Thanks so much to the team at LMG - in particular thanks to Kyle S for his assistance on a recent purchase I made from their dealership. I live in Victoria, and Kyle organised a video inspection of the vehicle I was interested in, and all of the delivery process to be as smooth as possible to my location in Victoria. Unfortunately, when I received the vehicle I ran into some issues, however Kyle and the team at LMG were true to their word and covered the cost of all repairs required to get it running perfectly again. This was very much appreciated! Kyle was extremely attentitive to all my emails, calls and in general was fantastic to deal with! Staff like him are hard to find, and as a direct comparison between Kyle at LMG and my local Mercedes dealership is a stark difference between amazing service (Kyle at LMG) and terrible customer service (my local Mercedes). I highly, highly recommend the team at LMG and if you're lucky to get Kyle, that's an added bonus! I'd never buy a vehicle privately again, and the team at LMG are the exact reason why everyone should buy from a dealership where possible! Thanks again guys!
