Edit: I got the ‘best’ wash for $16. I think this is a great value because $16 will only get you the most basic car wash in Utah where I’m from. I recently moved to an apartment and totally put off washing my car. I always hand washed/detailed it and I was dreading the “swirlies” I was going to inevitably get at a drive-thru wash, plus in my experience they never get the bugs off (which my car was covered in, 4 months old and baked in the sun from the roadtrip here.) I was really surprised to find that not only is it touchless, it actually got ALL the bugs off my car which was crazy. No soap residue, no scratches, no water/dirt spots. By far the best carwash experience I’ve ever had. Also! I was stupid and didn’t know how to do it since I’d never been to one like this, and I drove straight through. The guy working was super nice about it, explained it to me and let me go through again. I really appreciate that! I’ll definitely be getting my car washed here from now on. BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD! I came to Austin on a business trip for a few days and my car began to get a little filthy. As I was driving, I noticed a small little car wash with a couple vacuums in the front so I drove in. A young man, whose name I did not get, came out and thoroughly walked me through the packages that they had. I had never met someone so impressionable. This young man was hospitable and showed a genuine desire to help me in any way that he could. Even though they were about to close, this did not hinder in any way his willingness to take care of a customer. I visit many carwashes and most are bigger and flashier than this one but never have I been this impressed with the simple gestures he did that many businesses tend to look over. I only had a couple bucks in my wallet to tip this young man but he was thankful. If I ever find myself in Austin again, this will be my car wash. I strongly encourage anyone who needs a car wash to pay these guys a visit!

Average no touch wash. Perhaps better water pressure than most and it has a very friendly attendant during regular business hours; I don’t know about overnight, but the wash is available 24 hrs. Parts of my car were cleaned well, other parts not so much. But when I don't feel like getting out of my car for a not much better hand wash place, Laserwash on Braker is as good as the next guy. Not great, not bad. Friendly attendant and a free soda or water. Tbh, Austin has a serious car wash problem. I moved from Chicago and there I could get a top-notch, cleaned inside and out with no mistakes in under 20 minutes. No window smudges, no dirt on the car, no dirty wheels. I can't get that in Austin if I left my car at the wash all day. They just don't care here and only want your money. I should tell some of the guys back home to come down here and open up shop. They'd clean their clocks and take all their money.

I've been a religious user of this carwash for 21 years now. Not a couple of times a month either, more like at least once a week. I've had one problem during this entire time frame and it happened about 3am after a late night. The machine took my money but no car wash. I called the 800 number located on the building. An old answering machine picked up and I left a msg detailing what had just happened. Then I swiped my card, got my car washed and home I went. I never expected a return call from the msg I left but that is exactly what I received from the owner. He was very apologetic and said he would fix this immediately. He then refunded my card for the wash that I purchased after the cash incident. Thanks again!

Cleaned my truck nicely! After mowing the yard it had grass and dirt on it. Went around lunch time so the guy was there and he offered me a soda or water, and scrubbed my tires and windshield before I proceeded in! I paid for the 'Best' wash that included everything and it did a great job (it states it washes it 3 times), dryer also worked for me. It left a couple streaks but for the price it's great. I don't think the 'Basic' would do much with just 1 wash (which is maybe what the 2-3 star reviews are talking about?) but the top/middle ones aren't much more expensive for you to ensure it's a good wash.. I'll be back!

Absolute best self service car wash in the city… I started coming here when I lived across the street in the domain and I now drive both of my cars here once a week from Leander just because there’s nothing that compares. One of my cars has a custom satin finish paint job from Mercedes and you have to “hand wash” or use a brushless car wash for and this laser wash does the trick… just slap some tire shine on and you’re ready to roll. PS - there’s usually 1 of 2 guys tending the car wash and the customer service is amazing. Can’t recommend enough. Pics are literally after the car wash and driving to my office. A++

My car is white, and I travel a lot on high speed roads, so I went, fully expecting that the bugs won't be removed. What I did not expect is that after the wash, I would see a zero difference. There was no attendant or free drinks for me to influence this review. Needless to say, the exterior car wash deserves a zero stars. The picture of the blue rag shows a couple of wipes on my car after the $15 wash. I've had cheaper, more primitive car washes at gas stations do a better job. In one of the pictures, you can see that even my driver side windows have spots, so the "Spot Free" wash are a total WASTE OF WATER.

