each to fill out our own. They didn't target the spots I asked for. I also asked for a deep tissue massage and they had a hard time managing that type of massage. They had a stool and it was kicked around the whole massage time under my face while facing down on the table... not very relaxed AT ALL! I do not recommend this place, I'm glad I did not pay full price for it.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Koffee Day Spa, and I must say, it was an amazing and professional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable, thanks to the warm and inviting ambiance that sets the perfect mood for relaxation. One thing that stood out to me was her evident expertise, She is highly skilled but also very informative, explaining the various techniques and benefits of the treatment I received. This level of transparency and education added a wonderful touch to the overall experience. Whether it's a facial or a massage, every service I tried was exceptional. Overall, my visit to Koffee Day Spa was nothing short of amazing. The professionalism, comfort, and ambiance all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend Koffee Day Spa to anyone seeking a top-notch spa experience.

I had a one hour facial Groupon, I called once and got my appointment made for two days later. My esthetician was Yami and she was very gentle, she explained every product she was using and my skin feels really great. I had some dry spots for the longest that are still clear 4 days after my appointment. A few comments on the environment: the interior is nice and modern and they play relaxing music with a beat that I liked a lot. Their front desk was a little cluttered, in contrast to the otherwise clean look. The rooms do not have walls that go to the ceiling so you can easily hear other people talking/everything going on in the rest of the building. This didn't bother me personally but it was unexpected. I would be interested in coming back since I had such great results and felt very relaxed and taken care of.

False advertisement, website says in numerous places to come in for free consultation. Unfortunately, I was not given the opportunity to give a review. I called to try and come in to talk with some about your services, products, membership but was given the cold shoulder and was told there was a $40 fee just to find out about what services and packages are offered. Maybe I'm wrong, but I should not have to pay $40... for a look at your facility and for a staff person to talk to me about your services, especially when you are advertising to come in for a free consultation. BAD BUSINESS. Seems they would have honored their policy, but no. Lost a customer even before you had one...it would have cost a small amount to talk to me and show me around your facility that I wanted to start a membership with. Buyer Beware.

I have been to many spas and have had massages at some of the best places in Dallas. I have to add Koffee Day Spa to that list! I am very grateful of the time, effort, and comfort offered to my sister and I. We were spoiled with freshly baked cupcakes, our own bottle of champagne, and fresh cucumber/orange water. I had been in communication with Thai for several weeks planning a special visit to Koffee Day Spa - she was accommodating and communicative. Our services included a foot soak with a foot masque that left our feet feeling so soft! We even had a personalized massage. I love deep tissue massages and I am normally left disappointed but the young lady did an amazing job. Also, my facial left my skin glowing! My sister couldn't stop talking about it all day, too. Thank you so much for the great experience!

I had the pleasure of visiting Koffee Day Spa, downtown over the weekend. The professionals were great experts and I enjoyed every minute of the amenities. We had a party there and we were all please with the results. I truly was able to relax and let go of the tension I had stored for months. I felt revived. The smile on my face the next day was liberating. Koffee Day Spa delivered. KDS gave me what I was Needing. If you were to ask me what was my favorite amenity, I couldn’t tell you because All of them were amazing. I was able to purchase some of my favorite items that was used on me. I will Be using them tonight. I’m grateful that I was able to experience a delightful place. 10/10

I booked a massage with Will but was given another therapist instead. She was the worst!!!! Very unprofessional and probably not even a REAL massage therapist. She never inquired about the amount of pressure I wanted or my focus areas. Instead of starting face down she taught it would be best to start from my feet up! Ive never heard of such a thing. Her technique was poor and the entore ordeal was extremely uncomfortable! Especially when she tried to massage my arms and ended up massaging my armpits!!! She also never took the time to properly drape me while she was massaging and left several areas of my body overly exposed!!!! What an imposter. I will never book with her again!!!!!!

Horrible hours I can't comment on their massages because I was unable to even get an appointment. I bought a Groupon knowing that they had challenging hours and that Saturday appointments would need to be scheduled well in advance. But I had no idea I actually would not even be able to get an appointment before the end of the year when the Groupon expires. I was told they have no Saturday appointments, so maybe I could take a day off to get an appointment. Total waste of money and frustrating. Apparently they only cater to people who don't work for a living. If I could show up in the middle of the day for a massage, I probably wouldn't be in much need of a massage.

Worst. Service. Ever. I wish I read the rest of the reviews on this place before I purchased their groupon. They're all true. Impossible to reach by phone. I left messages and they didn't call back for days. Finally when I was able to reach them, they were booked for 2 months. And then they canceled on me 2 days before my massage. Once again... impossible to reach by phone to reschedule. I even went to their facility during business hours to try and schedule an appointment and they were locked! Terrible! Avoid! Already got my money back from Groupon. Sorry Koffee, you're missing out on a lot of business. Hire a receptionist or something.

