BUYERS BEWARE, SHAMEFUL PRACTICES GOING ON AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!! tried to scam us by off loading a duplicate lexus onto us with more kms and near no Rego and needing new Tyres and undetailed and sluggish so only guessing needing work it had 4,000 more kms on it than the one I specifically enquired about and I also found a spec sheet in the back seat for another one dated the 7/7/2023 with around 10,000 less on it for under the $40,000.00 they were trying to scam off us even after on road costs and the salesman told me I was getting a deal/discount of $3,000.00 by getting it for $40,000.00 if we bought within the week. I have witnesses I organised my son and his partner to test drive the car initially that I enquired about which they did as they live in Hobart as we are 2.5 hours away and he parked and called us and he went over the car with us on the phone to check the kms as per advertisement the interior and the exterior the performance of the car any blemishes etc We arrived 5 days later on the 17/7/2023 and I can verify by accommodation receipt to test drive the same car BUT we test drove A lexus that looked the same but had 4,000 more kms on it and when you consider that its 1,175.5 kms from Melbourne to Brisbane in one trip well how would 4,000 kms have gotten on that lexus in Tassie in 5 days!!!!!!! Also the finance officer said about how she had been using this car as her personal vehicle for ages so that gives a hint as to them thinking they might try a switch and get rid of the lexus in worst shape by my estimates. DODGY PRACTICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO INTEGRITY. When I went back to the office I kept my cool even though I was very upset and still in shock and even though my brain was telling me there had to be 2 exact same cars in that car yard I was struggling to process how people could be so underhanded!!!!!!!!!!!! and when I handed the specs sheet back to the salesman STEVE he was arrogant and spoke to me like an A/Hole but of course was nice as pie before that when he thought he was going to scam me out of $40,000.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shame on you all involved.

We saw a people carrier for sale which was cheaper than almost everywhere else and decided to buy. We opted to travel with the whole family from NSW to TAS to pick up the car. Nathan went over and beyond and offered us a stock vehicle (for no extra cost) to get around in whilst we awaited the funds transfer and recommended some places to go see with the kids. Overall, Nathan rescued the terrible trip we were having and his kind gesture made the lengthened trip more pleasant. Due to his kindness, we even considered purchasing a 2nd vehicle from them! Su was also excellent in customer service and following up even after our departure from TAS making sure we got home to NSW safely and checking that the car was meeting our expectations. The whole team were excellent really. If we could give more stars, we definitely would! P.S We coming back for another vehicle no doubt!

My initial interest was followed-up in quick time and everyone I dealt with was very helpful and accommodating. All my questions were answered confidently and negotiations around trade-in on my old car were trouble-free and fair. Very happy with the explanation of vehicle history and service record and overall found the vehicle to be in very good condition, as described in original advertisement. During my inspection I did miss noticing one running light not working and have wondered where that fits with 120pt safety check guaranteed by Zooper. A very minor matter and not enough to spoil an otherwise very positive and straightforward transaction. Nb. Have had the driving light booked for warranty repair since hearing back from Motors customer care. Really appreciate the service!

In July 2020, I purchased a 2011 Skoda Wagon for $12,100. 5 months later the engine has a significant problem meaning it is ‘written off’ or $8,500 to replace. Motors Customer Care emailed me saying “it is not fair and reasonable to expect a new car warranty”, not that I expected a full replacement. Motors offered a $1000 “contribution to the cost of repairing the vehicle”, which is an embarrassing offer, because the vehicle was in a “driveable condition when sold”. When purchasing, sales staff will say “don’t buy a private sale, because you won’t have the protection that Motors offer”… Honestly, buy private sale. You will save a lot of money, and ‘the protection’ that sales staff speak about is a myth.

Firstly I will say I am extremely happy with my car, however I am very disappointed with the poor service received from Motors Zooper Glenorchy. Customer service was very poor where the impression seems to be to value the commission more than the satisfaction of the client. My personal opinion is that it is disgusting to deliver a dirty car with under a quarter of a tank of fuel to a client who just spent over $27K. The best service I received was from the guy I picked the car up from at Motors Hobart who got absolutely nothing out of the sale. During the purchase process I was consistently told I was part of the Motors family....nice way to treat family!!!

When we saw the our car on carsales we promptly contacted the dealership and they booked an appointment. They were prompt in their communication via the web and when we arrived we were greeted with a sign & literally red carpet treatment say something like This car is booked for test drive by Janina. Nathan was our rep , friendly, honest, no bs When we came back to pick up our car we were again greeted with the red carpet treatment (yes they actually pull a red carpet out ) , put a big bow on the car and a congratulations sign. I know it's smart marketing but it was brilliant a new way to do used car sales .

Went in to see about a car I saw they were selling and received instant service. Was offered a test drive after taking a look at the car which was awesome. Spoke with Terry and initially followed by James and throughout the sales and financing period and received nothing but 5 star help all the way. A great team here who are more than helpful to every need. They are also quick and prompt with getting things moving and are always there to call and talk to if you have any questions with anything. Keep up the good work guys

If I could give a zero I would. I had a couple of small warranty issues that turned into a 10 month nightmare. They blatantly lied to me and ghosted me to get me to go away, they even tried to make me pay for repairs while it was under warranty. It wasn't until I threatened them with possible legal action that they finally did something about fixing the problems. I even had to take my car to another mechanic so that the work could be done properly. It was ballsup after ballsup. Never ever would I recommend Zooper Motors.

Purchasing a vehicle interstate was a little daunting at the start however the team at easy auto 123 made me feel at ease by delivering excellent service from the beginning to end. The car I purchased and received was in great condition as per the report and photos provided. Steven was especially helpful when it came to sorting out registration where he was nice enough to give me 3 months free rego after realising the registration was expiring soon. Fair pricing for a dealership, would recommend giving them a look.

Bought a 2015 Holden Colorado from motors with a full motors service history, Was sold the full warranty and told it would cover all motor gearbox issues, Now the ute has "metal in the gearbox" and Motors has refused to repair the ute. sayaing the warranty was a basic version, The salesman will lie to you and not even offer what they say. Either stay away or get everything in written form.

It's the second car I have purchased from Steve Jarman in the last 2 years. Bought a ute from them for $20g and 3 months later it was towed to motors with them telling me I was up for $14g for a new motor because there was metal in the oil drained. The zooper policy wouldn't even cover a diagnostic or inspection into why a new motor was needed.....Holden threw and threw but would never by or deal with them!!

They have a really amazing customer service. No fault on that! Had a bit of an issues after I got the car, but they made sure to fix the issues right away with no fuss. The car is amazing too. I really appreciate their service. Steve is amazing. I'm not normally one that leaves reviews but what Steve has done is really amazing.

Bought a car online from interstate as the price was better than anywhere else in Australia. Was a bit wary not being able to see it in person but trusted all the positive reviews. Bought a car and found no log book in the car. Sales advisor later they will fill out but when I bought duplicate log book they denied to record on the log book. They only did basic service so they can't enter in the log book. So why they sold the car which doesn't have log book.

Didn't get treated with respect. I'm assuming coz I was dressed in shorts n T-shirt. Was given poor info and not shown possible options in Hyundai range, ones that I see daily on the road. I WAS a serious buyer, and soon after bought a new SUV from another Hobart dealer
