I am not one to ever get out of character as I have grown into a business myself. Out of the entire year that I have been going there I have never had any issues till tonight. It was the very first time I have ever met Steve. I was always greeted by the same ladies that usually run the night shifts as they are very good people. Steve on the other hand, was very rude in character before even approaching him. I am not sure if he was already mad or he was mad thinking I had made a mess over the machines. They were already with detergent on top before I started washing. I still managed to clean some up for him after switching some towels around. I have not been able to wear glasses for the past 2 years. This being said the signs I guess said no comforters, etc. He started cleaning the machines while opening up every machine on that line which was mine and putting his hands in them. He got to my son's blankets and swept his hand through it. He did not say anything about the no comforters till I spoke up about him putting his hands into the clothes. This is more than invasion of privacy as there could have been lingerie in the washers. I apologized as i know for next time not to put blankets in the washers. It was the first time I bumped heads with anyone there or in general as I come from a professional background. He started talking about the constitution and how he has the right to put his hands into the machines to check the clothes. He did mention that it was in the right of stores policy if the machine gets broken. The machine was not broken as it had 5 minutes left on it. No water leaks nor noises coming from the machine. He stopped the machine and had me remove the blankets where I was not refunded for the time he was taking off the machines when putting his hands in. Invasion of privacy really is something

I've been coming here to do my laundry for a while now mainly because I wait way too long to wash n end up having about 6, sometimes 7 huge overly stuffed laundry bags full of dirty laundry n they have those XL washers n dryers that make it 10x quicker n convenient for myself. They also have multiple different size washer machines for all sizes of loads. But what I also like about this place is that they are 24 hours which is perfect for someone like me that doesn't really have a sleep schedule. Also their machines do take quarters as well as able to purchase quarters from them. But you can also download an app n control machine that way which I think is dope cus most places it's either/or, not both. They also have vending machines for laundry supply such as OxiClean, powder detergent n fabric softener dryer sheets, stain remover/color brightening n a plastic laundry bag all for $1 n you can also purchase bigger items n a reusable laundry bag at their counter. They also have food/drink vending machines, tons of laundry carts, tshirt folding gadget that they will let you borrow, they offer free wifi (just get the code from the counter), they have a phone charging station for a small charge n they even offer service to do your laundry n I think they offer delivery service too. They have a restroom that isn't used by bums to get high in n is always available. I've never had to worry about anyone taking any of my laundry or belongings here while stepping out for a smoke. Overall great environment n definitely the cleanest laundromat Ive been to. It's a pleasure doing my laundry here as pleasant to be expected for having to do laundry lol

OMG! The Laundry Basket definitely has my seal of approval. My husband and I needed to have our bedding washed and since both of us were having trouble sleeping tonight (2/26) so we decided to take everything to the laundromat. 1st we actually went to the one on 15th ave.and Indianschool and once we pulled in you could see inside the place and people we up along the Windows sleeping on the floor and the trash scattered throughout the place. But we said it's not so bad we can't get our laundry done. So we unloaded everything and as I was starting to load the machines my husband went to get change from the machine and returned very quickly to let me know the machines we out and we had to leave to go get quarters so we loaded the car back up and went to QT as we headed to QT we discussed the idea of going to a different laundry place. So thanks for Google we found the Laundry Basket and Ashley was Fantastic she helped us out tremendously and the place was so clean and NO one was sleeping on the floor and it smelled like laundry soap like a laundromat should . She is definitely the person that needs to be there keep all the riff raff away and keeping the place clean . And not to mention the prices are so reasonable even for the super big ones. Recommend the Laundry Basket and Ashley keep up the good work and hopefully the owners are taking care of you so that you will want to continue to work there and we will see you again one day! Ashley (I believe) the Employee of The Month, does a great job. She was polite with a few small request I had. She was paying attention to the cleanliness inside and outside of the facility and it shows. This isn't nicest part of Phoenix necessarily. I could see many people littering outside even though they have trash cans right out front of the main doors. So I can imagine there's a lot to try to keep up with here. They're doing a pretty good job and I greatly appreciate that they actually clean and scrub the area at the top of the machines where you add the soap! Some people have severe allergies to regular detergents which have a lot of toxic chemicals in them IE formaldehydes etc. So if you're someone that needs to use a special type of detergent like hypoallergenic for example, this is a good place to go. You can tell the people here are not slacking on their job. I really appreciate them doing a through job. This is why this place has such a high rating, even though this is a bit of a.rough neighborhood. Not saying I felt sketched out being here. The have cameras outside even. Just saying some people are more apathetic about some things unfortunately given the environment. Not here, they still care. Kudos. Hope management takes care of the good employees. I've seen other facilities that could have a 5 ⭐ rating but don't, because of poor management. Those places are losing a lot of business, and rightfully so.

This is the second, though certainly not the last time I will be attending this laundromat. Not only is it incredibly clean and well maintained, thanks to one of their Managers, i.e. Miss Ashley, but also, the laundromat itself is a safe place and quite homely. Most patrons are regulars who have been coming here for years. While traveling through, I drove to another laundromat in Phoenix which left me deeply disappointed with no attendant to look after the facility or to attend any patron questions. I then returned to the Laundry Basket and was most warmly welcomed by Miss Ashley. I cannot possibly sing sufficient praises about Miss Ashley. She genuinely cares about the facility and about her patrons. I highly and deeply recommend this facility and would love to visit again! A huge THANK YOU to Miss Ashley for looking after our safety in volatile Phoenix as well as for keeping the facility clean. Prices are also fair and I would I return any day! I wish more laundromats followed and adhered to the Laundry Basket’s high standards of customer service and cleanliness. Two thumbs up !

