Thất vọng vô cùng. Xin làm tốt hơn. Booked online for a basic Mani Pedi paying a treatment deposit. The shop was still not open at my appointment time. There was no initial needs consultation (not even 2mins). They just sat me in a series of different chairs then the nail technician stabbed me in the toe and thumb repeatedly with tools that were taken from a drawer with no evidence of autoclaving. Removed old shellac with drill, did not soak off (despite written notice in the online booking). The technician did not clean or finish filing my nails despite being asked.. No buffing done at all. No clean towels to dry hands after post moisturising washing. No offer or direction to clean towels. The tech was not able to give or take advice on nail shape just went in and cut really short. She just said "finished." Tried to give me shellac nails despite being told normal polish. And then let me leave the salon with toe separators still in place. Filed my nails with what appeared to be a used emery board. Did not check for polish dryness. Was unable to do French tips with normal polish because that technician was not rostered (fine)... But you have staff who can do gel french, but not polish French - that's a pretty specific skill set. All of this for the 'privilege' of paying $65. She tried to avoid showing me the eftpos machine with the charge and then laid the machine over my visible atm cards-I have no idea which one was charged. Honestly the worst service I've ever had in three continents. I should have just cut my own nails at home. Other people seemed happy with their shellac and sns nails. Limited waiting spaces, no coffee or tea offered.

My partner rates this as the worst pedicure we've ever had. We were happy to be accommodated by a phone call a couple of hours beforehand, and I made sure to ask twice if we could both be serviced at the same time and they said yes both times. They were half an hour late starting the appointment past our time, and I got my pedicure fully completed before my partner's was started. There was a false start where one lady took her foot out of the bath and started pushing her cuticle on the big toe back with the tool, before she walked away, came back and said she would be back in ten minutes. She started serving another customer for a manicure without changing gloves, and never returned for my partner. The lady who finished my pedicure started my partner's, but took her gloves off and never put fresh ones on. The massage chair didn't work for either of us. The water for my partner's pedicure wasn't checked, so first was scorching, she asked for cold water to be added and it was now freezing cold. I had to ask for her water jets to be turned on in the bath. I got a half-hearted massage with hot stones, she didn't. Oh, and if all that wasn't enough both of us got cut. We would never go back for a pedicure here. We went because we read the google reviews and they were all 5 star. It seems they put all their care into manicures and none into pedicures.

Terrible quality, terrible customer service and terrible management. Whilst I came to the salon to find a solution, for the worst nail job I’ve had in the last 4 years, the manager casually popped by for what seemed like him seeking conflict. Once I realised it was impossible to communicate my experience with him and told him I’ll be writing this review, he first threatened to have my face printed on the wall ??? and then held the door open of the salon and waited for me to walk out. Extremely rude and unacceptable. Overfilled cuticles, wonky filing and overly thin nails left to break at anything i touch. I had come with gel on my nails and the nail tech willingly filed my nails to the nerve and put the thinnest layer of shellac I’ve seen leaving my natural nails extremely raw and vulnerable. I wasn’t even set on shellac, I was tossing between that and sns and a real pro would help their client be happy with the job not just sit in silence. A real professional would never let this happen and have their customer walk away this unhappy with the service. Extremely disappointed. Nails done 3 days ago - 4 nails already chipped.

EDIT: My last appointment was the 13th of July so a bit longer then 2 weeks, I'll add photos below. I get SNS from here and a bit disappointed with my recent nails I have received. The first time I went to LK, they came out so perfect. The second and third time really went downhill. On the second time I got SNS done, I noticed a lot of cracking which made it lift from my nails and slowly chip away. The third time was a mess, a walk in got prioritised over me (which I had made an appointment prior) and I was waiting for someone to actually start doing my nails for quite some time. There were only two ladies working and were constantly switching with each other which just threw everything off, one of them even burned my nail while using the e-file which of course hurt a lot. Most of my nails now have completely chipped off on my cuticles and it's only been 2 weeks. I noticed some of the shapes look awful when grown out, it's very likely I won't be coming back.

