Nails & Nail Artistry is definitely Anthony's Niche...... HE IS AMAZING !!! He has an incredible amount of artistic flair with a real knack for the perfect Ombre, & a hell of a talent for the nail artistry as he handpaints just beautifully & creates outstandingly glorious custom designs that blow your mind everytime with acrylics, crystals, shellac, all other types of nail art products etc etc, doing it with such precision & perfection every single time...... & * Leah (Nail Tech/Beauty Therapist), who does the most gorgeous work with the lashes, waxing & tinting. She is a very talented therapist for such a young age already, it is highly impressive to see. As a Nail Tech/Beauty Therapist of 26 years myself, I can see she is going to go far, & become very luvd by her clientele, with the sky as her limit. I have had nothing but bad experiences in the past with any/every place I have been for my lashes, until I found Leah. Since then I have been so overly happy with her services & the way she performs each one every time. She conducts & presents herself with such passion, dedication, quality & the attention to detail that almost exceed the expectations that I have of my therapists. Overall, considering that I am a real pedantically fussy as fussy client, being a crazy perfectionist with what I want & expect, very set in my ways & a stickler for having a stunning & glamorously extravagant custom nail design each time that'll make people envious & totally photo/insta-worthy, I have only ever been overly impressed & in awe with the end product, luvin' myself sik with their constant beautiful creations & results. As someone who not only knows exactly what I want, but being a therapist I also know exactly how all the different services should be performed & carried out,  & obviously exactly how it should look & feel at the end results, & I can honestly say for the first time in my life that Prospect Bio Nails & Beauty have never yet once let me down or disappointed me with the quality of the services they offer or the results they achieve for me everytime I go there. DO NOT ATTEND THIS NAIL SALON. TOXIC MANAGEMENT. If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Absolutely disgusted and shocked by the service received today by the very own Manager. He was rude, sarcastic and didnt put customers first. Two of my acrylic nails came off within 1.5 weeks and usually they should last a minimum of 5 weeks after paying good money for acrylic nails. So disappointed! I instagram messaged explaining the situation and if I could get them repaired free of charge for which they agreed. I then turned up to my appointment on time and confirmed the repair free of charge..the boss totally dismissed this and said I have to pay for both nails which was ridiculous given the usual standard and instagram confirmation. He abruptly said "you can sit here all you want but I'm not doing your nails, go somewhere else"..this is not good customer service. Given I paid $80, this was an unacceptable result making me leave the nail salon after being told they would be repaired free of charge. Jess, thank you for being a nice nail technician. Unfortunately, management have ruined this salon. Ladies do yourself a favour and find a different and more respectful nail salon. Definitely will not be recommending this place to anyone!!!! Waste of money!!

I tried to book for acrylic refill and shellac after speaking with a lady on the phone. I went online and couldn't find this option, so I selected manicure with shellac. When I arrived to my appointment, the staff looked at my nails and said I booked in for the wrong service and said that I couldn't be seen and for me to rebook another appointment under the right booking. Staff were rude - no care for good customer service at all! I called back to ask the ladies to help me select which option I needed to select when making the booking, and still no help! I think that is enough to put me off and the search for a good nail salon continues! Unfortunately, it won't allow me to reply to your feedback, but I actually was not rude at all to your staff. I think that I made more of an effort by calling back for assistance with which appointment I needed to book. I wasn't helped at all. I think that because you are always booked out, you treat customers like they are replaceable and offer no real customer service. I am not looking to come back anyway but word of advice - be nice to people. That is not how you run a good business

First time customer here, the staff were absolutely lovely. Couldn’t fault anything there, From reading some reviews it seems you have become very popular which I certainly saw from being in the salon. Many clients in such a small space. I pre booked a deluxe manicure ($50) from arriving early, I was seated at one of the nail stations and a nice lady started on my nails, I noticed a few clients arrive and then I got told to get up and move to a pedicure chair to complete my nails as they wanted another client to sit in my nail station. I understand you can be busy however it wasn’t a very enjoyable experience getting my nails done on the chair having to hold my hands up, especially paying a premium price. Possibly taking on more clients than you can handle at one time? Apart from that, the manicure itself was fine.

Booked a full set of sns on a friend's recommendation. The person wasn't available so I booked in with someone else. She was on time, the time estimate was accurate so I wasn't late for my next appointment, she asked what I wanted and then, (shocker) actually did it. Her English was good enough to have a small amount of conversation, the place was calm, clean and tidy and I was told what she was doing along the way. For example she said at one point, don't worry about the small bump here, I'll polish it, and made a few suggestions without being pushy. Best nail job I've had in years. It's out of my way so having them be on time is perfect and didn't get any of the attitude I've had from other places about pushing extra services Already booked mynext appointment

I have been going to prospect bio and nails beauty for a while now. I remember in the beginning when they weren’t as popular as now, the customer service and staff were very genuine and now after getting a little of exposure they have became very selfish and rude. I had a booking to get my lashes removed, the website said it was only $10 with no description. When I went in to get it removed they charged me $20 after I asked why is the price different to the website the guy said “ $10 if you were gonna get your lashes done again” huh It did not make any sense. I didn’t bother arguing so I paid the $20 and I hope they chock on it :) x