Randomly popped by to do some king size linens and blankets and meet for an offer up exchange bc was nearby seller and bright, safe public place that happens to also be open (24hrs too). I can't tell you all what a crazy awesome little spot this is. Fairly busy, but plenty of available machines, surprisingly clean and no joke the most random mix of friendly kind people. The most bizarre thing was I put a ten in the machine and left to wait for my offer up seller. Was outside for probably ten mins and the owner Steve handed me a $5. He said the customers said I left it in the machine and he went to try and find me to return my money. (The machines distribute quarters in $5 increments evidently) I'm am not kidding this actually just happened to me. I'm so blown away. This owner takes such great pride in his establishment and all customers knew each other's names and giving gratings like we were living in the Midwest in the early 90s. I almost feel like I'm being pranked, but honestly I'm impressed places and people like this still exist. Highly recommend everything about this establishment!!!

I don't normally write reviews but this really upset me. i have been coming here for a long time. I'm quietly do my laundry and like to people watch. well tonight was busy like it always is and they have hired a new girl i didn't get her name but she was working hard she was doing her folding and then she cleaned even with all the people she tried mopping the floors. Stephanie was in doing her own laundry and helping her out I felt considering all the people the place was pretty clean. Well this is what upset me Ashley comes in and barks at Stephanie that tops weren't done (unsure what that means) and Stephanie told her that she herself did less the hour ago. Ashley just continues to be rude to Stephanie and then goes over to another customer and talks S**t about her which i feel is very unprofessional. Stephanie was not on duty yet she was helping and the new girl was doing great . Like I said I've been coming here awhile and the only thing I see Ashley ever do is gossip and out in car smoking pot. How she has so many reviews idk they must not watch people they way i do.

I began going to this laundromat because it is open 24 hours. I soon realized they had a gem of an employee in Ashley. She is amazing, greets everyone, helps everybody even when shes clearly got a lot on her plate. She takes the time to get to know people and this is what keeps people coming back. We feel safe knowing she makes sure the wrong element is hanging around and harassing those of us doing laundry. We know if Ashley is working we will get great service. With all this said I gave 4 stars because of another employee. I don't know her name, but was told by another customer that she is the owners daughter. Well she is extremely unpleasant, she never smiles, always has a disgusted look on her face, ignores you if ask for any type of help. She's very rude when she's mopping as well. She does not say excuse me and will give you a dirty look expecting you to move. So unprofessional. Quite frankly if I see her when I need to do laundry and Ashley isn't working, I will just go elsewhere. It's not worth the hassle.

This is the best laundry facility I have ever been to . They are always working to keep it clean and that’s difficult when you have a ton of people doing their laundry at the same time, and they do it well. Ashley is such a hard worker she’s always ready to help everyone out if they need help . She’s always right there if you need anything from behind the locked security door . I mean it when I say they run a tight ship. If there is someone there that shouldn’t be there like people bothering the paying customers, Ashley isn’t afraid of running them off . I’m so glad she does that because I wouldn’t feel safe doing my laundry there if she didn’t do that. She’s an amazing worker and if I had a business I would want my employees to have her work ethics. I just wanted to let you all know what a great place you have there because you have good employees and because they all do there job the way they should and I appreciate hard work. I've been going here for quite some time because it is cheap and close to home and open 24/7. It's never been clean (i see the employees clean regularly, and yet i can't tell you how often I've been tired in the middle of the night and find myself staring down a roach that's meandering across the floor) but they really do their best. Can't really beat 25 cents for 7 minutes on the dryer, or $1.75 for a top loader ($2.25 or $3 for the big washers) Unfortunately over the past few weeks, i have heard employees loudly engaging in "covid is a hoax" discussions with customers, and refusing to wear a mask. I've seen one gentleman who works there wear a mask, but just the one. This is a dangerous practice and has shown no sign of being rectified. I am sad to say that i will have to take my business elsewhere, and i hope that everyone else will do the same, for the sake of their own health and the health of their families.

THE ONLY PLACE I'LL TAKE MY LAUNDRY IN PHOENIX! I stumbled upon this place when I moved to Phoenix last year after discovering my Airbnb did not provide use of a laundry room. I was looking for a delivery service due to time being limited in my work life. I called, set a pick up, and the rest is history. I discovered on my first encounter that Laura was the only one responsible for deliveries at the time, so I decided to start dropping it off instead. The 20 minute drive was always worth it. Laura and the rest of the staff are so kind and helpful. I was able to bring in my own detergents and if needed, they would hang dry garments for me. They work their butts off everyday and I appreciate them greatly for it. They even started helping me get rush deliveries on band laundry at a local venue. I highly recommend this place especially for their great wash and fold service and their prices are incredibly reasonable.