I have previously gotten my nails done from them before and they were fantastic. However, about 2 weeks ago I booked a 5:30PM appointment for nail art to be done and I told them I had photos. They also said they had “Christmas designs”. On the day, I was not serviced until past 6pm with several others waiting. Some decided to leave because they have accepted more people than they should have. They rejected and over quoted the design that I wanted, and the Christmas designs they were referring to were stickers that got ugly/ripped off just a few days after. There were at least 3 girls who did my nails because they kept switching to service a very full salon. My nails did not finish until 7:30, which made me late for my 7pm appointment. I wish they didn’t accept that many bookings if they were understaffed. It made the booking timings pointless and the quality of their work was disappointing.

I got a full set of acrylics with tips, and my friend got a clean manicure. We are both very new to getting our nails done so we were a bit nervous. We were both served by Ella. -They specifically got seats so me and my friend could be together, they were open to our ideas of what we wanted and were very upfront and honest with how much different things will cost and why. At the end they were very polite and nice an I enjoy my nails thoroughly! Ella asked multiple times and made sure I was happy with the set which I was :) I work a decently physical job, so any maks or cuts are from that and NOT Ella. Even all these cuts so close to my hands she managed to not hurt me at all. Side note: -I noticed negatice reviews when I looked into the store but trusted it due to the owners replies. They aren't rude, they are honest. If I get my nails done in the future I will be coming back :)

Had a lovely man call me about a booking I had made online due to us having to work around that. Then had the beautiful lady do my lashes, and she is amazing!! They both went above and beyond to make sure I got a great service and I am very appreciative and very satisfied with what I wanted and received especially since I was rushing around last minute. Will definitely be back to try their other services :) Ive read reviews of people complaining about price, theirs is very reasonable and can get quite expensive else where due to literally life getting quite expensive and you do not have to splurge on beauty - that is your choice. They care about their customers and I personally had a lovely experience. Thank you! :))

Pricey and need hygiene check. I paid total $65 — $25 for removal of acrylic which is reasonable but $40 for basic manicure (i did not asked any gel/color). The file was not clean at all. They were harsh on the drill I guess they realised they have people waiting and need to be quick. This is my second time booked online, yet I still have to wait and they did not deduct my deposit upon payment. Last time they were confused and I had to show my bank account to prove it, but this time I was like nah not even going to try The booking system is very unreliable, i can see other reviewers experiencing the same and the owners still do not seem to understand the problem.

First time I’ve walked into a nail salon and felt absolutely comfortable to ask for what I wanted. We walked in right at the end of the night for manicure and pedicure, my mother and I felt extremely welcomed. They didn’t rush, regardless of closing! Opted for acrylics with designs and they took their time! Beautiful technique! The team was so overwhelmingly friendly and kind! (Also, they didn’t talk loudly and constantly to eachother in language like other salons do which can sometimes make you feel uncomfortable lol so that was nice) 10/10 We are going back today for eyelash extensions and eyebrow wax! We will book with them everytime we visit Adelaide from now on!

Amazing! All my wishes for the wedding day manicure and pedicure were fulfilled (and more). Honestly, I was so happy with the result that I could not stop showing my nails to everyone :) It was a great experience from the initial interaction via email and over the phone to the appointments in person. We had a trial first which was super helpful. I was impressed with the professionalism and skills. So many tips and recommendations received how to improve the health of my nails too, very thankful for that. I would highly recommend Trista - she is the nail artist you can fully trust for the big day and beyond!

I visited LK for my wedding nails and got them done with my mum and bridal party (5 people total). There seemed to be some confusion with our booking when we arrived, but the staff sorted it all out easily. I don’t normally get my nails done, but these turned out beautifully! I was assisted by Maria and she made some excellent recommendations including the shape of the nail and colours for the ombre look I wanted. She also free-handed the designs and I was impressed! My bridal party also enjoyed the experience and one of my bridesmaid got matte nails, which she loved! Thank you so much Maria and team!

