BUYER BEWARE Do not purchase or even consider a black Mitsubishi triton they will try to sell. This vehicle has major mechanical and safety issues. I bought this vehicle back in March 2021 and after only driving it for 3 days and only 550kms in order to get home it was clear something was seriously wrong. I then immediately tried contacting lansvale to inform them that the vehicle is faulty. After a week or so of constant calls and voicemails left, I finally got to speak to Moses and was told “too bad. I had signed a waiver” and “it was not there problem anymore”. I took the vehicle to a licensed mechanic for an inspection and it came back with 3 pages of mechanical and safety issues with an estimate of over $3500 worth or repairs in order to get it good and safe again. I then sent this to Moses and was once again told “not there problem, because I did not buy warranty off them”. I then contacted fair trade, lodged a formal complaint and a tribunal hearing date was set. At the tribunal Moses and lansvale were ordered to have the car picked up from me and to have all repairs and safety issues fixed in order to pass a blue slip inspection as it was now over 3months out of rego. Another month or so passes by and I am contacted by lansvale and was told the vehicle had been fixed and was ready to get back. I then sent the car to another mechanic for a blue slip to which it failed massively as it had all the same mechanical and safety problems the first mechanic listed. They did not even try to fix it. Back to a tribunal I went where lansvale were ordered to refund me the money I had spent on the vehicle. They now have it back and are for sure going to try and resell it and I would hate for them to put someone else through this 7 month ordeal that I have gone through. The one star is only because i had to in order to post the review.

this week I went car shopping and stubbled across the lands vale automotive business- the staff were friendly, out going, supportive and gave very efficient knowledge on each vehicle I was interested in knowing about - they gave me the opportunity to test drive and explained/ pointed out the quality and advantages of each vehicle I test drove. I was lucky enough to find a car that suited me - it was clean , had rego still available on the vehicle and was offered a more than decent price. I highly recommend checking the Lansdale Automotive company if you are interested in buying or trading in a vehicle as their customer service is beyond excellent and they really know their knowledge on vehicles, the staff make you feel comfortable and show a genuine care for the purchase on your vehicle- I was offered warranty and offered to reach out if I have any further questions. I highly recommend talking to lena or Moses as they are very helpful, friendly and supportive. I am beyond happy with the purchase of my first car ever - I've had the car for over two months now and they have taken the time to follow up and make sure I am still satisfied and happy with my purchase. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking to buy their first car and or trade in their vehicle at a great negational price. I cannot thank their team enough as I am beyond happy everyone I jump in my car knowing I purchased it from a trust worthy, reliable and supportive company.

Bought a 2002 4x4 triton silver, had electrical problems such as gauges not working or even hooked up, an expense I had to do out of pocket, a battery that needed replacing I ended up paying for that and a bad alternator(to which they replaced and has now currently died on me as my mechanic said it is a refurbed one, didn’t even last 6months) Sold to me with almost legit bold tyres, a blown head gasket to which I had to replace at my own expense costing the cost of the car I bought it for, the transmission had to be rebuilt also, needed a new clutch. And to make it worse I wanted to sell my Toyota hilux which was in good used condition for well under my minimum asking price. Overall friendly to your face, makes everything seem “fine” when it isnt. Dodgey would not recommend going to see any of his cars without a trusted mechanic looking over the whole entire car with fine tooth and comb. Btw all my problems have been within not even 12 months. My car has been at the mechanic then it has in my possession.

Lansvale automotive has very competitively priced cars and a friendly team. Moses helped me out and made it easy to trade in my current car and purchase a Navara. The car has presented well so far, and I was given the option to put 6 months warranty on it rather then the standard year. A downside was the car was sold without rego, and I wasn't notified of this, and I drove it from the dealership about for 30 mins before realising this. The cars are presented very nicely, and engine bays cleaned up well, but this does hide any potential oils leaks which was the case with my purchase. Apart from these two inconveniences, the transaction was smooth and I am happy with my new car.

Put the shonk in shonky,I bought a Toyota Landcruiser Prado,it had 3 bald tyres the spare being one that had a nail in it and was flat, no jack or wheelbrace to even get a wheel of,headlight and blinker were falling out cause the cable ties did not hold,needs bushes in front shock absorbers and a new steering rack cause when you turn right the tyres screech,this guy and his mechanic should be in jail after giving this thing a road worthy certificate. rego BAR-8I- my name is Geoff remember now.