First time using their laundry service. Loved the price as well as how friendly the staff are. My second visit not so well. Paid for same day service and was told i would receive a text to let me know when my laundry was done. No text no call. I called to inquire why no text just to be told it has been ready waiting for pickup. I I received a call from Steve who explained that some cell carriers blocks auto text and this is a courtesy service. I expessed to him that maybe his staff should not tell customers they will receive a text when services are complete because I never received mine. He stated he will place signs up stating text are courtesy and same day has 8 hour window. As service goes....staff great! Clothes even the stains i thought wouldn't come out ...total success! I might return. By far the best 24hr spot.

The attendant that was working tonight, 7/12 @9pm, is the sweetest person ever. Very helpful. When she had a very rude person cussing up a storm she asked her to please watch her language. ThIS KAREN WAS HAVING issues with her dryer and even though she was cussing at the attendant and calling her names she was very professional!!! I manage a team of 15 people and I wish I had some one like her. She was so professional and polite while being cussed at and threatened. I say you are lucky to have her. She also did a great job of always keeping the place clean, and helping everyone. Very friendly. Great job ma'am!!! I hope your boss sees this and gives you the credit you deserve. Great place to go and get your wash done. Always have had a great experience. Very clean and staff is very helpful!!

I've done laundry at this location on the west side of 19th ave north of Camelback a handful of times. Before trying this one I used a place on 15th ave and I dian school NorthEast corner. This particular place I thought was very well kept. Besides the tumbleweed-like dryer sheets rolling around the place occasionally, the workers here upkeep very nicely. Every so often if you're outside smoking, you'll get a someone passing through needing a smoke. I've not had a bad experience thus far with "down on their luck" folks causing a ruckus. Washes are not terribly expensive, and they have the big load machines for anywhere between $3.50 and $5.00 ish give or take. Regular size washes are $1.75 I think? Could be $1.25. And dryers are a quarter. Not a bad atmosphere in my opinion.

I favor this laundry mat the most out of all the laundry mats I have ever visited. Not only are they opened 24 hours, but they also have a drop off service. So if I am short on time that week, I can just leave my laundry to them to clean. I get to pick it up the next day. For a little more money I can pick it up that day. When they do my laundry it comes out looking brand new. However if I am tight on cash I can always save a little money, by doing my own laundry there. They offer a wide array of machines ranging from top loaders to six load side loaders. They keep the place pretty clean, which with as much patrons as the receive, I think is pretty amazing. I recommend this laundry mat to anyone I know that is looking for a good place to wash their clothes.

I cleaned my Mondrian rug in a triple loader. It looked very bad before I washed it but when it was done it looked almost brand new again. I was worried that it would not and then what a huge waist of money that would have been. About the basket itself it was very clean, it was about 10 pm and the lady who worked there was cleaning and making it stay in nice looking unlike so many other mats in the area. The customers were very friendly with one another it almost seemed like a social hour for some of them. Who knew that could be a place to pick up leads and business ops. Very pleased with the laundry basket the people who work there and the customers seem to have pride in this location and respect the property great job.

I am a regular customer at the Laundry Basket. I come in every Thursday overnight. First I have to say the place is always clean and the machines are always in working order and clean. The credit has to go to the great attendants during the over night hours. Millie is GREAT She always greets me with a smile and a "hello" When Linda is there we always talk about music and concerts we have been to. Both are always helpful and attentive. If there is a problem with the machine I am using Both Millie and /or Linda or on top of it right away. Also I feel always safe and secure either with my car in the parking lot or just waiting for my laundry to get done. I have been a regular for over 3 years and would go no place else. :)

Personally, I come here because the staff are awesome!! Keep in mind all the "different type of people" they deal with days and nights!! I have so much respect for the staff that continue to come to work consistently. They are TROOPERS & low key Security, forced PI's, & family to those of us that also return consistently (*as long as we are not adding to the "stressers" of their work schedule). Also, please be more aware of how busy they are as opposed to the lack of conversation or welcoming as stated they are extra busy considering all the rolls they have to play. Thank you. *This is not a place for everyone. It's more the place for the strong willed tight lip few. Hehe. My apologies if I may have offended anyone.

Very busy laundromat but plenty of machines available. Attendants on duty were cleaning the entire time I was there. All machines were in working order, change machines were working, vending machines were stocked and in working order, including laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Much nicer than my apartment building's multiple laundry rooms, and much cooler. $1.25/load to wash, 25¢/7 min cycle to dry. Single load to 6.5 load machines. Wheeled carts and folding tables are available but during peak times are at a premium with a wait time of about 10 minutes. They also offer same day wash & fold service for $1/lb if you don't have time to do your own laundry. Overall a pleasant experience as far as laundry goes.

Sara is awesome, it was my roomie and I first time with a public laundry mat. Our townhouse's washer decided to die midweek with a TON of nasty clothes. She showed use a way to use the machines without using cash and an app. Totally going to be cheaper doing laundry here and you get to chat with other awesome people as you wash. Sara saved us from a smelly week of nasty clothes. Even though we have a washer in our townhouse you cannot get the community like here. She even told me they are 24-hours a day's as a NOC worker that matters. Even after my washer is fixed I'm still coming her, the sense of community is outside, plus the place is clean and monitored. The Attendant Madi is lier and a thief. She wouldn't help me knowing my wallet was stolen. She said she had to get her folding done and didn't have time to help me. That just tells me that she's the one who has my wallet. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone as long as Madi works there. I filed a police report naming her as the culprit. The owners will be advised as soon as they come into work. The police will be visiting sometime today to look at the security footage, even though Madi says it only shows from ones head down to mid torso. Hopefully the security footage isn't tampered with, but I wouldn't put it past her. Either way the truth will come out Madi.

