Ive been here 2 or 3 times. Ive lived in this neighborhood for 30 plus years and I would love to say this is good place for all people to do their laundry here but, I felt very uncomfortable with having to watch my vehicle and my clothes every second. No were to sit or let alone fold my clothes. It was so packed with kids running down the isles and really dirty looking people sleeping in the few chairs they had for customers. Half the store was clean the other half the floor covered with dryer sheets. $3.89 atm fees and a card fee for useing their new Fascard system. There is something fishy with having to add money to machine and the card doesnt work. Attendant is spanish. I tried to like this place. I did like the TVs on the walls but with the kids screaming and running and watching that no one steals my stuff in and out of this place. They can have the $10 left on my card. I was there 3.5 hrs and spent $25 to wash 60lbs of stuff. I was thankfull the biggest machines were clean. I tried but dont feel safe here and after reading these reviews. They all say same stuff like they gave a written statement that their whole church group is reading for an offering to a church. Very deceptive. Sorry its the truth

I just waisted an hour of my time and $65 at Sunahine Laundry. I only have one day off and waited patiently for my laundry to wash, and come to find out the laundry machines doesn't work on "hot" setting since I washed all my dark clothes. All my laundry smells like water and a blow dryer, since my clothes didn't wash properly at Sunshine Laundry. But my clothes did somewhat dried, so at least Sunshine's dryer machines work. Not to mention I paid $40+ fee with my debit card and was charged, but I never received the fund on the laundry card that was given to me by the machine. The employee had me waiting for an additional 15 minutes since her manager wasn't replying to her messages to solve my issue. This will be one and only time I will giving my business to this facility. I would HIGHLY recommend you do the same, and save your time and money.

So clearly I’m seeing a trend with this place. We pulled up at 8:30 and both doors were locked. Cleaning lady sent us away. There was NO ONE in there except her. How are you going to advertise 9pm loads with a closure of 11, and do things like this!? Such an inconvenience and it looks horrible on your business. Since clearly this is an ongoing occurrence with your cleaning lady. She shrugged, smiled, and told us no with both doors locked. So over not being able to find a decent laundromat open later than 8, that’s ACTUALLY open later than 8.

Emergency washer needed! My washer flooded our home, now we have to restore kitchen & laundry room due to water damage and asbestos found under tile has made using the now repaired washer impossible. Sunshine laundry has been our saving grace, the inside is clean and there are always washers available even when busy. I appreciate the woman who works there, she is nice and helpful and was patient since I hadn't been to a laundry mat in a while she showed me the credit/debit options to get a laundry card loaded! Thank you guys so much!!

Stopped in to wash a small comforter because I needed a washer bigger than what's in a house. Laundromat was very clean, but I had to get a card to use to pay. Since I seldom do laundry there, it would have been easier for me to just put coins in the machine. I always end up with money left on the card, and then when I go back they've changed the card system and I have to buy a new card and I lose money and the business keeps my money. Also, there is a fee for purchasing the card, so they got me that way too.

My husband and I used their dropoff services as a stop gap while we were waiting on a new washer/dryer. Absolutely perfect service. We had 20 lb of our laundry done for $20 and everything was so nicely folded in sweet little piles for us. They were even able to accommodate using our specialty soap since we hate scented detergents and she remembered that we didn't want fabric softener or dryer sheets in the dryer. Will definitely lean on them in the future when I need support with laundry.

Angelica has the best customer service and she does her job very well. Thank you Angelica for helping me with everything that you possibly could. The machines are always clean and you can actually watch Angelica clean the machines before you wash your clothes. That's customer service. And she's always doing some type of cleaning to make sure everything is OK for the customers and Angelica wants to have a sanitize laundry mat where the customers can feel comfortable washing their clothes

Convenient. Clean. Uses a card system (.50 new card). Updated machines including a variety of washer and dryer sizes. Deals on specific days. Slower weekdays than on weekends. Located nextdoor to Subway and Yin's restaurant. 11pm is correct closing time, get here BY 8 (Last wash load). This is to insure all customers have enough time to finish by 11 closing.

I been coming here for about a year now... i come in atleast once a week and the reason i really like this place its because its clean and the staff is very nice and hardworking i usually come in the day time and Angelica is normally the one here. She is very nice and helpful. Great clean reatrooms too and all overall clean great place. 5stars well earned!

I just Love this laundry mat. I usually hate coming to then because they are so dirty and loud. This place is spotless and quiet. The young lady says hello to you and ask if you need anything. The employees are very nice and if there's any mistake on their behalf they will totally take care of your watch for free they will also keep an eye on your laundry if you have to run to the store if you run out of soap they're very very kind me and my lovely shity wife go there and do laundry all the time

I travel a lot, so finding a really good laundry mat isnt always easy. However, here in the Phoenix AZ area we have found a few Great ones. Sunshine is clean, curteous people who own an maintain it. Machines work wonderful an decently priced. Thank you for being one of the Greats!!!!

I like doing laundry here. I'de check the dryers though, I put in two bath towels and two wash cloths, 20 minutes on high, slightly damp when time ran out. This is a regular thing with these dryers. Not a complaint, just a heads up. Staff here is very friendly! Thank You

If you don't have machines at home then this is the place to do your laundry tried others but end up back here cause it's always clean and Angelica is non stop always cleaning so if you're the boss reading this recognize cause good hard working people hard to find

This place is NEVER open on time. There are at least 5 people waiting here right now and it's 906am. This place never opens at 7am and it's truly inconsiderate to make people wait in the heat. This is not just a today thing this is everytime I come to this place.

Great place to get your laundry done. Clean and well lit, pricing is reasonable. Staff in my experience has always been helpful and friendly. They do have a drop off service, so that is a major plus to me. All in all, higly recommended for this part of Phoenix!

Clean with numerous machines available. Uses a pay card instead of quarters. A little bit of an inconvenience to start out, but after you use the loading machine, no big deal. Attendant on duty was very polite and helpful.

I’ve been in twice, and would recommend. You have to purchase a card to use at the machines > swipe on the machine you want to use > and that’s it. Pretty easy. Seems clean enough and the machines work pretty well

Sometimes getting the little card to work with the machines is a pain. It is definitely a cleaner place, but the offer of Wi-Fi is irrelevant because you can't access the internet with it. So what's the point.

Sign states it costs$.75 to wash on weekdays but teal cost is $1.25. Aside from that misrepresentation, it is good: Relatively clean, a restroom, up to date machines and top-load washers that do a good job .

Your card doesn't work, as easy as seems. Don't like idea of putting money on card, cause you never get what you pay for. I managed a no coin laudermate. Always paid out of my pocket when things went wrong.

Dropped off laundry here and they wash fold or hang everything for you. Same or next day service in just a few hours. Great service. They made it so easy. Ask for Angelica she will take great care of you.