Today was my first time visiting Bio Nails. I had. Deluxe Pedicure and Acrylic Refill. I was very impressed to see how clean the salon was and it was very stylish, made the experience feel very luxurious. I am in love with my nails, they were done with so much care, I have never had a set so perfect. The pedicure was great as well, the lovely lady cleaned all the skin around my toes with great care leaving them looking so clean. Thank you Prospect Bio-Nails, you have just gained another regular. Very disappointing. My first visit, on recommendation. I was in need of a pedicure. The tech seemed very disinterested. Didn’t ask how I’d like my nails trimmed,nothing. She did the job. For 55 dollars I thought my feet would be ready for sandals. She left rough spots around my big toe. Nails cut unevenly. Heels still dry and had to loofah when I got home. Didn’t feel pampered or valued at all. I did notice other techs working on detail. Next time, hopefully get someone who enjoys their work and making people happy. Such a letdown.

I booked in hoping to get SNS ombré nails as a trial for my wedding day. I was told at my appointment that SNS ombré is not possible despite it absolutely being possible. However, I didn’t argue and settled for a SNS glitter instead. The worker spoke to the other worker next to her the entire time, zero customer service/interaction which made for a bit of an uncomfortable experience. The end result, my nails look very thick, rough in a couple of spots and shaped unevenly. Quite disappointed!

Professional & clean was my initial impression, but the staff here were absolutely fantastic!! Every staff member I dealt with was super friendly and very helpful ( which you dont get at nails salons anymore) Nothing was to much for them very relaxed environment even with the busy Christmas period. Mee I think was her name(sorry if that's wrong) did my nail art which was absolutely amazing so talented. Definitely the best place I've been to in a long time. Highly recommended!!!

I have gone to this nail salon quite a few times & each time they are spot on with what I’ve asked! I’ve never left this salon unhappy, hating the design or shape etc. the ladies (and man) are very friendly but also professional. They are very busy so definitely have to book in sometimes two weeks in advance but well worth it in my opinion. Their busy-ness just shows how good they really are. 10/10 experience every time.

Inconsistent. Very postive experience with Gina. She is lovely, does good work and always asks for feedback. Thank you for everything Gina you are wonderful. Most of the other girls do shabby work. Rushed, poor quality and always rude and stand offish. Need more experience and or training. Especially in listening to cystomer needs vs assumptions. Unpleasant experience. This was the last time I will book here.

The salon is so tidy, and welcoming! I had Lisa, and Mee work on my nails, and they were both incredible. They took their time to make sure everything was perfect, and I appreciate their work so much! I’ve definitely found my new go to nail salon :) Update 14/10/22: I’ve been going here for about a year now, I absolutely LOVE it here!! The nail art and service is always incredible

When I called to make an appointment, they said that you must choose what service you need، because the person who performs that service must be availablerson who performs that service must be available Very unprofessional, I booked both a pedicure and sns, but the lady who did it for me didn't even know how to file a normal nail file. She was slow and unprofessional. Not recommended

I love this salon, they can do just about any design you want and they're so sweet and kind making the experience so pleasant. I'm sad I live so far away! But I'm willing to make the distance, it's so worth it. There's nothing better than leaving the salon and feeling so hyped over your fresh set, and that's the only feeling I've felt since coming here! Highly recommend.

Absolutely LOVE Prospect Bio Nails! The staff are polite and friendly and are very good at their jobs. Kelly especially, is an absolute star and my go to girl. Friendly, professional and always punctual service! The online booking system is great and allows for efficiency in booking and confirmation. I regularly use this salon and recently had a problem with a manicure, which they were very prompt in fixing and super responsive to my concerns. Will always recommend!

Possibly my favourite nail place in Adelaide, they always do a fantastic job. Went in with my friend for acrylic full set with nail art, booking was really easy via Instagram DM and communication was fast. They did a fantastic job on both of our nails and we have gotten so many compliments! Thankyou so much!

Went in and got a pedicure with my mother in law yesterday and my god we were very pleased. Toes look great and my feet/legs felt amazing after!! Also got my brows waxed and it was quick and smooth. Side note the place was a little to quiet for my liking, needs background music for ambience, otherwise 10/10

A great salon!!! I just got some nail polish that I did somewhere else and she fixed them to make them look great. I asked for glitter and she said I have something better and did hydraulic paint on my nails and they look great. I won't go anywhere else or see anyone else to get my nails done. well done..

My experience was ok. I had pedicure & manicure with painted nails using OPI polish. Nails on one hand were not shaped neatly & two nails smudged slightly one hour after leaving the salon. However, my daughter had nail extensions with SNS at the same visit and I have to say her results were stunning!

did the exact opposite to what i asked for. asked for long almond nails ended up with short oval nails and wouldn’t redo them. made me bleed on multiple fingers and disregarded my comments on how much it hurt, made me ball my eyes out in the middle of the salon and still made me pay for the service.

I got eyelash extensions at this shop 3 week ago. But the staff wiped my eyes very hard. While doing eyelash extensions, I felt like she was playing with her phone. When I finished, my eyes were sting and my eyes were very red. I definitely won't be going back!!

I was able to be fit in just before they closed and they were lovely about it. They didn't use the harsh nail buffer which was awesome and my shellac looks amazing.