Haven't been to a laundromat in years! But, I just found myself in need of washing about a dozen loads of laundry. Some places⁷ stay open till 10, and it was already getting late... and then I found the laundry basket! What can be better than a 24 hour business really?! It's clean! It's comfortable. Hopefully Millie is there when you visit, she's amwesome! She's very friendly, she helped me figure out which loaders would best suit my needs, which saved me a lot of time. They have single loaders, all the way up to 6-loaders. It's always clean. Plenty of seating. Convenient location. They've even got pickup & delivery! I' recommend it! Thanks Laundry Basket

Tonight was my 3rd time using this facility, and second time coming while the attendant Mina was here. I had to ask her schedule because both times I’ve been here when Mina was working it was an awesome experience. The other lady was nice but kept it a little too warm for my liking. Not only does Mina keep it NICE AND COOL but she is constantly keeping the place clean and tidy. Do not let the area fool you or scare you away! This place is very clean and nice while also loaded with amenities and comfy places to sit! Thank you Mina for making it such a pleasurable experience during my 20 to 30 load wash nights. I look forward to coming back every week!

Great place to wash clothes! Extremely clean, friendly environment! The washers work fantastic as well as the dryers! Cold refreshments to drink and snacks Hands down the best laundry mat experience I've had in years! The staff member Richard was very helpful has outstanding customer service as well as knowledgeable in terms of which washer and dryer to use based on the amount of clothes you have he literally saved me about $10 by advising me on what washer and dryer would be best for the amount of money and clothes I had. I am a lifetime member here now! Would highly recommend this place to everyone!

This place is really convenient, but you gotta time it right, cuz it gets busy at certain times of the day. And on my last visit, we were rushing to get it done cuz we had plans later that evening so we accidentally forgot a load in a washer (we had several loads) and didn't realize it till late that night.. when I called to ask about it, he told me they keep everything that's left there for 7 days and to ask for it when we come back in. I did that but it wasn't there. Apparently someone stole my whole load, which had a few brand new items in it. Guess I'll be paying more attention to which washers I'm using! Lol

This place is the business! The employees are always friendly. They jump over each other to help you and maintain the facility flawlessly. I personally started using this laundromat about three years ago. Then about a year and a half ago I started using their wash and fold service. (Life changing). The laundry Basket delivers a consistent product and that product is the best service in town. I will continue to use the laundry basket on a weekly basis and rave about it for the foreseeable future. From great prices to a clean establishment, Friendly staff to perfect laundry, the Laundry Basket is the bees knees.

It's been decades since I've used a laundromat. This place far surpassed all of my expectations. When walking in my first impression was "Wow"! You walk into a well lit, clean and fresh smelling facility. The attendant was very approachable and friendly. All my questions were answered both factually and professionally. Reflecting back they were probably dumb questions but they treated them as important. I was able to fit all my clothes into their largest washer. Using double precast, double wash and double rinse cost a very reasonable amount of $7. The cost to dry all my clothes was only $2.50 for 30 minutes.

I just can't get enough of this place, they are very clean and helpful. When your done with a washer there is a worker right there cleaning up the washer for the next person. Other than having alot of people there it's the next closest thing to doing laundry at home. The atmosphere is very light and there is plenty of places to sit in comfort waiting for your clothes. There is also a kid's corner to entertain the kiddos while you wash. There is always kid friendly movies on. Sarah is one of the girls who works here and she is awesome! Always on point with whatever you need! Very friendly and professional!

I have been taking my laundry here for their wash and fold service for over two years. Not consistently until this year. It’s very convenient and they fold very neatly. I would give it 5 ⭐️ except for the fact that they don’t seem to separate by color because two of my light colored dresses were ruined. They did offer for me to take them and they would try to clean them and I took one, the white one. It had been turned a light blue color like it was washed with jeans. They did their best but that dress is no longer white. I took my clothes again today but I separated them this time.

This is honestly the best place to come to do your laundry! Everyone who works here is always cleaning and ready to help you. The main lady Kat is the absolute best always ready to help you with a smile no matter how busy she is. I've been using this facility for three years and never once a problem. Unlike most places they don't question you if you say the machine took your quarter or your dollar. Only reason I'm posting this now is because I finally got a place with a washer and dryer, and I just want anyone who isn't fortunate enough to have one to know this is the place to come.

Ashley was so friendly I knew if I should have any questions or need anything at all she would for sure be on top of things for me!! She is really awesome! Place is extremely clean and not horribly crowded at 3am either. Some dryers don't work well it would be helpful if they marked those dryers so didn't have to waste money guessing which ones worked well. Other than that great place to get your clothes cleaned and it's nice change that this place is always clean compared to any other coin laundry's in the area! I have been going for the past 5 years now. Highly recommended!!

