I arrived early morning (between 7:30-8 am). I’ve used this location in the past. It was really nice and clean before. A pleasure/privilege to find a laundromat that was clean (smell and appearance). Pre-pandemic: Pros: theres a number of different capacity load washing machine available as well as dryers. They have the largest load capacity washing machines I’ve seen. The cost of each wash is reasonable for the load size. The facility was clean and well maintained. There’s a clean and well maintained bathroom that requires the attendants access. The attendant on duty was attentive to her patrons needs and inquiries. She was very personable and courteous as well. AAAND there’s 2 televisions with different entertainment platforms. Cons: I couldn’t find any. Post pandemic: Pros: Cost of washing machines haven’t increased. Entertainment is still good. Cons: Floor tiles are lifted in the middle row where larger washing machines are located potentially causing trip hazard. The 1st of the 2 largest washing machines does not extract water from clothing properly, so when you remove them from the machine the excess water from the clothing drips ALL over the floor potentially causing a slipping/falling hazard. I was not happy and notified the attendant who was performing her cleaning duties at the time and had to interrupt what she was doing to handle this issue. It also seemed a bit inconvenient for those patrons who needed to transfer their items to the dryers (that she was cleaning/vacuuming) who either waited for her to complete her task or went around her. It’s quite sad how quickly this laundromat has lost it’s clean ambience.

Needed to do a whole bunch of laundry at once the other day. I went to Sudz on Rancho and it was awesome. I took over 1/3 of their machines ( not really but I did use a bunch of them) and got all my wash done in no time flat. Of course I haven’t been to a coin op laundry in years and messed up on some of the machines. I put money in two of them and forgot to start them all together. I guess the way they work it ended up taking the money but because I hadn’t started then and didnt check for like a half hour or more it credited the money like it was used but they hadn’t started. I talked to the lady ( her name is Lidia ) working the area and she looked up on the camera to see i put the money in and she gladly restarted them for me no charge. I also was washing some mattress covers and they didnt get all the water soun out of them in the original cycle. She gladly started a spin cycle over for me free of charge. I have to say i was expecting a run doen pmace lime most of them are these days but it was really nice. There are 2 different tv’s playing movies for the guests to help keep kids entertained. I only saw 1 broken machine out of the whole store and everything seemed very well kept up. I would recommend this laundry mat to anyone needing it.

Pros: Laundrymat itself is fine, kept clean, I've never had a problem with the other patrons, and the woman who's usually on duty when I'm there (Suzie?) is great, she really does her best to make sure everything is running and the TVs have something on for the kids :) Cons: Keep in mind the shopping center traffic outside the laundrymat can be kind of shady (the usual junkies, homeless, etc.) and the entire parking lot for the most part is an unpainted nightmare (it's especially chaotic and dangerous at night). So while it's not fair to knock or hold Sudz accountable for what goes on OUTSIDE the laundrymat YOU WILL need to stay alert for riff-raff trying to pass through the laundrymat, hanging around outside the laundrymat getting high, or sniffing around for whatever reason. Edit: Regarding foot traffic around the shopping center (and in response to Sudz) I've visited this location more than once (30+ times ;) and still recommend (see five star review!), but feel it's in people's best interest to understand the type of activity they'll find in the shopping center (this is Vegas after all), and as the owner points out, they do their best to keep patrons safe.

⭐Oops my bad, I actually reviewed Suds when I did my Tonopah PlazaReview,( which i hughly recommend U read since it was the reason I went to that shopping center) leaving the rest of the stores there for me to go back to to review to actually make the review itself complete so all I can tell you is I loved it it was clean my very first time ever in a laundromat I knows a snotty brat but I've always always had a washer and dryer so I've been so blessed got to tell you. I was terrified to use a public facility and now I would recommend it to anybody because you could get anything done in like an hour all of your big comforters everything and there's a very nice lady who runs around there and helps you and keeps all the machines clean and they have nice machines nice machines very nice top of the line and movies big screen TVs and it smells good and the bathroom is clean what can I say you know me I'm picky really picky. I give it a strong five stars and an extra five stars through lovely Hispanic lady who runs it who dealt with me clear up to closing bless her heart️

