"I had gone a few years ago and would have rated them 3"
"Excellent place for a foot rub"
"I went to the location in Bishop Arts"
"Terrible experience"
"I'm hooked! This is by far the most relaxing healing experience I've had in a long time"
I had gone a few years ago and would have rated them 3.5 if possible. However, I came back and the whole experience was really enjoyable and the service was really good so any doubts I had before are gone (To be fair, the time of day and person giving the service was different and the previous time I did not know what to expect so my confusion probably added to the lower rating). I made the appointment online which was easy to do and once I got there they were very friendly and accommodating. The chairs are really comfortable too and the atmosphere is very relaxing. While I only got the 40 min feet massage, I will say getting the 60min one is worth it since it was really good and I felt sad that it didn't last longer (I went last minute so I couldn't get the 40 min one but next time I'll definitely ask for the major and minor points!). All in all, it was a great experience. Good massage, friendly service, very relaxing and social distancing was taken care of well so that is also a plus.
Excellent place for a foot rub. They do knees down and a quick soak before getting started. Absolutely affordable prices but you need to let them know of pressure and problem areas ahead of time or they’ll just do their standard work (that’s on you if you don’t tell them). They’ll work anywhere you want and really helped my sole pain after biking/running real well. Always go here whenever I’m having some sore muscles in the lower leg and need a quick hour getaway! However, there was a garbage client in with us who tried to skip out without paying and didn’t tip after falling asleep in their chair during an hour treatment. Some low class people come in and expect everything for nothing. Don’t trust those 1 or 2 star reviews saying staff was mean since I witnessed it first hand. They handled it calm and I was appalled someone tried to walk out with it paying and then had the gall to stiff a tip after pulling a stunt like that. Some people.
I went to the location in Bishop Arts. These folks know what they are doing. There is definitely a language barrier but if you are patient and friendly they will do their best to accommodate all of your needs. My foot massage was outstanding. The gentleman knew where all of the pressure points were and was able to locate the tense muscles to give them extra attention. Not all reflexology places are alike. I went to another place last week and the lady didn't know what she was doing. So go to a place where they really know reflexology. They only rubbed my feet and legs but by the time they were done, my entire back, head and neck was relaxed. Use the Google translator app if you must but definitely give this place a try.
Terrible experience. I went there today to get a VIP foot massage, and although the price is reasonable, the experience was less than expected. My foot massager began to fall asleep as soon as he began working on my other foot. Instead of someone waking him up, other workers watched him constantly have to wake himself up. At the end of the visit, my massager along with two others hovered over me to ask if I was leaving a tip on the machine. After saying “No” (why would I tip him?) they all began talking in their language, clearly upset. I regret ever going. Trust me, I won’t be back.
I'm hooked! This is by far the most relaxing healing experience I've had in a long time. I've heard about reflexology and experienced it before but not like this. After the first session I was amazed how much better I felt period including the sciatica that had flared up recently. People mention being annoyed with rule of no talking I frankly found that to be refreshing. English is not spoken fluently but I had no problems booking my sessions through their website and communicating my concerns to my therapist. Great price, great service, wonderful experience.
The service was superb this last Sunday. We made reservations online for the Bishop Arts District location of this YaYa Foot Spa, and was so easy to sign up, locate this store and get started with the works. We opted for one hour each of the "foot reflexology" plus detox, two gentlemen crew persons did the work. The entire session was quite relaxing, comforting, smooth and we were very glad to have this done. Highly recommend this one hour session w/ detox and the Bishop Arts District is perfect for us coming in from Grand Prairie, Texas.
My husband and I visited on Valentine's Day. The ambience was great. The therapists are very knowledgeable and skilled. The prices are reasonable. We chose the basic 40 minute reflexology massage. Other options include 60 - minute and 90 - minute massages. I was so relaxed, after 40 minutes that I don't know how you could do 90! But, I'm willing to find out... The only challenge was the reservation. I made my appointment online, but it was not in their appointment book. When the gentleman checked an app, he saw my appointment.