The assistant was too busy flirting with anything that was a male to help me when the washer door wouldn't open. Rude attitude of patrons who are close to the employee. On the plus side its a 24-HOUR laundromat. So it's about convience and not about luxurious attention to all your glorious laundering needs. You can buy anything you need to launder your essentials. There for sale supply closet is a good convience. Atmosphere is not too bad. Overall not where I would go unless it's after hours and I'm in need of a fresh outfit for a business meeting or nice brunch date.

So I use this laundrymat almost everyday and I am almost always met with pleasant vibes and good laughs. Machines are most always working and if one isn't they are on it quick to get it back working. Really nice and clean environment. Customer service is amazing from most of the employees. An employee I'd like to point out directly is Anna. She is a worderful attendant, always cheery and very helpful... She pays close attention to her customers and their belongings even when she isn't responsible to look after their things, she goes above and beyond ALWAYS.

This is by far my favorite laundromat I've used. It is very clean, comfortable and laid back. The variety of washer types and how many washers and dryers are offered is wonderful. I am usually in and out and it's completely stress free! All of the employees are wonderful and helpful, especially Sara who definitely goes above and beyond to help her customers and keep the place running smoothly while on shift. If you have any issues, she's your girl and she is quick to find a solution! She's a rockstar and I'm super appreciative of her every visit!

So coming into the establishment today to wash clothes for myself and family. This was a wonderful experience. Ashley was amazing. She was doing everything in there at the busiest time. Her customer service skills, and hard work stood out in a big way. I was doing laundry for 5 people alone and was a messy Ashley went out of her way multiple time with machine issues, as well as user issues. I will definitely recommend, and when l need a laundromat this is my first choice. Ashley Is a Rockstar. Place is we clean as a whistle no complaints.

Every time I go in the attendant (Ashley) always greets me and asks me how am I doing and she always smiles and I never see her slow down and she is always attentive to everyone who is coming and going!! I love going there cos of Ashley and she is always bust and when my washer stopped, she came over to help me! When I leave she goes out of her way to tell everyone bye and see u soon!! She deserves the recognition and raise that she deserves! Love Ashley and if she leaves then I will go somewhere else!! I like a happy environment!

For the most part it's a nice quiet and clean place to do your laundry. They also have a very convenient app you can download and scan and pay to wash or dry, lock box cell phone charger, ATM, change machine, separated folding stations, seating, plenty of carts, free wifi, TV's, a small shop of needed laundry necessities like hangers, laundry bags, softeners, soap, bleach, oxiclean, dryer sheets and fair priced soda and snack vending machines. Plenty of parking, handicap accessibility, and the staff are always accommodating.

This is the spot if you have laundry to do!!! Day, Night or even Weekends you will always find washers/dryers in good working order! The cost to wash/dry and I mean a COMPLETE DRY of towels, comforters as well as jeans is affordable. I have gone to other laundrymats that u have to spend alot on drys and separate a load to have it completely dry.. NOT AT THIS LOCATION!! The drys get hot with is nice when you have little ones that go thru alot of laundry.. All Staff is amazing and friendly. Thank you Lynda, Kat, and New York!!

When I first entered the laundry basket I was quite surprised how clean it was and how the machines worked and how courteous the staff were. One particular person was Carrie. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. She practically did my laundry for me.I wish there were more people out there like Carrie who took pride in their work and Carrie made an unpleasant situation pleasant. I'd recommend your establishment to all my friends and family and I just want to say great job to Carrie and thank you very much..

I was very impressed, I've been to a lot of 24hr. Places to save $$$ but this one was very comfortable. there was a attendant by the name of Millie who was very Friendly & helpful. my children made them self happy on the couch watching movies. I was surprised there was an attendee & it was very clean. No waiting for machines..Great driers,working laundry carts. A good place to sit & watch t.v. Or listen to tunes to keep you awake for those late nights. For those who don't have a vehicle it's convenient to the light rail.

I use their wash and fold services and have never been disappointed. Last visit I had to use their rush order service, my laundry was not only done to top quality but it was completed early. Well under the 3 hr. time frame . The place is clean, the staff is friendly and skilled. I would recommend them to all persons in need of a laundry service. They will even come to your home pick up, wash and fold, and bring back to your home your laundry of any kind done to your preferences. GREAT PLACE AND PEOPLE !!

Aww man! I love this place. I’m a truck driver and come in every three weeks to town. I get 3 days off and do NOT want to spend it washing and folding clothes. So I bring it here and no matter what amount of clothes I bring, they have it ready in less than 24 hours. Ashley is always friendly and so ready to help. I tip my hat to the owner for hiring such hard working, competent, and friendly staff like Ashley. Definitely recommend this place. Oh they. Fold my clothes soooooo perfect. I love it!!

It's never too crowded there. You always get a washer and dryer or two or three. The employees there are very nice. Most every time I go there I don't have to worry about someone stealing my clothes because the people that use this laundromat are nice. I had a nice conversation with an older gentleman and overall they offer TV and music so you don't get bored. They make sure no riffraff gets in in Ruins anything. The price is cheap wash is $1.25 and to dry is a quarter per every 21 minutes.

Many dryers were out of service last night, how ever this place is usually the best and most convenient for me. Priced fairly decent for the services your given as a 24- hour spot. They have baskets and plenty of tables for folding your laundry as well as drycleaning delivery . Honest suggestion is opening up the parking lot or moving into the vacant spot next door that's bigger to continue expanding your business. Thanks so much for everything that's helped make my life easier .

