On September 8th at 11:05PM I was finishing my laundry with my children after returning from dropping off my husband who was with me while I was washing. The attendant was sweeping and mopping around us, moving our baskets around to get his job done, but only doing this around us, no other patrons.9 When my teenage sons and I were bringing the bags towards the door with the baskets I decided to move my car to make it easier for us. My children stayed in the laundromat as I got in my car to move it, but when I looked up the attendant was standing with my kids staring at me from inside. So I got out of my car and asked if there was a problem he said no that he was just going to hold the door for us. I told him that was unnecessary because I'm moving my car right now. He stayed standing with my children and asked them where i was moving the car to (inappropriate). After I parked he opened the door and said he'll hold it, I said no thank you, there's three of us, we can handle it (he rubbed me the wrong way, so i did not want him around me or my kids). He took a step closer to me, leaned in and said "You're trying to do my job?!" I thought he was joking until I saw the expression on his face. He was very serious and attempting to intimidate me. I asked him not to start with me because I was just trying to get my clothes out on my own, I told him he can't force his help on me. He continued to argue and said something like, he's giving me service with a smile like always. I again asked him to leave me alone and to back up! He STILL insisted he was helping me and I should let him. That's when I told him if my husband was here he would not address me in this manner, there's no way he would be arguing with me while my husband was standing right next to me and as a matter of fact I'm going to call him. As soon as I said I was calling my husband he FINALLY backed away from me and allowed me to hold the door myself after saying since I'm calling my husband he's calling his boss. I hope he did call his boss. This is disgusting service! No "laundromat attendant" should ever go out of their way to try and intimidate a woman and her children the way he did tonight. No man should ever step to a woman and attempt to force his help on her! This entire interaction was extremely odd. This man is very weird and shouldn't be around customers. Even my children noticed he kept coming around us to sweep and mop and he was only around us making us extremely uncomfortable. I'm curious as to why he didn't have anything else to do at that time but when I was folding he was super busy next to me and my children. If I'm spending money in a laundromat I should get to decide how to get my clothes out of the building without being harassed. Is it actually his job to hold the door for me at that time? Because I've been there plenty of times around the same time of night and he did not do that. Why was he so confident his boss would support him? Does he do this often? Honestly, I need answers. I spend fifty or more dollars every time I go to this laundromat, I have a big family, lots of laundry, why would I have to listen to this man after spending my hard earned money with the establishment that employs him??? Please address this issue, my next step is the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's office.

I’m a regular here but I’ll be taking my money elsewhere. The set up is nice but the customer service is TERRIBLE! I had to spend a significant amount of extra money all because STEVE WASN'T WHERE HE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE. Everytime I come in it’s something. I usually only need to spend 6.50 on to washers which comes to $13. There were 3 washers that needed to be cleaned out that were available but a woman had dog hair inside after washing so I waited and looked, looked and waited but he was nowhere to be found. I couldn’t wait after waiting for over 10 minutes I was forced to use the 9.50 washers. Once my clothes are in he comes out the back yelling telling me he was out here when he wasn’t. Then couldn’t compensate me for a free dry after spending $6 additional dollars. All in all he still didn’t clean the machines and I had to save another woman from putting her clothes in there. If you are the owner and are reading this the date is October 2nd the time is in between 4:30 and 4:50. Your cameras are clear so you will spot me. I have black shorts with a stripe, black hoodie and headphones on and black shoes and socks. I’ve spend a lot of money here and come because it’s close but this guy needs to be talked to because it will cost you in the long run.

Horrible Customer Service, what I thought was a great place to wash, turned out to be the worst Experience ever.... Me and My wife visit this location today. We used 4 washers and one of the washers did not work properly, I put a substantial amount of Tide detergent soap and the machine never showed any sign of soap in the window and our clothes did not come out clean the attendant named Steve was very non shalont and said they might still come out clean, he said he needs the owners approval to start another machine or give us a refund and the owner refused to do anything about it, Now we have to go home with wet clothes to hang up and re wash them elsewhere.... DO NOT go to this location...They take your money and don't care if there machines work or not.

