Facial that left me skin burn. I had used this location for it was near my home at one point, however I have never received such a bad customer attitude from an owner in my 10 years in Canada. And I've been through many customer service experiences. At first the owner, Rekha convinced me to purchase the lower facial offer as a package which would clearly state the coupon doesn't expire. I expressed that I might not be able to make appointments because of my situation but still said it would work as the coupon never expires and the certificate is for purchasing the facial to lock in the rate. I then stated I'd gift it to my mom. However, post covid a year and a half of me not being able to go in, she completely rejected the use of the coupon over the phone and spoke to me in a very rude tone about three times when I unfortunately couldn't make it to my two appointments. Not only was she rude and abnoxious, was also advising me that the price will change. If i were to send my mother instead to keep the appointment, she would talk like that to my mother who is using this as a gift and so I refrained from doing so. Numerous rude conversations about how the prices can't be honored, facial can't be provided due to expiry or purchase date, I ended up making it in where in person it was less rude but still asking me to pay more. She consolidated the two remaining facials into one saying is a better one. At this point i just wanted to be done and never see this place again so I agreed and now I'm here with a skin burn on my nose from the high frequency (my assumption). My pores are smaller and that's the only good I received from my visit. Honestly those phone conversations were so obnoxious where the owner was heard saying " it's not my problem that you work 9-5" " I can't offer you the services as the certificate was purchased a while ago" I did argue that it had no expiry and that's what they used to sell it to me. I'm going to try to go in person to show my skin burn but I'm sure this location will deflect and not take ownership. My experience was really bad and shocking to see no basic human conversation skills with a customer who is actually buying your service.

I was not happy with my last visit. I came in for threading and the lady recommended I have waxing because I wanted to get rid of some thin hair above my eyebrows. So she asked her superior in front of me in the chair how much it would be..and she replied $5. That sounds about right as their threading is usually $4 dollars for both eyebrows. So I finished my eyebrows with waxing. At this point..you would think there is no hair left with the waxing being done. But no, she did some threading on top of that. I get to the cash and the lady at the front bills me $14.69. I'm like what you said it was $5. The lady at the front got angry and did not show professionalism when dealing with a customer complaint. She ended up saying that it was that total because of head message..yeah right!..they always give those and I've never been charged extra..lol. I really recommend you asking them for the TOTAL price before you start..so you have no surprises in the end. Very disappointing, not sure I'll be back !!:( 

I've been going to La Femme for over 2 years to do Laser on my chest and neck. After over 20 treatments my hair continues to grow back! It's not just me though many people in my family have used their laser services and experienced disappointing results. After they asked that we not tell anyone about the poor results because it would ruin their business they offered me discounted rates for more laser to try and fix the issue. Now they won't book me in anymore and are "fully booked". Meanwhile my chest and neck hair are pretty much back to original length and still dark and coarse. Save your money and avoid doing laser unless you get a guaranteed money back offer if it fails.

Love this place owner is very sweet and kind. Its clean i always get a hydra facial they massge you really good and help me relax. She also has done my laser hair removal for my whole body after 3 treaments i seen the results i am now hairless on my arms and legs. Her laser machine is amazing and painless. She also gives great deals if your getting a package. Her staff is all friendly and the place is clean and quite. I would recommend this place for laser hair removal and hydra facial. Ive been coming to rehka for 5years now never disappointed.

I visited this salon for facial and eyebrows but unfortunately I am not satisfied with any of the services . The facial was so quick with barely any massage which is the most important part of the facial but they charged me way more than the service .Eyebrow wise the lady left so many thin hair that I had to ask her over and over to shape them up nicely .. I am not happy with their service and I won’t be visiting it again. . I would not recommend this salon to anyone !! It’s a total waste of money

I have been going here for about 10 years now. Started with just getting my eyebrows threaded and I now do laser. La Femme Spa and Laser is the best place. They do a great job in everything they offer. The staff is so friendly and experienced. They are clean and so is their spa and the price is great. I don’t know what I would do without them. I can’t even imagine shaving anymore. If you don’t know if you should try them. You should! You won’t be disappointed.

I got my Laser hair removal treatments here at La Femme Spa & Laser Centre and I have to say the staff are fantastic, make me feel very welcome as the clinic has a nice relaxing mood to it. They are professional at what they do and will do right by you in terms of what they suggest the best treatments are for you because some clinic recommend treatments that are not needed just to make a sale!!!

Amazing spa, came here a few days ago and the owner was so helpful! Rekha and her staff are very warm, kind, and welcoming. It was my first treatment ever and she made me feel comfortable that my nerves were calmed instantly! While getting treatment it was not painful like I had imagined it would be!! Amazing place, amazing decor, and amazing people. Thank You Rekha!!

Not overly impressed with the service. The staff barely spoke two words to me & made me feel very uncomfortable as I waited around to be helped. The website makes you believe this will be an elegant spa, when in fact its quite small & there noticeable water damage on the ceilings & baseboards. I felt a little misled by what I read/saw online. I wouldn't return.

It was a great experience going there .i just got my laser hair removal treatment done and i am very much satisfied with their services as it helped me completely to get rid of all the unwanted hairs.Moreover the owner and employees are very nice ,they perfect in everyway. You must visit specially for laser!

I did a facial with Vani and loved it so much that I booked one for my mom and sister. Vani was gentle but used enough pressure during the massage. She told me what she was going to do before each step which was nice. My face looked and felt amazing after. I was definitely go back!

One of my favourite places! The staff is very nice and accommodating. Services are very helpful. Laser hair removal is AMAZING! I hardly ever shave (perhaps once a year if anything) and my legs are smoother than ever. Totally worth the money.
