Three and a half years ago, Tony & I [Sandy] had an emergency plumbing issue and contacted your company for help. We welcomed Blake later in the evening after hours and were amazed at his professional and considerate manner with which he resolved our problem. We have an older home, built in the 50's and Blake needed to find our main line so returned promptly the next morning to finish the needed repair. We were so impressed by his personal attention to our situation along with his knowledge in plumbing. He explained each step clearly and helped us with plumbing suggestions to help us in the future. Tony and I kept our receipt with his name on it over the years in case we needed your company and to specifically request his personal assistance with any future plumbing issues! WELL, on June 3, 2019 we once again needed assistance with our plumbing, found our 3 1/2 year old receipt, called and was delighted to hear Blake was still working for you and we immediately expressed that we wanted to request him to personally return to our home if possible to help us again! We waited throughout the day as he was busy with other calls but it was worth waiting for him. He came to help us after hours and once again we had the awesome experience of being in good hands with our plumbing issue. I have delt with Larkin many times before at my home and I am always happy to know that whatever I requested was fixed properly. I go to Larkin because I want an honest opinion as how to solve my plumbing or pool problems, yes I said pool. The servicemen give me options, if a repair or replacement is necessary. In particular, the pool heater is about 23 years old and I am in the process of selling my home. The pool heater would not work and I was afraid that this could be expensive. I called Larkin and they sent out the same man that has taken care of my problems and he checked it out. He advised me that the pool heater needed some kind of a switch and he said that the heater should last many years. He was unsure if he had the switch with him but just minutes later he returned to my backyard and installed the new switch. He called and got the price, which in my opinion was not bad at all, and then finished the job. Sure I could have called a pool company and waited a week or two for this but I have had very good experiences with this serviceman and the company. As far as the plumbing goes, I have not had any doubts as to their experience or integrity, all I can say is great company and great service. Larkin has been taking care of my plumbing needs for 20+ years and as long as they are around, I will continue to use their services.

I have used Larkin Plumbing many times over the years and have spent thousands of $$. I was always satisfied with their service even though their hourly rate was pretty high. Today I called them to repair a leaking kitchen faucet. The young man that looked at the faucet said that it could not be repaired and would need to be replaced. It is a Kohler faucet with a lifetime warranty, so I told him I would call Kohler and have them ship a new one and when it arrived, I would call Larkin to replace it. Rick was a very polite young man and agreed that since it was Kohler, that is the way I should go rather than spending 100's of dollars for a new one. He said to just give them a call when the replacement arrived and they would install and then he left. A few minutes later, my doorbell rang and Rick was very apologetic, but said his office told him that he needed to collect $184.50 from me even though he was only here for 12 minutes. If that is the way they treat a pretty loyal customer, I will never use them again.

Larkin Plumbing is the best!!! We moved to Vegas about 4 years ago. We bought our first house and quickly realized we had some plumbing issues that needed attention. After using a few other plumbing companies (who repeatedly failed at fixing our plumbing problems) I finally stumbled upon Larkin Plumbing!!!! I will never use a different plumbing company again. Yes, Larkin Plumbing tends to be a little pricier than other companies in the valley, HOWEVER, I have learned the hard way--I'd much rather pay a little more up front and get better service, better qualified plumbers, and most importantly--I'd rather have the job fixed right the first time!!! Since discovering Larkin Plumbing, we have had a few plumbing issues that have needed immediate attention, and they have always been able to come out promptly. My swimming pool has had an ongoing problem for sometime and my pool man did not know the solution. After dealing with the pool store and possibly a new pump which I am not happy about I asked a neighbor about it he suggested Larkin Plumbing for the repair. I was unaware that Larkin Plumbing did pool repair but nevertheless I gave them a call. The man on the phone took my information and told me that they have an expert there and that he would call me back. Later that day a man named Keith called from Larkin Plumbing and I explained my problem to him. With his terminology I felt he knew exactly what I was talking about. I scheduled him out for the next morning and he showed up on time. He checked the pump and took it apart. I was able to repair it with, I feel a reasonable expense. I discovered through his through him that he has over 35 years experience in the plumbing and pool trade. I will definately call Larkin Plumbing for both plumbing and pool repairs!