Highly highly reccommend. I go here every sunday to do laundry. The staff here is great! I have seen them help elderly people load and unload their laundry. They have held doors open for me and even helped me to my car. It is kept very clean. The washers are stainless steel and again the staff is constantly cleaning. They have televisions and will change the channel on at least one station to cartoons for my kids to watch. Again the staff is great they remember me and talk to me they are friendly and helpful. I hope to get an apartment soon with a wash /dryer in it but until then I go here always. There are places closer to my home but I like this place the best I will travel a little farther for better service.

We've been using this laundry for a couple of years now for traditional washing and decided to try their "Fluff & Fold" service for the first time. Dropped off 117 # on Wednesday for fluff and fold service. Price here is a healthy $1.50 per lb. On site personnel were completely unprepared to accept payments by credit card, very strange. My entire experience began at 10PM with drop off but didn't conclude until 1AM due to credit card debacle. Too bad this otherwise successful business was so unprepared to accept payments and on site personnel never even offered the courtesy of an apology.

The associates are not really friendly, but they are nice. The machines run well, it seems few if any are ever out of order. The place is kept barely as clean as possible. There's a charge to use the restroom and the products this place sells are far too expensive. At least there's somewhere to sit. The washing machines take approximately 5 minutes longer than is displayed to stop, and the other machines are good. I have an issue with Las Vegas Coin Laundry #6 that is the place does not deal with coins at all, only bills, or debit/credit, deposited onto a laundry card.

Excellent …JW (staff) went out of his way the entire time to offer the most incredible customer service to us including allowing our two small service dogs to feel right at home… the place was clean, efficient, available for the massive quantity of laundry we had from spending a few months at the Grand Canyon camping, and wonderful customers from beginning to end of our experience… we ended up having a very fun time doing laundry…such an incredible few hours spent … thank you… most of all, thank you to staff, “JW”…sir, you made our day!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location machines is working properly drying feels a little bit stiff, but overall they're great just the restroom is bit to expensive not to be clean constantly. It's just my opinion but feel it should be clean every two hrs. Morning lady is bit cranky and feet dragger and on Netflix lol, also I seen a white lady always on her feet moving all the time and the location looks spot less and also been at night two hrs before close and the gentleman working cool asked him for some help didn't hesitate always aware of the area . That's a good employee...

Clean and nice but I did not like the fact that you have to load a card with funds to use the laundry machines. Once you load the card you can't get your money back from the card so you either have to use it all on laundry or just leave the card there for someone else to use if you don't live in Vegas. To use the rest room you have to use your card too open the door, I think it was like 0.25 cents. The driers take a lot of time to dry your clothes and causes you to spend more than just a dollar trying to dry.

Wow an oasis in an 'emergency'. I was in town with my son for a basketball tournament and our hotel's laundry was down. Most people hate laundromats and now add out of town to the pain, but we just had to go. This one was clean, new machines and an attendant to help you get through this thankless task. TV, wifi, full selection of soaps and supplies it was great. Did have to get used to buying their card since everything was done via their card. Now if there was only a bar next door...

So I’ve literally have been going to this laundromat since it’s opening. They’ve went up in the price for both washer (twice) and dryers (three times) and I honestly don’t understand why. The small dryers 25cent for every 7 minutes which has changed went to .27cent to now .30cent for every 5 minutes! Same price as the larger dryers which really doesn’t make sense, besides the fact that they are just upping the price for more profit. I really don’t appreciate it

Always clean (the washers/dryers and overall), and good customer service. They have small washers up to super-sized (8 loads). You need to pre-load a wash card. The prices for washers range from $3.50-9.50 and you can use cash or debit to load your card. There are also restrooms but you need to pay with your wash card to use them (they're also clean). They ate open from 6am-10:59pm.

I am a full time RV'er and use laundromats across the US and Canada. This is the cleanest and best laid out facility I have seen and used in 10 years of traveling. Brian the person on staff today went out of his way to help me find the best washer for my size load and help me through the whole process. Absolutely an incredible laundromat!!! THANK YOU!!