Sooo relaxing! It was my first time trying out reflexology and it hurt so good (so to speak). I had broken my ankle back in early March and was nervous that it was going to be too painful to get a deep reflexology foot massage. I was pleasantly surprised of how much my ankle really needed to be stretched, that though at times I did have some slight pains, but it was a good pain feeling. If that makes sense to anyone. They are pros at Ya Ya and they will find those troubled spots and work them out. Can't wait to go back
I've had amazing foot massages and others that were just fair. It's a bit random and contingent on which masseuse is up next. If the massage isn't firm enough or too firm I recommend addressing it immediately. Never had an issue with tip solicitation. Only other issue is walk-in clients apparent disconnect with their volume. It's annoying and frustrating when you are mid massage and there's this loud back and forth. I go monthly and would probably go more often if I could have the same level of service each time.
I was there friday August 17 horrible miss communication they ended up charging me 46 after they clearly said it would be 36 they sersiouly need to get an english speaking receptionist there its obvious ur employees can not communicate were in Texas u cant speak a different language and expect people to understand when ur not talking words. I was disrespected yelled at i was being attacked by all the employee's when it was THERE LANGUAGE THATS THE ISSUE. I will not be going back ever!! DO NOT WASTE UR TIME!
Wish I got the name of the woman who massaged me, but I’ll just say AVOID this location if you want quality and legit service. She kept putting a soggy wet towel back on top of my legs (which had lotion on them) and the feeling was so gross. she gave me a mediocre foot rub that never felt much more than I could do myself. Place just felt not properly managed, old and dirty. Needs new management and employees ASAP because this service is NOT what I envisioned for my first Reflexology experience.
Always a great place to get a foot massage. The workers are nice and helpful. It is best to set an appointment ahead of time to secureb you a spot. Sometimes you can walk in but other times this place gets really crowded. The prices are so very reasonable. Also if you go online there are like 3-4 locAtions in dallas. I highly recommend. You get you feet soaked then massaged and chamomile tea to relax you. I love this place.
One of the best foot massages I have had in a long, long time! We had to wait about 40 minutes to get an appointment, but fortunately it's located an a cute neighborhood with plenty's of shops, restaurants and bars. Perfect place to have to kill time. The spa is very clean and every was friendly. We were both impressed with our massage and decided it was definitely our new go to spot in Dallas.
Simply AMAZING! I am 28 weeks pregnant and have been site seeing non-stop for the last two days. Needless to say, my legs and feet are extremely sore. I found this place by chance and SO thankful I went in there. The gentleman was so considerate & it made for the best hour I’ve had in a while. I was very relaxed! Great little area, too! Lots to keep my husband entertained :)
BED BUG INFESTATION! As I was getting my reflexology massage, I felt like something was biting me and I was getting really itchy. I was instantly having an allergic reaction and it was uncomfortable to sit through the remainder of the massage. I now have red welts all over my arm and two on my back! This is disheartening and honestly just gross. Please beware of this!!!
Great reflexology experience. I am so glad you aren't allowed to talk.......I want to enjoy my foot massage and relax and not here people talk or on their phones like they do at some places when you get a pedicure. Love love love this place. This was my first time (treat from my boyfriend)...... can't wait to return.
Place is fantastic. After a foot pursuit the prior day my Plantar Fasciitis was kicking my but. Went yesterday and today my foot feels fantastic. It was like the guy could tell where I was having issues as he was burying his thumb and nail into the sore spot. Worked great and I had no limp today from pain.
Because I am on my feet 12 hours or more some days, foot reflexology is definitely needed and YaYa foot spa is definitely the place to go. Serene atmosphere and green tea to boot. The reflexologist has magical hands that ease all my tension away. Afterwards my feet feel so much lighter. Very worth going.
Took my son dad for father's day and after I paid them $72.00 they demanded a tip. I had no problem tipping but the skinny lady start getting mad, using profanity and acting if I didn't tip her. Whole time the other guy work there took the tip. Massage feet good but customer service is horrible!