Edit: I got a message from owner, he sounded like he genuinely wanted to make things right. I’m assuming somebody vacuumed something gross just before my daughter vacuumed my car that day that my car was left with a horrible funk smell. I went back, used the same vacuum and there wasn’t any foul smell. Also, the manager(possibly owner) and the young man working were incredibly nice. My only complaint with this laser wash, and all of them for that matter, is it requires manually towel drying for it to be any kind of finished clean. I recommend bringing your own towels or paper towels.

I was in line to buy a car wash, asked for the $8 Basic Wash, and the guy helping me asked why I was getting that one. He informed me that it was probably going to rain in the next 6 hours, and said he would be happy to sell me a car wash, but did want me to know it would probably be messed up by the end of the day. I just thought it was so considerate of him to do something that would help me out at the sacrifice of him making a buck. I will definitely be back AFTER the rain. He even offered me a bottle of water for the road! What great customer service!

The vacuum was the strongest I have ever used - it was awesome!!! I prefer the laser (touchless) wash because it doesn't beat your vehicle to death - The laser did a good job, but it has never gotten all the dirt removed & you can see that when you are drying it. The attendant was so friendly & personable & offered a free coke or bottled water. He used a brush to pre wash my windshield & I believe my tires which I am so grateful for. The windshield had a lot of bug splatters, so with the prewash, they were all removed during the actual wash.

This place is real hit or miss, and it largely depends on who's working that day. The touchless wash is as good as any but isn't going to REALLY clean the car....none of those will. But what sets this place apart is the attendant who will clean your wheels and windshield before entering. There's also an option that comes with a drink, which is neat. Today I stopped by and watched the attendant quickly run into the office and he simply refused to come back out. Again, sometimes great, sometimes awful.

“The best” did a good job of cleaning my car! Steep at $15 so I won’t be going back. The vacuums don’t last long staying on and they were $2 or $2.5 for a few minutes and breaking a sweat vacuuming quickly as possible. It did the job but makes me not want to go back I don’t want to spend $20 every week to wash and barely vacuum my car that’d be $80 a month. Much better to get a subscription at the other places if you do it every week or more, but be careful because you may forget you have it.

I did the "Best" option and honestly regret it. I came because I thought I'd reduce the chances of getting my car scratched compared with going to a typical car wash, but instead I got paint chipped off. The wash itself was fine, although there was still dirt in some areas (nothing is better than handwash), so I'd say if you decide to come here you'll still need to handwash some areas that the laserwash can't clean. I personally will not be returning and will find handwashing services.

So if you arrive during 10am through 3pm you will be able to be greeted by an employee who will wash your rims and tires for free, offer a free sofa or water, and assist you with the way you need. I do not know if the way offered the service through the weekend. My wash today was on a Thursday. It is a touchless wash with no brushes and does a damn good job of cleaning. The waxes and polishes used keep your ride clean for weeks, even with rainy days you keep a decently clean car.

I need to revise tis bad review. I called the #, Zachary was there & answered, so I drove the distance, and got an excellent car wash, free soda, windshield & wheel scrub. Glad this place is okay, because the other LazRWashes it town Ive used fall far short! :: Is this place still open?YES Broken?NO went twice this month, and no one there(Mons, sometimes Tues), wont take my credit card (finicky reader...). It sure was nice. The nicest in town, 8 mi. drive for me...

Their vacuums are very strong and have a good length so that you can reach your entire car. The time on them is 4 mins, for a $1 (quarters only), I had to pay it twice but my car was pretty dirty. The car wash attendant was kind and offered me a soda or water, the wash wasn’t too long and I chose the highest package. My car hadn’t been washed for a long time but it still came out looking fairly spotless, if it wasn’t so old it would have looked perfect.

Okay so this is a great, quick wash. They have a friendly attendant that helps by selecting the wash for you and then offering a beverage. They also will clean wheels and windows before you go in if they have time. It’s not a detail - but for what it is, they have me coming back time and time again. I have a lot of cars and this place help me save money on having them all detailed or paying a mobile service to wash them.