This place is new and clean, well laid out and the attendant was very helpful in selecting and using the machines and pay system with a card.. ✔ use of a restroom is available and clean. I would use again! and recommend it! Parking is ok.. and I was also allowed to plug in my electric mobility scooter/power chair.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Why would anyone make you pay money to use a low pressure semi dirty bathroom that’s always conveniently locked and clearly taken from the transaction history. Kinda overpriced mostly stocked snacks and drinks. Kinda needs parking lot overhauled it’s full of trash and potholes full of dirty water.

This place is way too expensive. Yes it's clean and it has fairly new washer and dryers but the cheapest washer is $2.50 for the smallest load and then it goes $3.50 to $6.50 to $9.50 a load. And the dryers aren't cheap either. At these rates you're better off buying your own washer and dryer.

This place is great it makes a good alternative to coins instead you just use cards. I don't know for sure but with the money on your card you could buy vending machine items too. You could say it works as a credit card. The only thing I feel is needed is taking the money off the card.

This is not a coin operated laundry! False advertising! You are required to purchase a laundry card for $1 to use the machines! A small Tide laundry detergent for 10FL OZ (306ml) for $5. If you put in surplus money, you cannot have it returned and you cannot return your laundry card.

No way this place has this many stars. You have to pay for the card to load money on and have to pay extra for hot or cold water. I doubt people like paying more for temperature of water. So disappointing to see places like this in lower income communities already struggling.

Very clean and well maintained, all the machines work great. You need a prepaid card for washing and everything else, inc soap, food etc. Card is free. Cons:. You have to pay 25 cents to use the restroom and it's located in a rough part of town. They open at 6am every day.

Ms Denise is really sweet , also very out going. I've been coming here since October and she's the most active worker I have seen at this location. The store stays clean and she's very attentive to her customers. Thanks Denise for good customer service !!! Keep it up

No coins No coins no coins So you don't use any coins you put money into a machine and it gives you ba card. The machines are like new and its pretty easy to use. Very helpful staff free wifi air conditioned and same day drop off service. Again no coins.

This place is nice and clean, the water temperatures were on point the washers are newer and this place have REAL AIR CONDITIONER I was impressed! I will drive back to wash here again...also the laundry attendant was really helpful and nice.

Have come here several times without issue but now there's a new worker on a witch hunt. Accused me of being a thief for no reason aside from the establishment has problems with theft. Nothing was even stolen from anyone during my visit.

This place is so well managed. The black guy was constantly cleaning, helping and had a smile on his face. Honestly, I was surprised at the cleanliness and atmosphere, considering the location of the facility. But, kudos to the staff!

Yup! Brand new machines. Clean! Free card for use in machines. High capacity washers n dryers. Great laundromat. Kind of funny that this place has been modernized to the point that nothing accepts coins. Save them for the car wash.

This laundromat is very well taken care of, machines are new and kept clean, no nasty odors when you open the door. A little warm in here but that’s expected with all the dryers. Reasons why I didn’t leave 5 stars.

This Wash and fold is the best that I've ever been to Las Vegas. Individually wrapped underwear and shorts oh my shirts including my T-shirts everything was very very well done. I'll be coming back here every time

Machine won’t take money for change but the one you have to buy a card and load it for a extra fee will. Imagine that. Have to have there card and it cost to use restrooms, I’m not even sure that’s federally legal

Difficult operating the card, otherwise the attendant was courteous and helpful, the entire place was cleaned including the bathroom. Not pleased having to pay for restroom, I am disabled with kidney issues.

Came here while on vacation to do some laundry. Was impressed by how clean it was and it accepts cards, which is nice. They had a person on staff there and he was constantly cleaning and doing maintenance.

Stayed at main st station, this place is easy to find, very clean and the attendant super helpful. Everything is off a laundry card which was weird but was kinda convenient after we figured it out.

To expensive to be on the west side of Las Vegas. On the south and east side of town they give you free soap and it’s 25cents for 10min to dry. At this laundry mat it’s 29cents for 7 min
