I honestly can't recommend this lovely vets enough. The way they actually care about the pets just shines through, along with all their knowledge. They've seen both my cats now and both were treated like absolute superstars. They let the cats walk around and be treated/examined where they're comfortable in the room (for Albie that was the floor having his belly rubbed!), this little thing makes such a huge difference to their comfort. Even sat in the waiting room waiting to collect after surgery I could hear through the wall the nurses fussing and talking to my cat. Lydia in particular was amazing with both my 2 (younger over friendly one, older scared anxious one). She fussed and chatted and addressed all my concerns. My cat even accepted treats from her, this would have been unimaginable at my previous vets, and shows just how at ease they made her (and us) feel. Anyone who's cat has vet anxiety, please take them here. Even if they don't (Albie sees it as a social occasion!) then still take them here, you won't regret it.

I’ve used the same vets for over 20 years, i felt like they weren’t giving my cat the correct treatment they seemed to drag everything out , more and more costs!! I found them to becoming more and more expensive . All they seemed concerned about was money . So I decided to change vets and I’m so glad that I did! Cathrine Claxton was fantastic she was on the same page that I was and totally understood my frustration. Cathrine seemed caring and compassionate about her animals that she treats. I would give her more than 5 stars if I could do. A totally refreshing change!! I know that my cat (gizzy) isn’t a well cat but I have every confidence that Leeds veterinary service will do their best to get gizzy better. Also the charges are more doable and not ridiculously high. Thank you so much!!

Absolutely fantastic vets. Everyone in there is so friendly and helpful. My dog needed an operation and was previously quoted a lot of money and a difficult process for him having to be put to sleep twice. I got a second opinion with Leeds Veterinary centre and I’m so glad I did. They were so helpful and informative. One surgery needed for a fraction of the cost previously quoted. Just shows how much they care for their animals and it’s not all about money. Every staff member there made my dog feel comfortable and at ease. Thank you so much. I will be recommending you to everyone.

I visited Leeds Veterinary Centre for the first time today for my cat Ned's booster vaccine. It was such a refreshing change to some of the other vets practices I have visited over the years. We received such a warm welcome from the receptionist Sara, and vet Katherine was so caring and patient to my cat.The premises is spacious, clean and there are separate seating sections for cats and dogs, minimising the stress for pets. The cat section has 'parking bays' to put the cat carrier in and blankets to ease cat's stress. I would definitely recommend this practice.

28/12/2022 at 9.30 we made an appointment for a vet to come to our home, we had a very poorly staffy Ben sadly at the end of his life. Katherine and her nurse came.This is the worst thing any pet lover can go through Katherine explained the procedure to us and gave us time to understand everything fully. We would like to thank you for your compassion and patience. . We would also like to thank you for the sympathy card that we received by post and the lovely words you wrote. Thank you so much.

From the moment I called through to ask for help, to the moment I collected my dog after she was neutered I felt I was in safe, caring hands. I was greeted by welcoming, attentive staff when I arrived. The prices are very competitive and I notice the Centre have a great value package for ongoing care of pets. Our pet skinny pig wasn't registered when he became suddenly very ill. We were given an appointment straight away. We received the most wonderful care. Katherine was kind and caring towards our little Buddy smeven sought a second opinion from a colleague but unfortunately nothing could be done for him. Katherine and the ladies on reception were so kind and compassionate. Thank you!

I'm so glad I made the decision to move my dog to Leeds Veteninary Centre. The difference from walking through the door was immediate. The staff are extremely friendly and treated my dog as if they loved him as much as I do. I can highly recommend the team. My little dog was poorly and needed to be put to sleep which I found very upsetting but James was lovely he explained what the proceeder was and let me hold scooby while it was happening . He spoke softly and had tissues ready and when James looked at me and said you've done the right thing ,that ment the world to me that i had done the best for scooby .thanku

Youve seen my bunny 3 times now, god help you coping, I was skeptical due to previous experiences with vets being bad however staff are lovely, place is clean, everyone is so sweet. Today we took our old Weimaraner to be euthanised the whole experience was amazing we felt at ease as soon as we entered the vets the staff were fantastic making Henry feel so comfortable in his last moments he went to sleep while still doing his favourite thing eating chocolate bourbon biscuits. Katherine, James and all the team are a breath of fresh air. They have helped us through some difficult times recently with our dog and rabbit. Hey, I just want to make you aware, that there are people using your vets to make a scam work. They are making people pay £450+ to three or more bank accounts. Stating yours have asked for the payments for different paper work and treatment. Lucky I called the bank and wasn’t scammed.
