Even though MPI is in the middle of a strike and override call wait times are in the 4 hour range, service here was still amazing! Hunter and team served me right away while they were on hold and assisting other customers. Still able to do everything I needed patiently, quickly and efficiently! During my 10-15 minute visit I observed other customers were also appreciative of the service they received. Way to go! Will definitely keep coming here for all my Autopac needs. Thanks, Chris

Yesterday I was there in evening. The lady who was working their didn't know about the rules of the safety paper. I asked for the seller's safety copy but she answered all the safety copies go to the buyer. In the safety copies, there are three copies one for registering vehicle , second for owner & third for seller. Very rude answer by her. I also explained this thing to her but she didn't want to understand it & stick with her answer. Don't recommend this place.

Best experience I have ever had at an insurance broker, they saved me 944 dollars worth of errors that other brokers like hub, MPI and Wyatt Dowling overlooked for approximately 3 years. They were able to back date the errors and recover all funds I will never go to another broker. I wish I caught the names of the staff working because they were absolutely fantastic to work with!

I have never experienced such a rude greeting when entering an insurance broker. From the minute we stepped in until the minute we stepped out it was very unprofessional and rude service. I will not recommend nor ever return to this location based on our recent customer service.

Quick and efficient service. I used to use the “other” insurance area in Sage Creek. But they were slow and took far too long for simple items. La Sale is leaps and bounds above them. Driver-Z signup was excellent as well.
