I wanted to try this place after seeing all the good reviews but the expectation was far from my experience. When I showed up to my appointment, I said hello and smiled, Kurt gave me a dirty look and walked away. He didn’t even acknowledge me as a human being. When I tried asking questions, he seemed irritated and snapped at me. It felt like racism. I don’t know what his problem is but he has terrible customer service and should be put out of business. Kurt is extremely rude and impersonal. He’s a con artist and marks up the price from what other places charge. Do yourself a HUGE favor and do not waste your time or money on this jerk. After my first impression of Kurt, I will never go back to his shop again! I’m so disappointed.

On our way to Monterey bay aquarium from Sacramento, we noticed our battery light came on (alternator went bad) we stalled out and called the nearest shop. Kurt answered and said he can get us up and running after lunch time. We made it to his shop right at noon and got our car up and running in an hour and a half!!! Bonus is it was $300 less than what he thought it would cost too!! Kurt and his guys are absolutely so amazing and I couldn’t be more grateful!!! We are currently on spring break and have our kids cousins with us (6 kids total) and Kurt managed to get us up and out and to the aquarium with plenty of hours of fun!!!! Thankyou so so much Kurt!!!!!!! We owe you our 2023 spring break memories!!!!

Kurt and Miguel are the most honest and trustworthy mechanics in the state of California. I have taken my vehicles there for tune ups, oil changes, and major mechanical work for years. His prices are good and the work done at Kurt's Auto Repair is exceptional. If you are looking for awesome mechanics who are honest and trustworthy, Kurt and Miguel are your guys.

Kurt was very helpful. Had an issue with the car intermittently not turning on. After some diagnosis, it was determined a simple fix and did not charge me for the simple diagnosis. Could have been at least $100 just to inspect. At least I now have a place I would feel comfortable taking my car if there are any issues in the future.

If I could give him more stars I would! Kurt is absolutely amazing! I will recommend him to all of my family and friends. He is honest and knowledgable! Most knowledgable mechanic I have ever known, with the electrical and fabrication skills, and creativity to get any job done. Reasonably priced, high integrity shop that won't rip you off. Been a customer for several years even though I live 20+ miles away. This is one of those places that is worth driving to.

I brought my Tahoe in for a electrical issue causing my transmission no to shift. Kurt found a loose fuse clip. He fixed the issue. He could have charged for a bunch of extra time and bumped up the repair bill and I would haven't known any better. Very good and honest shop and owner.

I needed a part installed and I screwed up and gave him the wrong part, but he patiently waited as I scrambled to get it to him. He's a down to Earth and understanding yet very capable guy, I'm so glad I was directed to him!

Great shop with amazing customer service. Came in with a check engine light and Kurt took care of it right away. He and his team even managed to pinpoint an intermittent noise under the hood seperate of my issue, so awesome.

I have taken my RV to Kurt on two occasions, both times received excellent service. The more complex the problem, the harder he works to figure out the problem! His pricing is very reasonable and service is prompt.