I came here Wednesday morning around 10:30 AM. The parking area was full, so I had to park a bit far and walk in. This was my first time here. The place was ridiculously packed. Inside there were like 30+ Mexican women doing laundry in this tiny laundromat. There was even a Hispanic lady that greeted me when I walked in, but she barely spoke English. All the signs? All in Spanish, of course. After I looked around, I saw they had many extremely tiny $3.50 washing machines (many unsurprisingly weren't being used). They had some $6.50 average sized washing machines (all were being used), and two giant $7.50 washing machines (both were being used). There were several other washing machines out of order. So basically, I had nowhere to wash my four big loads of laundry here. I tried talking to the greeter lady to ask her when a good time would be to come back, but she didn't really understand me, so I got frustrated and left.

The place was packed 9am - 11 am Saturday. A sweet lady comes around every 30 min to sweep the floor. There are only two 8 load Super Speed machines ($8.75 a load). Quite a few 6 load super Speed machines ($7.25 a load) and the rest are normal load machines (didn’t see the price). Dryers were 0.25 for 7 minutes. Bathroom is by key only. Only a few chairs set around the place to sit so a lot of people are just standing near the machines and in the way due to lack of seating. The facility WILL take clothing out if you do not move your laundry “in a timely manner”. Watched the sweet sweeping lady stick a sticker on a few machines then take out the clothes the next time she walked around to sweep.

I took my clothes to this laundromat because my washer was broken. My fiancé just upgraded my engagement ring yesterday and I lost it washing clothes. I had a panic attack and was asking everyone if they had seen it. I asked the employee SUZIE to please help me find my ring and I described it to her. She tells me “one moment” and 30 seconds later she appears with my diamond ring. I am so thankful for this lady working here. Honest and trustworthy. Put into the wrong hands and someone would have been cashing out on it at the pawn shop. I was in tears. I thanked her a dozen times. Thank you again SUZIE. This is definitely my number one choice laundromat for washing clothes.

I an taking away two stars...I was sitting there peacefully reading and the woman just walks up, sits next to me picks a random movie and turns it at full volume. This is on Feb 26th, 8am. Yeah. It would have been nice if she had asked me, or anyone...as I was the only one on that side of the room. They play movies from Netflix and stuff!! It's nice and clean. The washers are of a cheaper price, and the lady is very nice. Not the greatest area, true, but get inside the place and its really nice in there. Plenty of places to sit. And three televisions where you can watch Netflix, hulu, Amazon tv... anything you want

I came to this laundromat today April 2, 2021 to do my comforters. Since they don’t fit in my machines at home. The place is extremely clean, and the employee, Radha was extremely nice, friendly and professional. Snacks and drinks avail at a reasonable price. I greatly appreciate the service she had provided, and even went above and beyond to help me fold my fitted sheets. My experience has been the best ever. I’m getting a bigger washer and dryer at home, so I may not need to use this laundromat again, but I do I’ll definitely come back to this one, thanks to Radha! Thank you so much. Just moved here to Vegas and our washer and dryer aren’t available for use. I took my sons here with me to do our laundry and man was I blown away!! Radha was AMAZING! She was so helpful and just the best. I’ll be returning soon to do a few loads and now I know exactly what to do and what machine will be best because of her. The place was so clean and she was definitely wiping down everything after anyone used it. This was the first laundromat I’ve been too where I didn’t need to worry about my clothes smelling like the previous users! 10 stars!

They run a tight ship here and for that I’m thankful! The laundromat is clean and tidy with plenty of washers and dryers. There weren’t too many out of service but they were labeled. I was able to dry 3 full loads, in two dryers, in 20ish minutes. Two dryers and that time only cost $2. The employee on duty was super nice and was really helpful when people walked in with their bags of laundry. She also kept the floor really clean. They advertised free wifi and had vending machines. It is in a sketchy part of town but the laundromat is good!

Very clean facility with some of the most amazing staff! I was there the other day and was greeted by Ms Susie who helped me to find an available machine since the laundromat is very busy on weekends. I have gone during the week and usually machines are easy to find. Ms Susie is always so incredibly helpful with a beautiful smile. These ladies are constantly busy helping customers with whatever requests they have about the machines and dryers. I appreciate all the wonderful help from Ms Susie and all your wonderful staff!