This review is for Blake, who did our plumbing repair through Larkin. For some reason our plumbing issues always seem to happen on a weekend or a holiday. When the pipe to our hot water heater sprung a leak on a Sunday afternoon, we needed to find a plumbing service fast that could send someone out. After initially getting some terrible service from Larkin's weekend on-call service, Blake arrived and was able to turn the situation around. He got our water shut off so that the leak stopped, but we were still able to use our hot water until the following day. On Monday, he returned on time as promised and fixed the issue without charging us extra for his visit the previous day to diagnose our problem. He is a personable and honest guy, who you could tell took pride in his work and did a great job cleaning up after his repair. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again the next time we need a plumber.

We needed a plumber . My landlord called Larkin. Great call landlord. A plumber named Bob contacted me and said he would be there the next day. He showed up on time. That's big points with me. He said he would be back the next day to start the job. Next day Bob and his assistant Chris came, again, on time. They were kind, courteous and very sympathetic to the fact that we only have one bathroom and that we were going to have to find another place to take a shower while we waited for the Insurance adjusters to come. They were extremely quick about coming back the next day after the adjuster was here to complete their work. They showed up on time every time. For what he had to do the price was extremely fair. This is a very old house and it was a challenge for sure. Well done Bob, well done. I'm extremely satisfied. Thank you Bob and Chris. Happy customer here.

We got a letter from the water district saying we had a constant running water (probably a leak), we called Larkin because a person who did work for us recommended them. When I described our problem on the phone (no visible leaking anywhere) he basically knew we had a leak in pipes under our concrete flooring. He sent us one of their experts - CARL. He showed up on-time and within a few hours had diagnosed where our problem was and was able to stop the leak with only two cuts of our under-sink drywall. When he came back the next day, he was able to run new piping and we were as good as new with only one more drywall hole under another sink!. He kept us informed of what he was doing at all times and was extremely personable. GREAT JOB Carl & Larkin!!!

Larkin Plumbing really helped me out today! I can't thank them enough!!! GREAT service! I'm a Realtor in Las Vegas, and there were some plumbing repairs done by a handyman that were not done correctly. Were supposed to close in a day and I needed to get these items fixed for my sellers ASAP so we could close. I called Larkin Plumbing and talked to Bill. I explained what happened, and the situation. Within a few hours, a received a call from Tedd, and I met him at the home. WOW, he was so courteous and took care of everything. He explained why the items were not fixed correctly and took care of the issues right then and there. I will be referring Larkin Plumbing from here on out! Called their 24 hour hotline.. explained my problem and concerns. They assured me that I would be contacted after 7 am.. didn't happen. I called Larkin for an update close to noon.. the man on the phone was rude and unprofessional. He told me the reason I didn't get a call from a plumber is because none are available today, maybe tomorrow...don't know how I'm supposed to know that ?...a courtesy call would have been nice...so much for the same day service they brag about.. they've lost my business and recommendation. Larkin is apparently too big to care and the attitude and lack of concern showed by their employee showed it.

Just wanted to put a "shout out" in to Keith, Larkin's service technician that was dispatched to my house on Sunday 24 Sep. I had a pinhole leak in a hot water line in the ceiling which I had located and tried to minimize further leaking. Keith was very professional and timely in his repair (I was not able to be home, but my wife was home). He kept me fully informed on the repair and pulled all my temporary leak pans out of the attic as he departed. I also thought the charge for this repair (particularly on a Sunday) was very reasonable. We have used Larkin in the past, and will continue to use them. Thanks Keith!