David at. The Bishop arts location does a poor uneducated foot massage. I’ve been here four or more times and am usually happy with my foot massage. My daughter had Davis last time she came and felt the same way. Also, there were 4 of us and he started my massage last and finished first.
I think the guy could of done it more ruff..I love it hard n ruff maybe I'll tell him next time...the music had me falling asleep..It was sooo relaxing. I'm a mommy of 2. I needed this so bad. A guy was snoring very loud ...kinda mess up the spa for me...I really like it tho …
One of my clients referred me and now I am literally adding this to my self care at least once a week. I cannot explain the feeling I had afterward. I felt so renewed and relaxed. I had the absolute best experience. Definitely would recommend to anyone!
They do great foot massages here but the workers talk too loud to one another while giving the customers foot massages. They need to work on whispering when speaking to one another so the customer can enjoy quietness while relaxing....its so annoying!
Worst customer service. Tried to get an appointment. Individuals in the store are unable to make appointments. Called the provided number. After three phone calls was still unable to get an appointment while staff say around on their phones.
Ended a date night here. Dinner in Bishop Arts, foot massage/reflexology after. Nice cozy place with a good price. It could up the decor a little but other than that, owner and staff are friendly and accommodating and the massage was great.
The massage is good, but they are extremely aggressive about tips. It's like they force a tip which makes me leave less than what I really want to leave. I don't mind tipping at all and I'm pretty good at it (I've left a $20.00 tip at one
I wish I could give zero stars. Painful experience. No communication with reflexologist. No aftercare instructions. Forced to leave a tip. Did not ask about experience even after I expressed displeasure. Won’t be returning. It doesn’t
Good massage but you aren't allowed to talk, so don't go there with a friend or try to be friendly with the staff. The manager actually shushed me (even though I was whispering) and it ruined the mood. I won't be returning.
I feel bad for those poor lady hands they were working hard on my feet. They even got a pillow for our hands to sit on because they noticed my wife and I were holding hands. They were very thoughtful and nice people.
I love this place. I actually disconnect when I go which is hard for me other than when I go here. It is super relaxing. I always feel better. I have not been bothered by my Plantar Fasciitis since I started going.
Oh my gosh. David, you are amazing. I’ve been here several times, obviously I like it since I’m a repeat customer but David sets the bar - he is the man. He sets the bar. Love having this place in the neighborhood.
The masseuses are really strong and good. Great technique. Slightly language barrier but don’t really care cause the massage was so good. The place itself is pretty barebones so don’t be expecting anything fancy.
If you're a first timer, hold onto something. They are good! We did the hour session and up until then, I never realized how much tension I held in my feet. Amazing experience with the wonderful people of Yaya.
Made and appointment for 2 people. When we arrived they only had one of us down for the appointment. Talked to mgr. But it was like talking to the wall No one understood what we where trying to say.
This is my happy place. The staff is wonderful, the chairs are very comfortable, the ambiance is relaxing, and the reflexology is the best in town. I suggest calling ahead to get an appointment.
Didn’t know what to expect going in, as it was my first foot spa experience, but it was so relaxing! The man held nothing back and magically fixed a pain in my heel. Highly recommend!
Beautiful Experience for 90 min. My feet and legs enjoyed it, its worth every penny. The environment is social friendly, full of people loving Life! Please stop by if you are bored!
It was my first time and i truly enjoyed the experience. I would recommend it for anyone who stands on their feet a lot with work, or if you just need a simple break and relaxation.
Rubbed in the same area on both feet. $58. Still gave him a $3 tip. He did not speak English and almost charged me for a $30 tip.. Not what I'm looking for, the search continues
hidden gem!!! they play the same relaxing song haha but i recommend wearing comfortable clothes that's easy to adjust for when you get to the part where they do your legs.
Lovely atmosphere and lovely people. We booked a Bach party at the last minute and they were so accommodating! We did the basic 40 min foot massage and it was so worth it.