I put five stars because I liked the cleanliness of the place and above all the attention of the sra who works here, was attentive when I arrived and explained how the washing machines were handled and helped me change my money, always had a smile and walked all the time I was here working and cleaning what I saw was wrong, it was the first time I came and if I have to go back to a laundry again, gladly I'm back, I hope they continue with their service so I give them five and thank you very much for your service.

This place is very clean, relatively safe & a good place for all your laundry needs. There are wide screen TVs for entertainment (granted, most of what they play is in Spanish language) & there's free WIFI for customers. They need a better repairman because there are always machines marked as out of order. Plus, there's always people begging for money or trying to sell you something coming in the place. I guess there's not much they can do about that. McDonald's is nearby if you get hungry. Good place

CLEAN, reasonable prices and SUPER friendly staff! THIS is my new go to laundromat! When I did my last load, I watched the woman going around the store sweeping clean some lint up at the base of a machine. 15 minutes later, she was sweeping spilled soap crumbs at the same spot! The most memorable thing though was the SINCERE way the woman who offered any help I needed simply said "You're always welcome here" There's less love in RESTAURANTS here in in town. Always welcome? Gonna take you up on that! :)

One of the best laundromats I’ve been to, clean! The machines run great and the dryers don’t seem like they’ll fry my laundry from poor maintenance. Read: dryers are well maintained. Several large load washes from single to triple to six loaders and eight loaders. The workers made sure I didn’t overload the single machine on my first visit which I appreciated since I know they want to keep the machines in top shape. Change machine works well and even the vending machines work well too.

This place was great Radha the woman attendant, was wonderful!! she was so helpful. She kept cleaning everything, wiping it down, helpful with me. My washer dryer broke and I'm waiting for it to come in. So I had no idea how to use the machines. She walked me through which ones to use for all my clothes and showed me how to put the detergent etc in. I'm very grateful for her kindness. It helps when someone is nice, she was the best. The machines worked great and I had no problem.

I just moved here from California. I'm still waiting to move into my house. I needed to do laundry so I found Sudz. Lidia helped me with all of my questions. She was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. Sudz is very clean and I felt very safe there. Thank you Lidia for making me feel like I was doing laundry at a girlfriends house. I enjoyed the conversation we had and I felt like I made my first friend in Vegas. I will definitely come back to Sudz if needed.

I will always recommend this laundromat !! I initially called in to ask a question and was pleasantly surprised when the phone rang only once before being answered. When I arrived the laundromat was spotless. The cleanliness instantly made me feel comfortable washing here. The attendant working, Lydia, helped me tremendously, she was extremely friendly and even offered some helpful tips. The location feels safe and is easily located, I will definitely be back !!

The place was clean and the attendant suzie was very welcoming helpful and kind. I usually hate laundromats but this one is good. Both TVs were on the floors were swept frequently and I was here for 2 hours. House carts were always in the front of the room easy to find. Attendant could be located easily either sweeping or attending to customers behind the counter. I will return more often if this is how the mat is ran. Good clean environment!.

NOT a safe place. There was an individual inside this morning literally threatening to 'kill' people (and not in a joking way), yelling, cursing, opening and slamming down the lids of washers. I informed the manager, who acknowledged the problem but did nothing. (Granted I didn't stick around for very long after the threat to see what happened.) Not saying this to criticize her, though, as she was clearly afraid.

NICE PLACE. SUZY WELCOMED US RIGHT AWAY MADE MY WIFE DAUGHTER AND ME FEEL LIKE FAMILY. WE HAVENT BEEN TO A LAUNDROMAT IN YEARS BUT WE NEEDED TO WASH OUR HEAVY DUTY BLANKETS. THEY WASHED AND DRIED REALLY GOOD. NO TO MENTION GOOD PRICE FOR THE HEAVY DUTY MACHINES. RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE NEEDING TO WASH CLOTHES ETC. Yes they have snacks, change machines and even a TV, they played a movie made Time pass by.

Sudz was busy, but plenty of machines. Lots of large machines 3-8 loaders. Facility is clean and very few machines are out of service. Would like to see a wall chart showing times for wash cycles and dryer times. It would be helpful if a chart for how much detergent to put in the various load capacities for pods, powder and liquid detergents. Thank you for maintaining such a nice facility.