Needed a leak in the meter box repaired. We were assured yesterday that they could do this repair. They have now been here for 5 + hours, and still don't seem to be anywhere near finishing. And they want to charge by the hour??? Absutley I called for if they actually knew the proper way to fix. Larkin used to be reputable. Not anymore. I have used Larkin in the past for minor plumbing issues without a problem. But this is completely ridiculous. $2500? Charged me for 8 hours of work.for each of the 2 people.and was only here 6 hours total! Only really worked for 5 hours. Never again!

I have used Larkin Plumbing for many years and they have always done a great job for me. The plumber who came to fix 3 small jobs recently (toilet and two issues with faucets for my sinks) fixed them all and explained everything to me. He also took the time to look at what was wrong with my Whirlpool jet tub. It will be an easy and relatively inexpensive fix at the pump when the broken piece is purchased. He was honest, helpful, patient and offered the most economical solution to fixing the problems. Thank you to Larkin for your outstanding service for me for many years.

Blake was amazing. We were having backups in our main line and he came out to camera the line and took the time to explain to us what he was seeing, and gave his professional opinion. We got an excellent video that was very helpful for reviewing. We happened to be pretty busy at the time, and I called him back a couple months later and he remember the home and went through everything just like the same day he came out. I was really impressed and give my highest recommendation if you are looking for a professional plumber.

I've used Larkin for years and they have always fixed my plumbing issues and stand by their work. You'll pay a bit of premium but the service and knowledge you'll get is well worth it. I had Tev install my softener recently and while I appreciated the time he took to explain to me how the softener works, what I really appreciated was the respect for my home. He kept his work space clean and was very polite. I will continue to use Larkin Plumbing for all my plumbing needs!

Carl handled our service from start to finish. He was very kind, personable and professional on the phone. When he came out to do the work we were given up front pricing, and given detailed info on the procedure. Carl started work early the next day and eventually Nick Smith joined to help speed up the process. We were so grateful to both Nick and Carl for being fun and efficient the whole time. My water heater was leaking everywhere, I called Larkin Plumbing and received a call back within minutes. Tevye was at my home within a half hour. He repaired the leaking fitting. I am a single person and he could have easily pulled the wool over my eyes, but he was honest, reassuring and professional. My repair was very reasonable and my problem fixed. I definetly recommend Larkin Plumbing and will call them again if I need plumbing repairs again.

I have worked with Larkin for years - great Company and people! My experience today was no different than all the excellent experiences I have had in the past. Same day service when I request it. Kurt was not only prompt, quick and both efficient and effective, but very pleasant to talk with and really made me feel comfortable with the work done. After I got word that the bottom seams of our water heater in our rental property started to leak, I called Larkin for an emergency fix. Less than an hour later, Keith, the service technician, came and replaced it. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. As comparing prices, they were average to below average. The customer service representative was very polite and knowledgeable, she helped set me up with an appointment this same day. My issue was resolved and I am very satisfied with the service. Will definitely call them again, should I have another issue.

We had Blake come out to fix something and were very impressed. They were able to send someone out about two hours after we called them, which was awesome because it was kind of an emergency. Blake walked us through every step and the final cost was lower than the estimate. We would definitely recommend Larkin Plumbing, especially Blake.

CAUTION I own several properties. I was charged twice for one job. I trusted Larkin with my credit card due to being out of state and they charged card twice. I asked for my money back and they did not return. Very dishonest tech. USE PURE PLUMBING. they are reputable and fair. Also, great fast work.

Water heater busted after 12 years of service. Called Larkin who installed this water heater in 2005 and they were quick to respond and got me a new one installed the same day. Tev did a great job, called to let me know he was on his way and got the job completed quickly. Thanks Larkin!

Very professional all around, quick to respond, at my house within 1 hour. Chris figured out very quickly what was wrong and cleaned all our pipes till there was absolutely no clogs anymore. $164.00 for 1hr labor was reasonable to me. Would definitely recommend.

Crooks don't use overcharged for devices. When I had questioned the plumber on why it was so much. The statement I got was our boss's say. We have to charge in order for us to get paid in. The more we charge the more we will get paid