The staff accommodated our group of 6 at short notice but then proceeded to partially complete a pedicure for myself and two others. We expected exfoliation but only had legs lightly wiped over. I had a foot scrubbed gently but the other foot only the heel scrubbed. 2 friends bled around their nails after being cut. My bath water was cold. Mine and a friends entire pedicure was completed and our manicure started, before our friend finished who was seated 5 minutes before us. 3 hours later and 2 manicures polish have completely lifted off after swimming for half an hour. Won’t be returning.

Poor customer service, poor quality of manicure, asked my master is she can make French manicure within chosen package Acrylic Full set with shellac on top ($55), and she said “yes”. When I came to pay I was told to pay $70 overall because French manicure costs +$15. I wouldn't be that mad (it's just $15!), but I DID asked my master about that!! And manager didn't even try to resolve this situation. Obviously, he cares about quantity of customers, but not quality of their service. I felt fooled! Won't be back. Have no idea why this place has so many good reviews. Also, not clean... At all.

We requested 2 appointments fairly last minute and we were very pleased to be accommodated.. the ladies made us feel just as important as their regulars ( of which they seem to have many!!!). It was an absolute pleasure to be looked after and our treatments were AMAZING!!! Cherry did a FAB nail treatment and I enjoyed the chat. And thanks so much to Alex for the chat and the recommendation for Afternoon Tea - over and above the call of duty!!! We had an excellent customer experience!! Would happily highly recommend!!!

Not a good experience. When I went thereni got told a price for what I wanted. Then ad they were prepping my nails I got told the price again but this time it was $10 more expensive then the original. When they asked what shape I wanted they told me it would be an extra $5 to shape them. Then when I was asked about the length I said short and then I got told that it would be an extra $5 as well. Overall I paid $85 for my nails and all but 2 fell off in the first 2 weeks.

This is an edited review. I got my nails done on Friday and the girl that did my manicure was so lovely and did such a great job. Helen (who was also super lovely) did my SNS and it started to lift on quite a few of my nails, however, Alex the owner got in touch with my promptly and offered me to have my nails fixed free of charge. This really proved how important customer satisfaction is for them which is incredible! Thank you Alex and team! Will definitely come back.

LK Nails is ALWAYS my go-to nail service because of how easy it is book, how flexible Alex is at book me in. Trista has transformed my nails for many special occasions, and honestly her attention to detail is getting better and better with time (I've been having treatments with LK Nails since they opened!). The last manicure I received was a hand-painted V-tip manicure, and it looked like it had been created using a stencil. The colour was amazing, too.

Cherry and her team are awesome! I've been coming here for 3 years now, and LK nails are always commented on whenever I go out. It's a lovely friendly salon, and all the team work to an extremely high standard. Have used just about every service (nails, wax, tint, brows, pedi etc) without any complaint. I would never go anywhere else, highly recommended. Sometimes they are too busy, booking is essential if you don’t want to wait.

Nail technician tackled my request like a champ and am in love with my beautiful nails. Was more expensive than I expected but can’t put a price on feeling sxy she also laughed at my jokes and I loved how much all the other workers were interested in each other’s work and learning from each other. Good vibes and hip hop playlist (lots of Beyoncé) three of us all got our nails done at the same time ✨

I absolutely love coming here to get my nails done (SNS)! I always get an appointment, prices are very reasonable and Cherry and her girls do an amazing job. She really listens to what you want and has that attention to detail I look for in a nail technician. The salon is always clean and has a great atmosphere, and offers many different services. I highly recommend going to see "Cherry" at LK Nails and Beauty.

Very nice and neat painting SNS nail! It’s my first time try this style, and I’d recommend it as a long-lasting and elegant nail painting option, deserve the value of money! Nina as my nail painter, provided very friendly services and 5-STAR techniques on nail trimming, curling and shaping!! Will recommend this store if anyone in Adelaide wanna have a highly value worth beautiful nail painting.