The lady's who run this place are very nice. it's affordable and quick to wash and dry in no time. They have 2 different screens that entertain the kids with cartoons or movies and sports for the adults. I love it here when I do go. I really like the different sizes of machines, from standard to really big, you can get everything done and folded faster so you can go on with your day.

Very nice place with a large number of washers and dryers in various sizes and plenty of carts and places to sit down or fold clothes. The attendant was excellent. She really kept track of things, kept things very clean and made some very helpful recommendations to us. The bathroom was also very clean, which is almost unheard of in a laundromat! We highly recommend this laundromat!

Recently moved to the area again and needed to do laundry for the new home , I googled this place and immediately went to the nearest Landry. I was well greeted when I came in by susy she gave us a tour of the place and best recommendations to wash our items. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs Landry done ! Ask for susy she will make your Landry wait fun !!

This was our first time here. As soon as we walked in, a very kind employee came up to us and helped us select a washing machine and explained to us how to use it. We came in around 9 am on a Tuesday, it was busy. But the employees are very kind. We left at 10:30 am, and it was not as busy at that time. Very clean place. The outside does need to be power washed (the sidewalk).

I've been coming here first time for the last 2-3 months at least twice a month and everytime it's a smooth process.. All of the staff so far are very nice and accommodating, supplies are always available if you don't have your own and most of all the place is VERY clean and relaxing with their big screen and good movies always playing in the background.

The owner, Sergio and both staff members, Ally and Radha were VERY friendly and SUPER helpful! It was my first time ever washing/drying my down comforter and first time at a laundry mat and they went above and beyond to make sure I knew what I was doing and checked in on me. I will definitely be coming back whenever I need large capacity washing/drying!

is clean, but very expensive washers, not enough carts for the clothes be prepared to drag your clothes around if it's a busy day or wait your turn, people constantly bumping into each other. the way is accommodated is not functional need more space and carts, good thing was people that go wash there were very nice and don't mind sharing carts lol.

just went there for the first time today. it was VERY clean, I mean CLEAN. the owners were very nice, and kept up the place very well. every ten minutes or so they were wiping down the machines, mopping, or sweeping. there was a big selection of washing machines AND dryers. some were out of order, but not many. they were so nice and attentive.

I recommend coming to this laundry mat , if you need coins you are able to cash you $ 20's 10s 5s 1s for coins for the same value. $ 6.75 for the biggest washer machine. They have detergent for a $1 of your choice( powder). Feel like the wait will be long, they got a 55inch flat screen tv while you wait which is the best part. Movie playing

This is a wonderful laundry mat . suzi is a great help and wonderful to be around I come here every week to do my laundry just because of suzi ... This place is really great and so convenient.. Its always so clean, fresh and so cool inside. The AC works great! You even get to watch great movies as you wait for you clothes to be finished. Very clean. Every time I've been in early in the morning someone is cleaning the drier and the floors. Loads take anywhere from 27 minutes to 35 minutes to wash. They have 4 different size washers to accommodate small loads (2 baskets) at $2.25 all the way up to very large loads(7 baskets) $7.00. Driers are.25 for 7 minutes.

I have been coming to this laundromat from day one since it opened, for me is convenient clean and the staff is very helpful, SUSIE lidia y paty and ms cecy are all very nice and always smiling and assisting customers in a polite way, let us all be as they are to us let's be the customer they want to serve THANKS GIRLS!!

It's what you'd expect a typical laundromat to be. It's a bit busy so if you have a lot of items and are not afraid to drop some money, hit the 8 loaders for $7.50. Assuming during the week it'd be less busy. It's legit. It's clean. Folks are seemingly chill. There's vending machines and a lady here to help if need be.

they discriminate against religion. they need to be sued. yes, if a place is discriminating, i leave a 1 star, and if other places are bad, then i will leave a 1 star for them, too. don't get mad because someone called you out on it religion is not solicitation. your can't buy your way into heaven.

Very clean, and the owner is very nice. There are 2 8-load washers, 4 6-loads, 6 4-loads, and a bunch of triple loads, so capacity isn't a problem. There's no extractor, but I don't think you need one. The Speed Queens do a great job of spinning most of the water out. Great place to do laundry!