This was our 2nd visit to this laundrymat and the other customers were very kind and friendly. I love the laundry bags they had for sale. Got like 4 of them.There are plenty of dryers and washers and carts. I like this place. Staff is readily available. They even offer laundry pick up and delivery service. Kinda intrigued about this service. Might have to follow up and see how much it would cost. Havent ever paid to have my laundry be taken care of for me. Might be nice. Well see

This place is amazing! I have high expectations as well. Lynda came and picked up our tons of laundry (LOTS), weighed it, and let us pay over the phone. They had it cleaned and folded REMARKABLY well and in tight rectangular bags within 24 hours on my doorstep. My husband even left his wallet in the laundry and they were honest and kept it until we called. They called multiple times to confirm pick up and drop off details with us, and nothing was a hassle. Will be using again!!!

UPDATE!!! I recently made a review of this establishment and while I did have a bad experience I am happy to say that Linda's great customer service skills and management experience has more than made up for this experience. I am extremely happy with the response and will definitely return to my favorite laundry mat thanks for great customer service. This establishment is in a convenient location for me, its clean and the staff friendly. Prices are great and the machines do their job. There is a sign that states ( please do not leave your laundry unattended). pay very close attention to it and your belongings, on my second visit here I had two items of clothing stolen, both were Chicago Cubs Jerseys, one white with the name and number of Sammy Sosa and the other Chicago grey with Chicago on front. What a shame.

I dropped off a brand new suite that I purchased for an out of town wedding. I only had two days to have my suite taken in and returned. Not only did I drop my suite after 8pm but I had a very short time frame to have the suite completed. Ruby and her team are awesome. I received my suite back in time and it fit perfectly. I was amazed with the quality of the work. They definitely got me out of a bind. I will absolutely return for any tailoring needs that I have.

Awesome as always, this 24hr location is clean and well lit. It's on a main road, so you can't get lost. The staff are helpful and clean both inside and outside. There's an ATM and a cash-to-coin machine, which is helpful when you don't want to use the card systems that are popular. (I don't like the newer systems because there's always fees and you can never use the full amount on the card) I go when it's not busy, so I don't feel overwhelmed or overstimulated.

I use their wash and fold service. I am a super-busy massage therapist and don't have time to do laundry. These folks take good care of my linens and blankets! They even gave me a canvas bag to use for my sheets. Customer service is always outstanding! My laundry is usually done well-before I expect it. When I injured my shoulder, they would help me out to my car when I came to pick up my laundry. Many thanks to Sara, Kat and Linda for all their help!

Wow! This place was awesome especially considering location and the 24 hour availability. The man on staff was so helpful and courteous. The establishment was clean, and the machines well kept. Anything required for a load was accessible and the prices were decent. There is a kid station of you have to bring your kiddos and there is a movie playing for them all day. I'm still semi-new to the laundromat thing, but I enjoyed my experience.

The machines are fine and the staff is nice. Ive been coming here for a couple months. But the in recent visits I have been approached 3 times by creeps that are hanging outside the building. 2 of them asked if I wanted to buy some random products they had stuffed in a backpack. And the 3rd guy asked me for money. After I told him I didn't have any he offered to carry my laundry basket in return for a dollar. I'm done with this place

I love going to this place. Very friendly and helpful. They even do drop-offs for same day pick-up or next day pick-up services I like that their machines are clean and so are their floors. It's definitely a diamond in the rough. Stay aware of your surroundings. Every so often, there are questionable people, but most just keep to themselves. Late at night is the best time to get in here since it gets really busy during the day.

I love their washers!! I feel like my stuff gets super clean!!! and that is 24 hours so I don’t have to do laundry at the hottest time of the day!!! In the summer I like to go at 2-3am just so it’s cooler when I’m waiting for my laundry. They have air conditioning but with all the dryers and people and the doors constantly opening and it’s 120 outside, no building can stay cool. So late night laundry is great for me!!!!

I came into this laundromat for the first time few days ago and had a good experience. I usually have issues when washing late, however, this particular time was not the case. The laundromat was clean, they had good music, and the machines I used worked well. The attendant, Richard, was very helpful and answered my questions. I am very pleased with my visit and look forward to washing there again. Keep up the great work!

I actually like this laundromat the best, it's always clean well-lit oh, they usually have pretty decent music playing in the staff is amazingly friendly. There is a small amount of homelessness nearby so occasionally somebody comes in and asks for cigarettes but the staff is usually quick to ask them to leave. Definitely seems that the prices are appropriate, it's cheaper than the laundry Center in my apartment complex

I love this place because it's a great place to wash your clothes and other things. It has great and very friendly service. The prices are pretty good and the overall setting is mostly comfortable but not very clean. The bathroom is much better but in places like the kids area and by the vending machines it's a little dirty. That's the only thing that is not too favorable about it, other than that very good place.

Sara is an amazing attendant, I definitely recommend this laundry room. She is very helpful, customer oriented, and delightful to be around. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the washers and dryers here and makes us customers feel welcomed every visit. I feel safe here because she is on top of keeping the riff raff out. Thank you again Sara, we will return when it comes time to do our laundry again.