I have been going to LK Nails for years. It is by far the best salon I have ever been to and I bring all of my friends here. I am beyond thrilled with every set of nails design and eyelashes I get. I have also had friends come here who were beyond surprised with how high the quality of their experience here with a lot of nails design style. Love you all !

Excellent service and beautiful work every single time!! I have been to various nail salons across Adelaide and have never been fully happy with the work. I finally found the best with LK Nail Beauty. Cherry is AMAZING and my go-to girl for dip manicures. The entire staff is wonderful all around, and I leave very happy each time. 10/10 recommend!

Customer service was Great !! Nina got my nails done and she did a fantastic job !! The best nails set I’ve ever gotten. This was my first time to the salon. Nina did my pedicure! She was great! Cherry had a great personality as well and worked me in for an appointment. I would recommend this nail salon and will be back. She also checked all the work and fix the problem of the staff to make sure all the customer has the great nails on their visit !

I have been coming to this salon since I moved to Adelaide, it took me a while to find a salon that fits my standards and I’m truly glad I found them. The attitude and quality of their work is excellent, I wouldn’t trust anyone else doing my eyebrows anymore. They can do any nail design you bring them and it will be top quality.

I really liked their pedicure experience Very relaxing massage chair and foot massage. I would do it again for sure. I also liked my nail colours. However, it took forever to finish as they’ve put the base colour and i waited for someone to come draw the letters as pictured. Maybe next i will just do one thing per visit.

LK Nails and Spa is the place to be. They are so efficient, there is a points system, and the spa chairs are amazing. I love that they don’t try to constantly up-sell you. You just get what you ask for, relax, and enjoy. I had Nina & Ella and both were super sweet and did a great job. Will definitely be coming back

Annie gave me a beautiful manicure that lasted for quite some time. During the process of doing my nails, she asked me questions about how I treat my nails and advised me on what I can do to improve them. She’s very thoughtful and goes above and beyond with her service! Will definitely go back again!

Very pleased with this nail salon. I got a deluxe pedicure here with my friend, and the ladies were so amazing. The salon was clean, and everything was correctly sanitized—a great spot to pamper yourself. And I appreciate having a service menu so I know exactly what you offer!!

I requested for a delux pedicure and mentioned my concern area, after the whole pedicure was done and I didn't see that addressed, they mentioned another $20 for the same. I had good experience with them before but they are good for nails only not for manicure or pedicure.

Have to say this is the best salon I've ever been to. After 4 weeks, no lifting of my sns extensions and they were still very strong. Nina was fabulous and such a perfectionist. I'd recommend this salon to anyone who wants to get their nails done professionally.

Best acrylics I've ever had applied.. no glue under the nails. No damage on cuticles. Just perfect smooth and consistent nails. Hand painted the design and was happy to fix any faults. Friendly service with conversation. Highly recommend for city nails.

when i first moved to adelaide i tried this place and i haven’t gone anywhere else since! they’re so accommodating and lovely! i’ve only had acrylics done with them but they’re always amazing <3 (the second photo is after 3 weeks of having the nails!)

Had my nails done with builder gel 7 days ago. The nails have been filed in a way that has allowed an ingrown nail to occur. Additionally, the hard gel has begun to split and peel. I have a small infection in my finger because of this service. Avoid.

Love it. The only nail salon I go to in Adelaide the service is excellent, the staff is lovely. Also the way they do nails is beautiful and nails hold up and last for a long time. I don’t think there has been a single time I have been disappointed.

While visiting Adelaide I walked in for a deluxe pedicure and it turned out to be the best pedicure I’ve had in ages. Staff were very gentle but also very detailed. The place was clean and the massage chair was wonderful.

Popped in for a rare manicure. Appreciated the care and attention to detail, so much so that I followed up with a pedicure and ex foliation treatment. A relaxing and enjoyable experience.
