Natasha & Chaz are absolutely wonderful people and know how to treat customers with kindness, courtesy and have the best manners I’ve ever received from a restaurant service. There should be a tip jar in my opinion, they work really hard with smiles on their faces and deserve to be rewarded when customers feel the need to do so.

My wife and I are early risers. The website says this location opens at 6am, but whenever we go there around that time either nobody is there, or the workers are just getting in and have no sense of urgency about opening the store. And this has happened on several occasions, not an isolated incident.

You can drive past this location on any given day at anytime and the hot light is never on. Stopped anyway, should have gone to the Cassat Avenue location, and the donuts tasted as fresh as the ones sold in the grocery stores. I will drive the extra distance for better quality donuts.

This is the worst Krispy of crème that I’ve had in a while the the donuts where stale like they’ve been sitting out all day the people were not wearing any gloves or hair nets and I ended up having hair in one of the donuts I will never be coming back to this location again

Don’t waste your money or time going to THIS location. The last few times coming here the donuts are old and stale. Not fresh at all. Thought maybe the first time was just a bad luck day but the next two times had the same outcome with stale and old donuts.

First time I ever had bad doughnuts from here. Their frier looked broken. It has chains holding parts up. I didn't notice that until I was eating. But the doughnuts were stale and lifeless. If you don't see fresh doughnuts cooking stay away.

I’ve been to this location multiple times. One day at 7 am, another time at 8 am, and lastly 9 am. The light during those times was never on and I think they make their donuts the night before. Go to the Cassat location instead!

I had a pleasant experience at their 12/12 sale where you could buy a dozen doughnuts and get a dozen glazed donuts for a dollar. Despite it being very busy the staff was friendly and got people through the line very quickly.