This is my first review, I just want everybody to know that this Laundromat is the bomb!!!! Everytime I come here the place is always clean and the staff is always nice and helpful especially the attendant Carrie. She is always friendly. Ive seen her drop what she is doing to go help someone that is either taking clothes. Out to their cars or bring clothes inside. Excellent customer service 5 stars to Carrie.

Frequent customer to this laundromat and I am always impressed with the cleanliness of the establishment. The customer service skills of the attendant('s) Ashley was funny helpful and made this 4:00 AM laundry trip worth it. Pros: Clean, Cool, Quiet (at 4:00 AM), no riff raff. Wonderful Attendants, Drop Available Cons: None really other than the neighborhood is not the greatest. (But that's Phoenix for you.)

Fantastic service. Ashley C was a huge help with everything from how to work the machines, price quotes, which products to use. The App is super convienent way to pay and they have an ATM inside and a quarter machine if you don't want to use the app. Able to handle large loads in a super short time. My flight back to CT was last minute moved up and they were able to get all of my luggage cleaned with ease!!

I have lived in this area for 3 years. I so not understand why the employees allow tweekers to hang out there. Today will be my last time here. Customers are not important to the employees here. I informed one of the employees about being harassed by two men who were strung out inside the laundromat. And she said they work here. Funny I guess the owner is happy with it Contacted by the owner He allows it!

I just got home, but this place is great!! So it was my first time ever using a public laundromat. I walked in and needed help. So I can't for the life of me remember her name but she did tell me. The attendant was sweet and understanding as well as walked me through what to do. She even gave me a cart. I did a whole days worth of washing in about an hour and a half. Totally will be back!!

Great spot to do any amount of laundry u may have.. and literally at any hour of the day! Love the staff here the women that run this spot do a great job! It's always clean and tidy and I hardly ever see any of the units broken ever! So the up keep is great as well! Not in the best area of town but honestly the quality and service and great prices will keep me coming back again and again!

I love this place I love the music they play in the attendance how work there are very very helpful and nice well most of them. There is one who I especially like. Ashley , she is always super nice and very helpful to me. I just wanted to say thank you Ashley for making my experience a good one. I have been coming to this laundromat for the past 18 months. I have always been greeted and treated with respect by all staff. The washers and dryers are always clean and ready for use and the bathroom has always been clean and if there is a problem at any time the staff always jump in and take care of the situation. I am very grateful for a facility that is safe and respectful.

I really, truly had a great experience last night. Even though I went at three AM on a Sunday night, the staff was incredibly vigilant in keeping that place spotless--down to every transfer or loads to another machine and mopping 3 times. I didn't see anyone stop working cleaning the entire time I was there! I was there 2.5 hours, mind you! Loved it, definitely will return!

Surprisingly good! They pride themselves on keeping the place clean. There is a culture of friendly community dare I say between a mix of races. It was crowded at around midnight, but everyone was polite and made room when moving about between machines. I needed help changing the water temperature, and the onsite attendant was more than happy to assist me. I will go back!

Been going here for years. The employees have always been super nice. There are homeless people/sketchy people hanging around sometimes but the employees tell them to leave. The employees are always quick to help if your washer/dryer break, or you need a coin to use the restroom. They also always try to keep up with the cleaning as much as they can, so it's never dirty.

I go out of my way to go to this laundry mat. It's open 24 hours and even when it gets busy I can still do my laundry. It's also always nice and cool inside, unlike other places. Millie is the best employee here. She's always super nice and takes the time to help whenever it's needed. She has really been amazing, even when customers are rude and things get a bit crazy!

Workers are helpful and nice, plus it's a fairly clean place. The only thing is every time I have done my laundry there, at least 1-3 shirts end up having some kind of stain on them... Very frustrating especially when it happens to a new shirt... Oh and you need to keep the washing machine doors open till they dry! The front loaders smell a bit moldy...

I have been going to this laundry mat for quite a few years and it's by far the best one I have found in Phoenix! I hate going to new laundry mats because nothing compares to the Laundry Basket and I highly doubt there will be another place that's better! The prices are decent, machines are killer, and the staff is excellent as well, what more can a person ask for?!

The place is great... The staff is 99% friendly, the place Is clean, there's four big 6 load washers in the back with 4 loaders on the sides. You can drop off your laundry and they'll wash and fold it for you. If you dont want to deal with quarters there's an app to use your debit card to pay for the washer and dryers. I like this place , been coming here for years

This place is very clean the washers and dryers like new . Linda I believe that is her name that works there seems pretty nice.... ... .... ...it's very nice that they are open 24 hours. Have a bathroom to use .... They even have a tv that u could watch while you are waiting for your clothes to wash and dry. it's nice they offer to wash your clothes to for a fee .

This by far is the best laundromat in the valley! It is very reasonable and very well kept. Sara is the best operator here. She keeps it very clean, and she is very customer service oriented. When my friend had a problem with one of the washers she assisted us promptly with no hesitation. She works hard in keeping this place the cleanest in the city. Kudos Sara!

This place seems clean, is well lit at all hours, takes coins (thank goodness), has plenty of machines so I've never had to wait whether I go on a weeknight or busy Saturday morning/afternoon. I have only used their dryers because mine went out so I can't vouch for how well the washers work. I'm in and out within 30 minutes with 4 or 5 loads of dry clothes.