Not as good for the price. My car got covered with rust from ceiling pipes above my car in a semi covered parking mixed with rain water. I took the wash and it wasn't able to clean it out. I had to then use meguiars waterless wash and that effectively cleaned my car leaving absolutely no spots. Attached post wash pics from laser wash. Plus dryer is not included in the first two washes in the menu. So, it's not worth it.

Even though this is a 24 hour car wash you need to have the attendent sign for the card to get a free wash. I usually get mine done early sunday morning when there is no attendent for car events. Overall wash is fairly good. If my car was too dirty I do need to run through agian. But that happens minimaly. I do wish there was a monthly subscription for this wash they would have all 3 of my cars subscribed.

Complete waste of money. The cheapest car wash is $9. It literally sprayed my car with water and didn’t even blow it dry after. Whole process took less then 60 seconds. Then to vacuum your car you have to pay an additional $2 for only 6 min. Waste of money all the way around. All I wanted to do was vacuum my car out. Paid for the wash Bc I thought it was required to get the vacuum usage. Never again.

Bro... they gave me a drink while I waited for them to scrub my wheels before I went through the otherwise touchless wash. If you can get around the quirky entrance and exit, and the fact this place had been around for 100 years then it's all good. Lots of options for level of wash. That's all I have to say, and YES my car was clean after... well, better than most. #ianofaustin approved

The attendant is amazing and the free beverage offering is sweet. Unfortunately, the car wash SUCKS! Wish I could give the attendant 5 stars separately. If you want a clean car, go elsewhere. I will admit, it's right by my office so super easy. I've tried it 4 times and always feel like I've been ripped off. Complete waste of $11 every time. Lesson finally learned!

Great laserwash. Make sure to get the card and every 10th wash is free! I like that they have an attendant that scrubs your rims and windows. My only complaint is I wish the air dry lasted a little bit longer because it never blows dry my entire car and I have a coupe. The free water is a bonus too. I never go anywhere else.

I purchased the $13 wash. Lasted for about 2mins. The car had spots that were completely missed. I ended up wiping those areas down myself. I guess drying is not included with this wash. I mean I can see basic, maybe. But I felt as though the car being dried should have been included with this one. (Personal opinion)

The attendant I felt with asked if I wanted a drink and (as I bought the $12) my winshield and rear window was washed along with the rims. Also I have seen in some carwashes they have issues with keeping up maintenance in the wash bays. These unites always work and the landscape is clean! no trash laying around.

Owner is fantastic to work with. Had a issue one evening with the car wash. Called the number listed on the side of car wash and was impressed with the customer service he provided. The wash is good as well. If a attendant is there you will get a drink, wheels cleaned and quick window prewash.

Steep price for a quick rinse for my car. However, to give them the benefit of the doubt, I did go at a time late in the night, and can't comment on the customer service. Will most likely not be returning to spend $11 for a 2 minute "wash" that doesn't even include the air drying or vacuums.

I wash my car every 3 days, so it’s at most dusty. This automatic car wash failed to get anything from my windows down..the entire sides of the car were left dirty. I usually use Mister Car Wash, the same price wash, and it does an excellent job. I do not recommend this automatic car wash.

Car wash was not functional. I was charged on my credit card and the machine didn't work. Moved to the other wash rack paid cash and that also didn't function. Paid 26 dollars and no wash. Management reached out and was great about addressing and correcting the issues. Thanks Pat!

I've gone here pretty consistently for the last 4 years and it's definitely my go-to place. It's touchless wash and you have the option to spend a couple extra bucks for the dryer and some other features. They also have a few vacuums so you don't usually have to wait for one.

I love the convenience and touchless wash feature but I’ve found that myself and my partner are getting slightly annoyed by being bothered by the attendants. Like the purpose of a self car wash is that we get to use the amenities by ourselves in peace. Can we go back to that?

In the past I was very pleased with the car wash. On Friday, February 21, 2020 I requested the best level of carwash available. Sadly, my car was still quite dirty as shown in the photos. I fail to see the point of paying to go to a carwash and leaving with a dirty car..

Best location in ATX. One Saturday is was a day after we had a-lot of rain. The line was long for hours. I left and came back. It was still long.... The owner was passing out cokes and waters and checking on everyone in the line. Good Customer Service goes a long way...!

