I came in on short notice needing a new goalie head strung up. My backup broke and I needed one ready to go for the weekend just in case. Michael Cerna strung an absolutely perfect wand that had no bag and threw perfectly. My stick ended up breaking in warmups and the new stick was completely ready to go almost instantly. I had one of my best games of my career with the stick. Could not be more thankful to lax unlimited and Mr. Cerna for hooking me up perfectly on such short notice.

So this store came highly recommended. NOT!!! We walked in to get my 9 year old son fitted for full lax equipment. Some dude walked out and we asked him for fitting help. He basically ignored us because he was too busy re-stringing a lax stick. Guy was very uninterested in helping us. Such a shame when an employee/owner makes a great place like this look so bad. Very disappointed. I will not be returning here.

Walked in yesterday and was happy to find this store under new management. Brian the new manager helped me out with buying a new pair of gloves and a new stick. He was knowledgeable and didnt mind the million and a half questions I asked him. I didnt want to wait so I paid an extra fee and he strung my stick the same day just the way I wanted it! Thanks guys I will be back!

I went to Lacrosse Unlimited to get my stick restrung after YEARS of struggling with a stick I was confident with. I was helped by Mikey Cerna and he told me everything I needed to know about what type of strings I should get, where my pocket should sit in reference to my play style, and much more. For the first time in 3 years I have a stick that I love.

I recently went into this store and let me tell you, I was immediately given a warm and welcoming greeting and it seemed like they really wanted to help me with lacrosse gear. Im new to the sport and now I feel like an expert after my conversation with Brian. Thank you lacrosse unlimited Austin, i will definitely be coming back!!!

Read the negative review of this store so I was prepared to just browse, but employee “Will” was super informative and extremely willing and wanting to help my kid. Will helped with pad fitting, stick sizing, and just gave great overall info. My experience here was great.

Awesome LAX store! Great service! The guy in there knows what he is talking about and he does fantastic stringing jobs! They have a wide selection of everything from heads to shafts. I thought the store in Houston was good but this one is a hundred times better!

Great service from a few very nice young men. My 11 yr old loved learning from the guys at the store. Kudos to the owner for investing time training these men on how to interact with parents and kids and how to provide service. Well done …

I have always had a great experience coming here. From getting sized correctly for pads, to re-stringing a head, to even just asking employees about what works/doesn't work. You cannot go wrong coming to the store, have never had a bad experience.

Ordered custom school gear in September. Its January and we still don't have it - and we have been told we cannot cancel the order either. The staff is unapologetic. They are not nice. They are not mean, but they are not what I’d call nice.

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. These guys really know what they're talking about, and they have a nice apparel section and high quality women's equipment, which is hard to come by.

Supposed to be open from 11am-5pm on Sunday. Went there at 3:30 and closed. No message on website or phone. Disappointing waste of time and gas.
