I am very satisfied with the quality of cake that they make. I ordered a huge specialised cake for around 60 people and honestly, it was so amazing!!!. Whoever made the cake has spent so much efforts on it. Thank you. The taste was so unique and it was very well decorated as per my suggestion. It was eggless cake which made it taste even better especially for those that easily get allergic to eggs and it was 100% vegetarian. And the price was extremely good compare to other shops like Cake Box or other cake shops. The money was worth it and the person whom I spoke to while making the order was a very kind and a pleasant person providing me with high quality customer service, he instructed me very well on choosing the cake. Also, my order was to a very high standard and it was ready before the time I expected. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone who are looking for any kind of cakes. They make very delicious cakes in a very hygienic environment.

I have been buying cakes from them for many years and also seen a change in ownership, they made a great variety of egg or eggless cakes, very creamy and absolutely great, purchased them recently for birthday and it was an absolute let down. the cakes aren't good as they used to be.I could have baked them better and wont be buying from them anymore..I used them for every birthday in the family, now I rather go to tesco. Cakes should be moist and sweet, where was the sugar in the treat...not creamy all..the cake was just dry sponge with a thin layer of cream, lacking any taste or flavor..as, if it was made on a budget..with prices have gone up. I will certainly look else where now...if an emergency tesco cakes will do!

We have always bought a cake from le petit. And the cake quality is amazing. The reason for the 3 star rating is that when you call to order the cake you want, the person on the other end doesn't understand English clearly and speaks in between when we are trying to ask something or explain something. And rude at times. All we had asked, what are the different types of chocolate cakes do they do? And the person did not understand the question. So pls be very clear in explaining what you need. I think the management needs to improve on that otherwise loyal customers like myself will go elsewhere.

RUDE, VERY RUDE, I went there yesterday got few slice of cake, I’ve said I will take around 10-12pieces so he gave me a big box, I’ve asked for a bag and he said don’t have big bags, I was like can u separate the cakes in smaller boxes Bcz I live far I can’t take the box, and he said he can’t, why he would waste his time I said 10pieces take the big box, I’m wasting his time!!! I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THAT NEGATIVE PLACE AGAIN AND SEE HIS RUDE ANNOYING FACE IMPRESSIONS and ARROGANT VOICE TONE! PLEASE BE AWARE.

I always go to this cake shop as the family have always loved it but of recent quality has really gone down hill probably won’t be using again and will make sure no one else uses either cakes taste dry as if have been there over night bought the trifle and couldn’t believe I had a dry trifle I don’t know what they have changed but they need to really bring it back up and use gloves when touching the cakes or food especially during a pandemic

The cakes are my favourite and it is easily my favourite cake shop. They're very light, creamy, and they're not too sweet. The cakes are always fresh. Their big cakes are just as good. They open late too, which is always a bonus when you want cake at night (which I have wanted on several occasions now). The cakes are very reasonable for £2.60 a slice. you can also order full cakes (8 inches for £24~ is what we got)

I ordered my graduation cake from this place and it was the biggest mistake as my cake was not prepared properly and ended up falling apart on the way. The cake was 2 layers and it had nothing in between the layers to hold them together. I paid £65 for this cake just to be ruined and ruin the whole party. Please don’t take orders if you know it cannot be prepared in requested time frame. Would not recommend.

Ordered cakes as had visitors at my home wish i never all 8 of us agreed they was awful and tasteless they need to learn what a cheesecake is as it was biscuit then tasteless cream with 2 sloppy strawberries on the top kids wouldn't touch oreo cake thats a first best part of the vanilla cake was the slice of kiwi wouldn't get my custom or anyone that tasted custom again in fact so bad i want a refund

I highly recommend La Petite! The cakes are amazing - moist, flavorful, and nicely done with fresh cream. Google should make zero star. Run by un professionals, I was there today and the guy was more interested with his phone call than serving us. Waste of my time and my journey, litreally asked me to come back later because he is busy on the phone. Twice been here, we gave them two chances, both times customer service is not anywhere near what it should.

I had to wait around for my car MOT, so decided to grab a coffee and a pastry. Tesco's came to mind, but decided to walk towards this family run cake/ coffee shop. Decent prices. Coffee and Pastry was also good. Most importantly I prefer to give my money and support to the small independent shops. Will come again.

Great and lovely cakes. Been getting them for many birthdays and the quality does not disappoint. Great cream to sponge ratio and the sweetness is not too much. My one criticism is that the black forest has a lot of cherry in the middle which does overpower the other flavours a significant amount

This place serves some of the best cakes in town ... their service is very very friendly and they are quite accomodative aswell regarding your food habits and dietary requirements. Highly recommended. I would suggest you to try their Chocolate pastries as well which was delicious. l

We have bought cake twice now for Bday.. They make good cakes and best part is they are open long hours every day including Sunday. Usually other cake shops wouldn't be able to give you cake on Sunday at 10/11am... We also got cupcakes with customised theme last year from them..

Their cakes are simply amazing, they don't bake sugar sacks like the rest. Should try black forest, sponge is very soft and slightly wet giving you a pleasure with each bite. Cream isn't very sugary as well. This is the only cake shop I recommend in Harrow.

Not a huge variety of ice creams. Alothough a variety of choices for cakes and puddings. Unfortunately nothing for vegans. Decent spot to visit if you're in the area and you want some ice cream. However, I wouldn't go out of my way to go here for dessert.

I had a red velvet slice && a cheese and spinach slice. The slice I got cold but warmed it up later as a snack and the spinach tasted very fresh. The cake also was yummy and fresh. The cream cheese was smooth and tasty. Would buy from the shop again.