I'm from out of state just visitting and I came accross this laundromat and was super satisfied!!! Very clean in all aspects. The lady that was doing her shift on the day I went was super friendly and nice!!! I believe her name was Susan or Suzi? But she was just super awesome and helpfull!!!

Hand washed large down sleeping bag at home but took it to Sudz for spin dry and then finish in dryer. Suzie was a GREAT help. Amazing lady, she was everywhere helping all the people. Laundry is clean, lots of machines. I will come back here next week when I clean the 2nd sleeping bag.

The environment is very clean. The large capacity washers are a bit pricey (about 20% higher than reasonable). Dollar changing machines apparently do not like clean crisp bills as I had to crumple my money to get the machine to accept. Overall, one of the better laundromats in Vegas.

Very clean. Great lighting. Restrooms are clean. Entertainment provided while you wait for your loads to wash. Susie is very helpful and friendly she is always on the move cleaning and seeing if anyone needs any help. She makes you feel like your at home. Not afraid to talk to you.

I LOVE IT HERE, SUSI ALWAYS MAKES IT EASIER WITH MOVIES for my kids to watch, its also a very clean So clean that its no big deal if i drop a shirt or two on the floor. Its welcoming,and out of all my options to go wash I pick here exspeacially cuz they have 3 sizes of large loads.

Clean and inexpensive machines, there's plenty of baskets so you can take the wet clothes out w/o dropping in the floor. But even if you did the floor looks pretty clean. They use quarters and have a change machine on site. There's also an employee who's pretty nice. Recommend.

The bathroom was very very very clean it was excellent and they keep the washing machines clean the inside of the detergent part they keep all of that inside of that clean the floors are clean the trash is that everything is immaculate in there they get a 10 star if they had it

Normally I would give 5 stars here, but today this lady is very rude. Looking at us mean, taking the basket we are using right out of our hands, and spraying disinfectant directly on us. It's making us feel very uncomfortable. Probably won't come back now. It's a shame.

Came to this laundromat on Wednesday for the first time and I was very pleased with the service. Cecilia was super helpful and overall just so kind. It’s a very clean laundromat compared to others I’ve been too and is also inexpensive . Will definitely be coming back!

Susie was an amazing help! This place is super clean and whenever we needed help Susie was right there to help. We went there to wash some comforters and was very impressed with the service. We will definitely be using Sudz for laundry in the future.

Nice clean laundrymat. Lots of sizes of washers and dryers, vending machines, benches, folding counters, and baskets. They have two TVs always playing new family friendly netflix movies, and free wifi! The staff are super nice too. Best laundrymat.

I used this laundry twice while staying in the Vegas. It’s clean, has a variety of machines and I like that fact it is attended. Both attendants were friendly and helpful. I did not get the first woman’s name but Cecilia was there the second time.

Horrible place! Will never come here again. They say they are open til 10p but they closed at 9:30p and told us to leave before we could even dry our clothes completely. We paid to have our clothes dried but they were soaking wet!

Great laundromat. Very clean and professional staff. Just wish they wouldn't smoke in front of the door since some people have their young children with them. Decent WiFi and clean bathrooms. Cheap washers as well-$1.75 and up.

Very clean. Staff attentive and friendly. Plenty of machines and baskets to use. And they were playing a kid movie which kept my little one amused the entire time we were there. Thanks to the guy working there...appreciate ya!

I had to wash a large piece of bedding. Nice and clean place. Staff always on hand keeping this place nice and neat. This place has a coin machine to convert bills to coins and can purchased all the chemicals to do laundry.

Seemed ok to me. Plenty of washers of different sizes, and plenty of dryers. But there was no attendant, and the restroom was locked, and there was no way to figger out the wifi password

Extremely rude employees. Dirty establishment. Signs everywhere are very curt, no tact. Prices keep going up and the length of time in the machines keep getting shorter. Stay away.

Can't take the cart to the parking lot to unload clothes makes doing laundry especially difficult. Ruined the experience for me as I'm dropping underwear all over the floor.

Awesome!!! Sudz Laundry is a clean, safe, and well maintained place. The attendant is always busy cleaning and is very friendly. I definitely would recommend this place.

What a great experience at the laundromat, the place was clean, staff was friendly . I was in and out within an hour and half for 6 loads of laundry.