The wash itself is a pretty standard touch free but the owner is great and comes out to give your wheels a cleaning before, offer you water or a soda and gently mop off the worst of your windows. If you need a quick wash and are in the area this is the one to go to!

One of the best touchless car washes I've encountered. They hand wash the windows and wheels. The wash cleaned off Weeks of grime from our car after driving from Maryland. I wish this car wash was in my town in Maryland. Highly recommend it to you local drivers!

Everyone that worked there was nice, but I paid two dollars more than my usual place for a wash that did not dry my car at all (potentially broken? Idk), didn't remove any of the bird poo and also makes you pay to vacuum out your car. Feel very ripped off.

This place is awesome. Does a fantastic job washing your car and it's totally brushless. I have always hated running my car through those scratchy brush systems, this just shoots suds and high pressure water to wash your car and does a fantastic job.

It's a true touchless wash, so one of the few places I can go through with my car rack. During business hours there's an attendant to give you a coke or water bottle and give a quick scrub to your wheels. The vacuums are extra but work great.

I have a black vehicle.. which is hard to keep clean. The products used in this wash, are amazing. I've battled finding a good car wash VS hand wash for a while in Austin.. i have 0 complaints here. If there's a wait.. it is worth it. 100%.

Touchless wash experience is superb. I would have given a 5 but the touchless wash doesn't actually get all the dirt off the car. So saves the paint but I would only advise if you give the car a good hand wash every month or two

Touch less and painless car wash. Reasonable prices. If the attendant is on duty, they’ll give you a complimentary coke or a water while you wait. Not many car washes it seems in Austin, happy to give this place my business.

The gentleman who runs Laserwash is the best in the biz. He was so helpful and kind this afternoon when I got my car washed. This hidden gem is an excellent choice when you need a great wash for a great price in a hurry!

My car was pretty gross from tree sap and bird droppings and those things are hard to get off, but this car wash cost $11 and did not do the trick. It is just spraying, and you need to pay $15 to get your car air dried.

I’ve been here 3-4 times. They don’t do interior but for exterior, they scrub your wheels & windshield. Ive has the same guy each time.. so polite. Punch card for free 10th car wash Free soda each time! Very convenient

Very friendly attendant. The vacuums actually work! You are offered a free drink. The attendant does a great job cleaning the wheels. This place is always kept clean. I will continue to be a repeat customer for sure!

My absolute favorite car wash. Be sure to get a punch card!! They give you a drink for free with your wash and have vacuums around the front. You do have to pay for them but they run for a decent amount of time. :)

So much better than I was expecting! The attendant here was super friendly and helpful! On the “best” ($13) and “deluxe” ($12) wash choice you get your wheels done by hand. They will even offer you a water or soda.

I come here often and mostly love it, but I really don't like when the person on duty pretends not to see me in my car and therefore I don't get my windows/tires pre-cleaned nor my 'frequent flyer' card stamped.

Only place I can take my Matte painted car. Wax is a huge no no and brushes can scratch a car so this place is perfect for my car. The attendant even offered customers a drink. Who does that? Special Car Wash!

Little car wash that has a guy who will pre-scrub your wheels. (Didn't do such a good job), but they were pretty dirty. I tipped him ahead of time. Basic car wash was like $11 plus the $5 tip, I gave him.

Fantastic wash every time. Even though this place is more than 10 miles I only prefer to go them for my Mustang wash . Scott and Ervin are great guys. Both courteous and friendly.

Did an ok job of washing off the car, but the basic package doesn't include blow drying the car which seems a bit silly. Most car washes include it, no idea why this one doesn't.

This used to be a really good car wash, now the trash by the vacuums are over flowing and some of the vacuums don't work. They aren't taking good care of this place anymore.

This is my go to car wash in my area. They give you a free drink when an attendant is on duty and the vacuums work. It conveniently shares a parking lot with a 7-11 as well.

Paid for triple foam and didn't get it. Also the blowers didn't turn on so I left soaking. The car in front of us had no issues. Never happened before.

The guy who runs this is so nice and goes above & beyond in getting cars clean and taking care of everyone. Tesla Model 3 comes out great every time.