I attended a spa party and absolutely loved it! I can't believe I wasn't aware there was a black owned spa so close to downtown Dallas. The staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable. The owner, Thai, herself gave me my hand massage; she was so sweet and welcoming Every massage was executed with the perfect pressure to relieve my aches and stresses. I particularly enjoy the mini back massage. Love the eclectic ambiance of the spa as well as the fact they make many of (if not all of) the products they use. Shea butters, scrubs, etc. They also offer reiki massages and chakra alignment as well. I will be back for sure!

Just left. I had to sit down to write this meaningful review. I had a 60 min deep tissue from Markelle thru a goupon. You walk i the front door and the ambiance begins. Once in the massage room it continued with more relaxing music. Markelle has the hands of a saint. We discussed my pain areas and she went to work. I feel like she unlocked and openned blood flow to my body. Towards the end i remember hearing myself snore!! Definitely props to her. I walked out the office feeling like i had a full body elevation going on. I was so relaxed i had to sit in my car a minute to remember my name!!!

The massages were great! My husband and I did a couples massage. Because of Covid, we were put in separate rooms, which was not a huge deal as we were told ahead of time. Parking is street parking, which isn’t ideal. The spa is different from other spas I’ve been to. The music is relaxing- not your typical wind chime kind of music, more like a playlist of relaxing music of different genres. There isn’t much sound proofing. You can hear the street traffic and people in other rooms, but not a huge issue. All in all, it was a great experience, and I will definitely come back in the future.

We loved our Koffee Day Spa experience! We had a unique request for a facial "experience" for a 6-yo, and Thai accepted the challenge right away -- complete with a robe and "cucumber eyes". Our party was two adults and 1 child, we had the entire spa to ourselves in an after-hours retreat. We experienced facials & massages, which were both relaxing. In addition to having cupcakes, Thai further accommodated the experience with sparking apple cider for our youngest guest and grown up bubbles for the adults. We will definitely be back next time we're in Dallas!

The experience that I had here was amazing, from the customers service to the attention to detail in the décor. I love that is a small and intimate place, this was my first time at a spa and it has set the standards for me. I will need every place I am to ever go to be this attentive. And I will definitely be becoming a member of Koffee Day Spa, being able to come here once a month will definitely need to be added to myself care routine. I want to thank Ms. Thai and her staff for showing my crazy family so much love yesterday, we loved every moment of it.

The masseuses were so kind and we felt they really knew what they were doing. They were very attentive to the specific areas we wanted more attention on. We could tell that they’re genuinely good people and good at their jobs. It also smelled so good in the spa! We’ll definitely be going back again! They are a little hard to get a hold of but are worth it! I tried to schedule an appointment last spring and they didn’t return my voicemail. However, when we called this week they responded the next day and immediately scheduled us for the weekend.

Just realized I haven't written a review and I have been getting monthly facials since April of this year. I am not even sure where to begin. I simply love Koffee Day Spa and Thai is the best!! She is so thorough and her facials are divine! Those 60 minutes fly by. The facility is beautiful!!! I feel so comfortable and I have hyperpigmentation issues that are steadily getting better with her help. Thai is truly a beautiful soul and I will continue to support her for as long as she is there. If you haven't stopped by, make sure you do!!!

Im a very civil reasonable person and I’m going to do you a favor and say you should avoid spending your money for their “services”. If your getting a good deal it’s because you’re getting what you paid for. Horrible customer service, I think they’re trained to be rude over the phone. And they demand money for a tip for the therapist after the conversation, that’s not how tips work. If you call to reschedule.. they DO NOT RESCHEDULE or make any accommodations to help, but Hey! they will keep your money. Don’t spend your money. #TRASH

I was surprised for my birthday today by my husband. We showed up... I was unaware of where we were going or what was going to happen...not sure how he found you guys... My husband and I had a couples massage after an overnight date night in Dallas. The service was great and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The massages were amazing! My husband is very picky and usually cannot find anyone to use enough pressure on him. This was not the case here. He loved his massage and felt relaxed and de-stressed afterwards. I like light pressure and that is exactly what I got. They were both very attentive to areas of concern and tightness. If we lived closer we would frequent this spa regularly!

My appointment time wasn't correct & I had waited over a month for the booking. The young lady at reception was on the phone with a caller for over 10 minutes when I arrived & didn't acknowledge me. Parking in the area is non-existent. The owner took over 6 hours to return my call & I missed her call due to another appointment I had every time I've attempted to return her call I've been placed on hold or my call is not answered. I was giving them an opportunity to resolve my issue, but after a week I give up.

All I did was call in and whoever answered was not very inviting, she didnt sound like she wanted my business at all. I asked if they accepted groupon her response was, "if they're valid, but if you want to try us out you have to book at least 3 weeks in advance we dont have anything available for you." Someone nicer should answer the phone. Im calling for relaxation not attitude. I heard great things about Will and wanted to get a massage but I will definitely not go here.

I've been attending Koffee Day Spa for 5yrs and I love it. Tya always knows what my skins needs without me even telling her. My skin has improved to were I don't even wear make up, just bronzer. Monday she turned me on to the Sonay Dakar serum and my skin feels amazing. Ladies your skin is all you have and Tya wants to help you keeping it flawless. Just call her the Fountain of Youth. But you remember you have to keep the regiment that she gives you & be dedicated.