Been going here for 9 months and it's still the best place to do laundry with my wife whom is very hard to get in public does very well. Very clean and you always have someone there to help get a cream cheese cake behind a cinnamon roll. Thanks again for everything you have done for our time spent washing clothes. Making it easier than it was beforehand.

This laundromat is one of the best laundromats I’ve ever used in my 72 years of existence. The staff are some of the best as well especially one in particular Lynda this lady always goes out of her way to not only make sure that I’m doing things right but to anybody who approaches her. If all staff members were like her this would be a better world.

I do my laundry at Laundry Basket regularly. I sometimes had to do it late at night and it is very convenient that this shop is open 24/7. I'm impressed that they were able to maintain the cleanliness for several years. The staff has always been helpful and I haven't experienced anything bad yet. I highly recommend this laundry shop to everyone.

I don't always go out to do my laundry at a laundromat. But when I do, I go to the laundry basket. They are clean, have modern, working machines, very helpful attendants, conveniences like an ATM, change\bill maker, detergent dispensers, vending machines, TV's and a children's nook. And they play The Mountain, which is a great radio station. :)

A nice clean laundromat! 24 hours, there are always techs on premises. My only issue is there seems to be a lot of people there not using their services. They loiter and make a huge mess in the parking lot. And the restroom is not lockable. It requires a token that anyone can get. I was walked in twice because no one knocked before coming in...

A very nice laundromat! $2 for 2-load front loader and .25 for each dry cycle. You'll spend less on drying too, because the washers spin your clothes very well. I arrived at midnight and the place was packed. Super clean, attendant on duty and the equipment is top notch. I saved about $10 over another highly rated laundromat by coming here.

Watch out for top loaders. One just stained my clothes I had to rewash them. I wish i got a free rewash since it was there top loader caused the problem. I did check and it looked clean. This is not the first time a dirty lent trap stained my clothes. Self cleaning. Those top loaders look pretty old. You should only use the new machine.

The facility itself is wonderfully clean. The machines are amazing. And l. staff is kind and extremely knowledgable and good at what they do. It's a pleasure to come here. Also, kudos to the management for striking a healthy ballance with the local homeless community lbetween loving and supporting them while also maintaining order.

I love this laundry mat it's the only one I will ever go to. Its clean and the workers are friendly. And that's partly thanks to Ashley she is one of the friendliest workers I have personally ever met and she has the a love for her job. She brings life to the whole place. You can tell she wants only the best for business there.

The place is pretty clean. The staff is friendly and helpful if you have a problem. The machines are in good working order and do well at cleaning and drying your clothes. Single load to 6 load sized washers available. I love that they have a laundry service as well. Drop it off and come back it's cleaned and folded.

I've been going to this Laundromat for many of years now and I absolutely love this Laundromat. The workers are always so nice and professional and the manager is very kind as well. Besides that the prices are amazing and they keep the place very clean. I would gladly recommend this Laundromat to any and everyone.

I do love this place and I’ve had great experiences here. BUT the floor today was just filthy. If I drop a garment from the dryer I’d have to wash it again. With COVID-19 and everything going on they should keep on top of this. The ladies are very nice though. One of the best laundromats I’ve been to in Phoenix.

This is my favorite laundromat, the only place i will go to wash my clothes. They are super clean and attentive, and there is always someone very nice working here. Ashley is my favorite attendant. Also the prices here are extremely reasonable, and they are always very friendly and welcoming to me and my dog..

The cleanest spot I've seen, very appreciated Ashley. From this day forward this will be my place for laundry and best service.

Great place if you work nights like me. It's open 24 hours so naturally you will see some sketchy characters in the late hours. However there is always an attendant present and plenty of surveillance. Lots of machines and free wifi. They also do laundry service for you by the pound if you prefer.

They got all new washers and dryers, they are open 24 hours and cheaper all threw the night. The place is really nice, everything you need is right there... soap, softener, stain remover, hangers, always full quarter machine, the list goes on and on. The place is just awesome!! We love it!!

Been having my clothes done here for years now. Always smell great, pressed better than your mom can do, fast great service pricing and even pickup and delivery..they always have my clothes in better shape than I can do! Vac sealed in plastic ready to go every week for me! Awesome service!

This place is great! Clean, nice people, customers and workers. There are some homeless people but none are disrespectful, and if someone is disrespectful, customer or not it is all but taken care of just like that . I really do feel safe . And I come in at 12am and 5am when I do come in.

I've gone there for a few weeks now and I have to say some all of the staff are very kind and helpful. There was one just this last time I went in (I think her name was amber she had some interesting tattoos and was a little shorter) but she was extremely helpful and kind when helping me

We went at a busy time and the staff was still friendly and kept the whole facility clean! The prices are good, the machines are great, and I love that it is coin operated instead of prepaid. The fact that it is open 24 hours is also very helpful. I will definitely return in the future.

I have been coming here for 5 years, mostly late night. This attendant was the best. Sara showed me how to install the to use with the new washers. It's so convenient. She was very helpful and patient. She and the laundry get a 5 Star review from me. Thanks for your help Sara!