I decided to go here with my husband for fathers day and let me tell you we will be coming back... My husband enjoyed it so much he fell asleep during his massage.
Oh my God, my God, my God! If HAVENT try them, u BETTER! Reflexology, foot massage, relaxation, reflex, refresh, renew, release & retention!!! TREAT YOURSELF!!!
Love the experience! I felt so good afterward. I don't like how you are hovered over when you check out though. I guess if you bring cash this won't happen.
First time doing reflexology and i must say you have to experience it. I felt so relaxed and relieved during and after my service. Will be back for sure.
My foot massage was cool, customer service and aggressive tip approach, not so cool, I am going to tip, but allow me too. Customer not so great.
Incredible....the staff are very friendly and extremely good at their craft. My feet felt so good the next day, will be a regular visit for me.
Great foot massage at the right price. The place was quiet and serene, smelled good and the staff was friendly. Don't forget to tip :)
The real deal! Best reflexology you’ll find. As a courtesy to others, please be quiet inside. It makes the experience so much better!
Been going here for a couple of years, unfortunately, it depends on who does your massage. Some are great and others not so much.
Great place to get a massage & relax for a reasonable price! If you want to get a bite to eat afterwards, there's places near by.
Amazing time. So relaxing, get the VIP treatment. I fell asleep during my treatment, it was calm and serene. Just perfect!
Said… This is to be one of the greatest places there was for real reflexology, but now it’s a waste of money and time.
The atmosphere was peaceful, the reflexologists skilled and professional, and the price is right ($35 for 40 minutes)
The best foot reflexology. I get the 40 mines for 26 bucks you cant beat it. Walk out like im walking on sunshine
I can not communicate how good they are. EVERY time I come, I leave satisfied!! The best hands in the business.
Nice experience. I would go back. Parking is terrible, but it’s in bishop arts district, they can’t help that.
OMG!!! When she got thru with the 60 minute foot Reflexology it felt like I was walking on clouds. …
Helen was amazing and super sweet! I loved how quiet and peaceful it was! Definitely coming back!
Excellent foot massages that will leave you walking on your hands cause your feet are so relaxed!
They put me to sleep! That's how good they are. I don't have a favorite, they're all excellent!
Awesome foot massage. They really treat you like royalty and provide great service. 5 stars.
Best foot massage I have ever had. Took my husband during Father's Day, and we fell asleep.
They're good and I visit often. I just wish it was not as open and they had massage chairs.
Amazing experience! The team was prompt and attentive. Clean facility. Highly recommended!!
Place is great. Been in this location for a long time now. Do great work and very relaxing.
Wow! I loved loved loved this place. Such a wonderful experience. Definitely going back!
More relaxing than a glass (or two) of wine. Very therapeutic for a good night's sleep!
Lua is the best. Thank you See you shortly. Reflexology foot massage is needed always.
The foot massage was great, just advice, they do men with men and women with women.
Great customer service and also a amazing experience worth the pay and affordable
In and out and no time. A great treat after a long week of work. 60 mins for $39.
I have only been once, but I plan to add this to my personal relaxation routine.
Very enjoyable. Was able to relax an get a nap in! Will be going back soon!!
Best idea to make an appointment, and this place has the best foot massage!
Great staff, real reflexology, great pressure and a super calm environment.
Quiet, clean and comfortable. I fell asleep 15 minutes into it. Loved it.
Great service, very relaxing and I had the best nights sleep afterwards!
First time having my foot massage here and I definitely come back.
Great service, nice foot massage as advertised. Quiet atmosphere
No one in there speaks English to understand their services etc.
The guy fell asleep during our foot massage. It was pretty bad.
Horrible services do not let the ladies do you foot massage
One of the best foot massage experiences I have ever had!
Such an amazing experience. I have been dying to return!
It’s absolutely amazing and I go as often as possible!

This is not real reflexology, it’s a foot rub.
It's very relaxing. I'm definitely going back
