Day staff are wonderful, but there is a gentleman (I think the owner?) Who sits in the establishment drinking beer until everyone has left in the evening. I overheard him saying it's because of "crack heads" being let in after close. . But I'm more uncomfortable with drunk men ‍♀️. I saw him piss on the church across the street (because they don't have an open bathroom) and he neglected to wash his hands when he returned. It never used to be like this in the evening. All I've ever seen "crack heads" do here is wash their clothes or use the sink. At most they charge their phones or take a nap. This man is drinking, talking about crackheads, and playing music and videos out loud from his phone. This latest development is deeply upsetting to my laundry routine. Would rate higher otherwise. I sat on this review for a while and have even opted to hand wash some things to avoid contact in hopes this would resolve itself. But the behavior has continued for many months.

Staff is friendly and they ensure the place is cleaned frequently. Tuesdays they do not have staff on site so the place gets pretty dirty and attracts a lot of interesting characters. I’d avoid doing laundry on Tuesdays. The price has gone up for the washing machines quite a bit since I first started going there.

UPDATE: under new management, no longer manned during all business hours. Coin machine not always stocked. Haven’t tried the new dry cleaning or wash&fold service. Previously: Clean, friendly, never too crowded, no issues with dry cleaning. Handy to run errands or have a snack nearby while you wait.

I have been going to this place for 4 years. It is run by the nicest couple, who often have their mom and dad in. I seriously doubt the review below. They are extremely hard working and go out of their way to help anyone. My clothes come out clean and smelling fresh.

The best laundromat around. Been using this place for its wash and fold services for years. I go past two other gross laundromats to go to this one. Its clean and respectable. Good Pricing. The staff are particularly good here.

Safe and convenient laundromat in Bloorcourt neighbourhood! Staff and owners are friendly. It tends to get busy on the weekends but even so I've been able to use a washer. Prices for wash and dry are on par for DT Toronto.

Nice owners, machines work great and easy to leave for a snack or errands to run nearby. Also not sketchy like some of the other laundromats nearby.
