Tired of this place. Got my orders wrong multiple times, it's countless now. Especially this one guy that would repeatedly get the wrong stuff. You would be telling him iced latte, and he would either get you a hot one or regular black. How do you go from iced latte to regular black hot coffee?? Just for coffee alone, he's messed up more than twice now. ordered a hamburger with avocado, of course I got one WITHOUT avocado; peanut butter and jelly, came back with no jelly.... he would be repeating back the exact wrong things that you just told him, even though I tried saying things loudly and slowly. I seriously hope I'm exaggerating. About 50% of the time there was stuff missing/wrong from my orders And there's a miscommunication between the workers too. After you place an order and they write things down, the cashier would still seem totally unaware of what you have just ordered then ask you everything again. Wasn't there just a note next to you?

So I ordered pancakes and bacon which were both good. However, there were 3 in my party, we ordered our food, and were served last after other people ordered their food for dine in. We waited about an 30 mins or so for food and then had to scarf it down so we could be on our way for our plans. When we inquired about the delay, we were told food was coming out now. 2 of us received our food about 5 mins after that while one of my friends had to wait about another 5 mins for hers. Eating area inside is small. Seats maybe 20 people but they do offer limited outdoor seating.

LM Cafe is one of the best cafes in the LIC area. Jorge and Karen are the absolute best, they always take care of me when I come here, nothing but the best service to their customers. Their menu has a variety of different things to choose from like Quesadillas, Paninis, burgers, etc. The breakfast is so good, please try the French toast. They also have vegetarian options. From smoothies to some of the best coffee in the area this place is a hidden gem. Also, let me not forget to mention their terrific homemade deserts. This place is a must try!!

First timer. Location was ok. Food was good. Service was accommodating! My kids and I went around 11am on a Saturday morning. We had pancakes, french toast, crossaint panini, sparking orange juice, and a iced mushroom coffee drink. Limited indoor seating and no outdoor seating, except a weathered bench. Would go back again, when in the area.

Great local spot. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Not only is their food fantastic, but all the bakery goods I’ve tried (most of which are made in-house), are delicious. From homemade mini fruit pies to a delicious homemade cheesecake, it’s all top-notch! Such nice people, who really make you feel welcome when you walk in the door. And oh, they’ve never once gotten my order wrong. And that says a lot! Love these guys, go support them in Long Island City! (Just wish they were open on the weekend lol!)

A lovely place to have breakfast! All the drinks and food were amazing and genuinely friendly owners. We really enjoyed the fresh smoothie, homemade cakes, croissants and sandwich. The vibe is cozy and calm. I totally recommend!

Literally one of the best, most accommodating cafes in Queens. Latin X, woman owned, with deep ties to the community. They are welcoming of local artists and serve everyone, with not only love but professionalism. Food is top notch. Pastries ,cookies and coffee are bussin. The owners and staff are amazing. If you were looking for high quality food. Kind ,cordial and expedient service. This is where It's at.

Nice small local coffee shop! I work near here and will often stop in here for a bite to eat if I didn't have time for breakfast or a cup of joe if I need an afternoon pick me up. Good prices and tasty food! The breakfast sandwiches are especially good. There are always regulars in here too so the ambiance is nice. Good selection of interesting coffee table books to read while you wait.

LIC is booming with construction and residents but the food situation has not changed much since its "Industrial Hub" days with few exceptions. LM Cafe (formerly Barista) is one of those exceptions. Friendly staff that remembers your name and greets you with a smile. Great paninis with a suprisingly large menu of hot and cold plates. The food is great and service is better.

Very cute, in an industrial area but the table outside lets you look at the Chrysler building while you sip your chaga cappuccino. The fruit pastries are not too sweet. The service is friendly and quick.

Read all the good things to come and find the place closed when it was supposed to be open. Waited 20 minutes outside and there wasn’t even a sign with hours or something that maybe they weren’t going to be open today. For a place with high reviews I expected to be worth making the trip with this cold for an anniversary breakfast. Heavily disappointed.

I love it! They have a lot of options for everyone(for vegans and dairy allergies)The people working there is really nice! I went on Friday and they had some pastry left just before closing and gave me them because I bought my lunch there. Definitely coming back! I recommend it. (I bought food to go, but you can also eat inside)

I come here every time I have training in the area. Easy to invite friends because it's not expensive at all. Usually 10ish minutes wait.

This place USED to be good. The service is horrible. The people working there now don't know the menu, when you order anything they look confuse, they barely speak English and with no one in the place they take a life time with your order. This place was never like that. The new management is very disappointing.

I've been here a few times for lunch with friends. I've had the vegetarian wrap and panini. Food is always fresh. Price is reasonable. Staff is friendly and incredibly courteous.

Good paninis. I recommend the Cuban panini which is basically a Cuban sandwich. They're very friendly and speak both Spanish and English. Their salads are also delicious.
