Disappointed with our stay (September 2022) 1. Reception was downright cold and unsympathetic. Check-in took at least 15min for no apparent reason, and while waiting the receptionists were giggling and gossiping amongst themselves. 2. An "executive" communicating room so no soundproofing, no privacy. Worse, the guy next door smoked, so we had to ask for a room transfer late at night. And again, we were the ones who proposed the transfer because when we complained to the reception, they just called the guy and told us that he had apologized without proposing anything else... even though the smoke had already taken over the whole room. 3. The hotel is in a very bad location, there are at least two nightclubs in the vicinity that play loud music until 4am! In addition the curtains were not opaque at all. Impossible to rest! The only plus was the heated swimming pool but after a sleepless night like this one, we couldn't stay any longer to enjoy it.

Un hôtel de luxe situé idéalement au centre ville avec plusieurs restaurants aux plats originaux et abondants. L'oxygène offre une belle ambiance et terrasse. La piscine peu profonde (1m30) dispose cependant d'une longueur suffisante pour bien nager. A proximité de l'hôtel : chocolaterie, librairie et boîte de nuit ou l'on peut se rendre à pied. La chambre est très spatieuse avec un grand écran. Le thé à disposition est délicieux.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The ambiance was delightful, the room was lovely, and the staff was extremely efficient and friendly. The swimming pool, sauna, and hammam were truly enjoyable, and I highly recommend their massages. However, I would like to provide some constructive feedback to the owner: - It would be beneficial to have additional coat hangers and a coffee machine in the room. Additionally, having an iron and an ironing board would be very convenient. - The gym is in need of a significant update. Many of the machines are broken, and the ones that do work appear outdated. It's disheartening to see such a well-maintained hotel with a neglected gym facility.

It is a newly renovated hotel, spacious rooms, clean, room service is good, their team are trying to be helpful, and they are, the restaurant is okay, they have a pub called O2 separete from the hotel if u want to chill and have some fun and is accesible to everybody, there is also a catholic church that is 4 minutes walk from the hotel, good place to stay overall

Idéal si vous êtes de passage uniquement. Point fort : Bon emplacement. Chambre propre et bien équipée. Sécurisé. Navette aéroport. Accès hammam et piscine. Malheureusement très mauvaise isolation et nuisance sonore à prévoir. Le seul point négatif : manque de professionnalisme du personnel notamment à la réception. Comportement limite irrespectueux par moment envers la clientèle malgache. Les tarifs des chambres sont pourtant les mêmes pour tous, clients étrangers ou locales. C’est bien dommage pour un établissement qui se veut de «standing » international.

Nous étions au restaurant « le Goa », endroit très raffiné, spacieux, avec de beaux luminaires… J’ai adoré le service, des serveurs très pros et avenant. Nous étions avec des enfants en bas âges, il y a des chaises hautes prévues pour eux. Malgré le désagrément que nos enfants ont causé, le personnel est resté très calme à l’écoute et agréable. Petit bémol, les profiteroles revisité j’ai pas du tout aimé. Sinon je recommande vivement le lieu. Ça vaut le coup, tarif très accessible vu le rapport qualité prix.

The accommodation, restaurant, spa are good. My problem is on the reception, makes bad bad work and charge two times the reservation, one to me another to the company invite me to Madagáscar and responsible to pay the reservation. Now the hotel refuse to refund me my money. I have all the proof from my bank, hotel receipt and copy from company payment. Everyday I send email to try understand why the hotel don't refund me my money but just have silence from the side of the hotel. This issue have almost two months now I must to speak with lawyer to solved this problem. Centell hotel never more. Antananarivo have good options, Novohotel, Radyson.

All the Le Centell rooms are spanking new- everything had been changed. From that perspective, it is a good place to be. However, the rooms are huge (this could be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on how you like your rooms). The bathroom is good-sized, double anything you'll find in Europe and other parts of the world. The WiFi is good, but when you change floors (going to the restaurant upstairs for example), you get disconnected. Downside must be the location: you're sitting bang in the middle of traffic almost and you'll hear the sound of cars all day.

Belle expérience : je m'y rends souvent pour le spa (Hamman, Sauna et piscine), mais les restaurants en valent la peine. Il y a le rooftop, la canopée avec une superbe vue et tranquille, Oxygen, un resto bar où on peut se poser avec des potes, et le Goa restaurant où j'ai pu manger après le spa (on peut même manger et revenir au spa par après même si on ne loge pas là) Le Goa, service irréprochable (le meilleur de Tana selon moi), les parts sont vraiment grandes et les prix sont abordables pour le cadre et la localisation. Le personnel est clairement bien formé et mérite d'être reconnu pour cela.

Hôtel bien situé et agréable. Les 3 restaurants situés dans l'hôtel sont appréciables par leur diversité avec une préférence pour le Restaurant au 9ème étage (La Canopée). La piscine et l'espace SPA sont biens pour se reposer ou faire un peu de sport... les massages sont biens, à des prix abordables, le personnel est plutôt sympa. J'y ai passé un long séjour de 12 jours pour raisons professionnelles et je n'ai pas vraiment vu le temps passer.

I had my clients staying there and we had the bad surprise to have a checkout invoice with a big mistake. Very incompetent accounting staff though hotel and reception are nice. Though some are rumored to be engaged by being helped by friends instead of being hired for their competence... Comfortable room and nice spa. Safe parking. Restaurant doesn't worth the price and breakfast not included. Will never let my clients in. Ever.

Excellent hôtel très bien situé. Personnel au petit soin, très disponible et très sympathique. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, bien équipées et très confortables. Le petit déjeuner buffet très varié et de bonne qualité. Rapport qualité prix vraiment très bon. 3 restaurants de bonne qualité dans l’hôtel (dont 1 appartient à l’hôtel). Un spa avec une grande piscine, massage de très bonne qualité, hammam, sauna… merci à toute l’équipe pour avoir été vraiment agréable à mon séjour!

A relatively new hotel vying for business and foreign gursts. We were disappointed with check-in and check-out as discrepancies in some of the charges required several calls to straighten out after leaving the city. All errors which after the first call should have been dismissed as "customer service" in favour of the guest. Restaurant on the top floor offered excellent French cuisine inspired plates. Highly recommended.
