Had a really great experience, Adrienne was very helpful and fast. I had made a mistake when I wrote out my address and she caught it right before it sent out possibly saving me a headache and funds therefore she has great attention to detail when you may not. She was very professional and knowledgeable, she answered all my questions without hesitation and was very patient. She explained everything clearly so I'd understand and not be misinformed. She gave me the option to do the abstract at their location but it it would take two weeks and sent by mail or I could go down to a main mpi office, luckily I had a choice and opted for a great experience. I know it sounds silly reading this over but it sure made my day a heck of a lot easier and less stressful. She had a great attitude, helpful, fast and knowledgeable and you leave confident knowing you won't have any further issues.

Yesterday I went to my purse and my wallet was gone! After searching my home car and everywhere else I could think of I realized I needed to start replacing the contents. I went to the bank first, however, I needed ID to get another card. So I went to Nation West on Pembina, I explained my situation to a very caring agent. She said it was a $10 charge to replace my license. I told her I did not have access to my money; no bank card. She phoned Autopac for authorization to waive the $10 fee. A guy named Kevin didn’t agree this was a situation where the fee should be waived. However the wonderful agent explained my situation and convinced the young man to agree to the waiver!! Talk about going the extra mile! I did not get her name; however they all seem quite competent! To encounter someone who cared and made this experience a little less hellish was truly a blessing!!

I went there twice this week for auto insurance. I would recommend you call ahead and get a list of what documents you need to bring before you go, otherwise there could be multiple visits necessary. I did receive some misinformation on my first visit, but that staff member was likely new and learning, and when I went back the staff were very helpful and invested. David helped me on my second visit there. He was able to get all the information required to process my request through the MPI, explained various policies to me, and broke down information as much as I needed. Overall very polite, helpful, and great above-and-beyond customer service.

Update*to be specific I came in to apply for a job, and all the horrible statements the tall guy made where spoken during an interview. however it appears that Mr "Man Ring" thinks any critique is somehow fake. Dreadful. When you walk into a building the last thing you expect is to be mocked, emasculated even. One of the first things that was made clear, was a deep hostility for Egyptians. Now i'm not Egyptian, so my problem is in how upfront they are about this. Kenneth then proceeded to belittle my blue suit, and used his man jewelry to imply i'm low class. Sure i got my suit second hand, but to ridicule it readily is absurd.

I call them to ensure they were an autopac agent and then made sure the could handle car insurance on sunday and they said yes. I then drove over an hour to be told that they cannot do anything with my insurance as they " have no MPI support today" not only that, but I handed her my registration, bill of sale and the document pertaining to said vehicle and all the agent said was "well what do you want me to do with this?" If I could give this location negative stars I would, based on wasting my time and the amount of attitude I received for simply asking her to do her job.

Really love this place..It won't take you one and half hour to wait for the service here versus a long waiting time in the MPI center at Bison. The staffs here are very friendly and professional as they would explain the detail of your insurance, guiding you to prepare the necessary documents MPI needs. David and Arron are the two guys who literally helped me out when there was a issue regarding my drivers license.They resolved the problem So fast! thumb up

Very professional customer service I get from Chen Wei. She always respond customers a timely manner and never let u down. She listens to what all customers want to say in patiently and gives appropriate commitments. So all my insurances I give to her to help me deal with and I suggest my friends to see her if they have any insurance problems to help. Its 100% worth to let her provide u with a high rate professional customer service!

I have been a customer for this location since 2014 and they stopped me having headaches from MPI, not to mention he best deal in town they found for my property insurance. Great customer service all the time that they always try to go even beyond the problems to solve it for you, you just don't see that from other brokers. We went in to get home insurance, since this was our first home purchase, I knew nothing and was nervous. Ashley was knowledgable, was able to reassure us and clearly listed out our options. Even with our complicated house and insurance needs, Ashley was able to get us a very reasonable price and I definitely left in a better mood than when I arrived. Would recommend her and Nation West Insurance Pembina.

Carolyn B was very professional for myself, I required changing my sex designation on license, She was very friendly, caring, discrete, understanding and extremely helpful for me. I return couple weeks later, where I needed to have one of my vehicles insurance changed to storage, She was very informative and helpful, Carolyn is now my only person I will deal with for my insurance and licensing needs.

Not particularly impressed so far. I paid our yearly premium by cheque and they lost it. Had to put a stop cheque order on it. NWI has promised to reimburse for the bank fee, but we have yet to see that. What will happen with a claim? Hope I don't have to find out. Nice people at the branch, but I wonder if there are problems at higher levels? (Update: the reimbursement did come through eventually.)

I visited Nation west insurance for my class 5L driving license. My application was a little complex as I had to exchange my license from Ontario. Khushi took over my case and explained each detail very well with ample patience. I had an excellent experience there. Horrible service the person I dealt with had no idea.spent 1.5 with them.to do a simple transfer of ownership. I had court papers stating I was in charge of the estate. Gave up and went la salle across tge street done it in 10 minutes.
