I decided to buy a net curtain so i visitedtgus shop. I was served by an extremely rude Eastern European lady. Having read the reviews I am now sure that I wasn't the only person who experienced the same awful customer service by this miserable lady. When I gave her my current nets to measure she assumed that I hadn't washed my nets. Even though I tried to speak to her nicely she was still very rude. I felt so sorry for the young gentleman who was working next to her, as she gave him orders as if he were her slave. The owner needs to have a serious word with her. I definitely won't be shopping there any more

Have had a good experience in the past, but yesterday I asked for a 63 inch drop on my netting and when I came home all three nets were a different length, 58inch, 61 inch and 62 inches. Will update if they refund my money, which isn't seeming likely as they are claiming it is impossible. The photo shows the difference in drops. Update: they swapped out only the 58inch netting. The lady was not nice or apologetic instead insinuated that it was Impossible until she measured them. I was served by an Eastern European lady, did not catch her name she was NOT very friendly. I won't be buying here again.

Worst customer service one could ever get. European women has been really rude and not helpful at all, would only roll her eyes and answer like we were goning to steal something from the shop. We asked her where she is from just to make concersation and hoping that we could speak her language, thinking that she wasn’t rude but that there was a language barier, she then replied with “does it matter”. She has been greatly rude. I will never go to this shop again nor recomend it to anyone, purly because of this disgraceful, miserable woman.

Ok shop, spent a couple of hundred pounds. Went back the following week for a window missed. Because it was less than 15.00 they do not take card only cash. Even though its not displayed anywhere in the shop. I dont carry cash. Wanted me to go to a cashpoint. I left the shop.

Ordered blinds, will take 3 weeks paid a deposit, called 16 times the lady does not return calls, next week, next week, blinds lost in the factory and after 3 months and a very sharp message Mrs Sharma called will take another 3 weeks. Asked for full refund.

Very rude on the phone. Could have easily answered my question. So I went to the shop to be told they only alter curtains purchased from them. Wasted my time.