Received a facial as a gift from a family member. I was a bit uncomfortable going in because I'd never received a facial before. As soon as I stepped through the door I was greeted with a smile. Took less than 3 minutes for me to be escorted to my room. The facial was amazing. Felt so good. When I was finished they recommended a few products for me to use to improve my skin. The products are working wonderfully. I plan on going back soon and buying a membership.

Wonderful services! My husband and I just left from our appointment. It was my first professional massage and I was so pleased. Both of the ladies in the shop were sweet as can be and did an excellent job. While my girl was use to giving more firm massages (and I like more of a soft touch) she adjusted when asked and I left feeling wonderful and relaxed. Prices were very reasonable and we will be happy to make the hours drive to visit again in the future.

I love this place! I had the most amazing facial, foot ritual, and massage ever. It's a great spa. I went out on a limb and also purchased a facial cleanser, which i never purchase anywhere because my skin is sensitive to new products. I have had zero issues with the cleanser. I like it so much that i would purchase this for years to come. It cleans so well and my skin looks wonderful. Getting ready to book my next appointment. Cant wait to go back!

I went to Koffee Day Spa with a few girlfriends on short notice. The experience was great! The location was very calm and clean, and we were hospitably received with a cold drink. I received a massage from William (excellent! Very firm pressure but not painful). The entire session was both relaxing and invigorating. In fact, I am taking my mom back for a facial. I highly recommend this spa! (BTW- the prices are very reasonable!)

Going there was my first time EVER getting a facial and they definitely made an impression on me. They’re set up is cute. I got confused on the booking process but the owner personally helped me and walked me through the process and was overall delightful and communicative. I’m DEFINITELY going to get a membership and do my facials, more than likely try their massages just because I got such great service.

Absolutely loved my experience and time at Koffee Day Spa! Had a private spa party for my best friend's 30th and she absolutely love it! It's such a great and relaxing vibe. The owner, Thai and her staff, are so lovely and made our time there so enjoyable!! Part of our spa party included 3 mini services, the facial and massage were the best! Not too short or rushed through either. Can't wait to come back!

Koffee Day Spa is magical. I was introduced to this spot because of an event held in this space. I have since visited 3 more times. The handmade soaps are amazing, bath bombs are essential to life and the energy of this space is going to calm your body, mind and spirit. To be honest, the line should be out the door for this business. It is.a hidden gem and you should run, not walk to Koffee Day Spa.

They do have good services. The good therapist I know of has left and my last massage was disappointing. The therapist was friendly but I doubt I will book again unless they have a good deep tissue massage therapist given how far they are from where I live. Most times the call gets picked up by an answering machine and nobody calls you back. Getting ahold of someone from this location is quite hard.

Bought a one-hour massage on Groupon. Went in today for my rub down and it was a awesome experience!! My pain is just about gone and #Thai is so good I signed up for the membership which came w a nice bottle of Gilli Moscato wine and hand crafted hand soap! I’m still stoked at the outcome! Made an appointment for me and my husband on our anniversary, when we showed up the door was locked, no one answered the phone. Then I received an alert on my phone of an email they sent stating "your appointment has been canceled ". No reason as to why, no one called me via phone, just a notification that they canceled my appointment. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

WOW! My husband and I just went to have a couples massage here and it was amazing. William did a fantastic job and I feel so rejuvenated and relaxed. Kim did my husbands massage and he raved about it. We will definitely be back. :) very laid back environment. It’s not stuffy and stuck up like some massage chains. It felt very personal and comfortable.

I was recently in a car crash and I had soreness and my muscles around my back were extremely tense and irritated. Coming here surely fixed the tense I had near my neck. I know it's not a permanent solution, but at least for the day and maybe a night I can feel relaxed and be able to get some sleep. Really good massages. Highly recommended.

So where do I start? First of all Destiny was an amazing masseuse and I totally 100% without a shadow of a doubt enjoy the experience. I've had a few different services here and gone with a group as well as by myself the staff as well s the owner are all very knowledgeable and kind when recommending and performing services. They ask you exactly what services you are looking for and do not try to upscale you. The facility is very clean and inviting as well.

I found them in a time crunch and they exceeded my expectations from the start!! They made our company party a blast. The atmosphere, services, drinks, and food was all so perfect. My husband and I love this place. But this time we treated our Mothers to a massage and let me tell you they loved them as well. They were so relaxed that they fell asleep lol. They are ready to bring their husbands. Koffee Day Spa just earned more customers.

Massage was not good or bad. Customer service was not the best. Every time you call they never answer, took about a week to get a call back. I’m not sure what kind of massage oil they have for the staff but my masseuse kept having to reapply constantly.

We purchased a groupon and booked our appointment online. When we showed up for appointment they would not honor the groupon and told us we would have to call grouping for a refund.

Please don’t buy a Groupon for this place! They have terrible customer service for groupon members . If you don’t like people from groupon why have it up there at the first place.

You can go get a massage somewhere and walk out feeling the same way you did when you arrived or you can go here and get a great experience with great results. 'Nough said.
