Updates: Might not be as friendly a the former owners, but was that even possible? Definitley warmed up to their customer-base. Perhaps more to the point with service, but still curteous and kind. Them waving the 5$ min to use credit, has allowed many of us to buy meals during covid with ease and minimzed contact. Good on you and your buisnes for changing your system not your prices in a time when so many are struggling. 5 stars just for that. Changed ownership. Not bad, but service is not the same, (not impolite per-se, just cold and unfriendly) and quality still lacking a solid "meh". But if you are there and hungry, it's 100% edible --------previous: Very friendly owners and their open super late (i.e. 4am Fridays and Saturdays). Their pizza won't be winning any awards but it's decent, good price, convenient, and served by friendly people.

Right in front of my apartment building it cant get any more convenient than that. Good pizza and very affordable, I recommend the thin crust better than the regular crust, and if you like spicy you should try mexi sauce instead of regular sauce. If you want to try something new my favourite combination is a thin crust pizza with green peppers, jalapenos and beef with mexi sauce. I don't know about the other reviews but every time I have went to pick up my pizza staff has been very friendly always thanking me for my business.

Walked in and bought a small poutine only to bring it home and realize the cheese curds were SOUR. The poutine even smelt sour. Funny enough, this restaurant has a giant sign outside that says "Lees Famous Poutine". Thankfully I live close by and was able to go back. I got refunded but only after the man behind the counter pretended not to understand that the cheese was expired or was poorly refrigerated, offered me a slice of pizza, and made a comment about how I paid debit before opening the till.

At first I wasn't sure. Then we order chicken souvlaki platter my boyfriend oignon ring was great he compliment it right at first. My platter super fresh salad nicely done fresh veggies rice was good n potatoes and the chicken to. felt like a homemade plate very happy thank-you !

Very very tasty and best pizza ever… I can’t believe I m living in this building . Which is having best pizza in Ottawa, and good news for Muslims families this pizza is Halal as well… thank you for making my iftar party best with there pizza

They have a horrible person answering the phones, he always forgets the toppings and creates his own version of the pizza i ordered. My suggestion is write it down on a piece of paper. Never going back there again. waited 30 minutes and the pizza wasn't out of the oven yet.

This used to be a great place for a quick bite. However, since new ownership took over its prices has been going up dramatically and reduced the quality of their pizza. I stopped going there few months ago because I realized their pizza is not as good as it used to be.

I’m no pizza expert, but I really enjoy their pizza compared to all the chain restaurants. The customer service is so friendly and really makes you feel like family. They’re very generous with what they give and they even give you extra if you’re really nice!

I don't usually write bad reviews, but I arrived for pick up and they had forgot to make my pizza. Realizing this, but not telling me, they hurriedly made one and sold me a half cooked piece of dough which I immediately threw out upon getting home.

New prices suck. Poutine was decent but not even filled up to the top and now the price isn't worth it. 9$ for a small poutine when it used to be 6$. Pizza is still good but if all the prices are raised they will loose many clients. Not impressed.

Best large special in town. Great service, quick order times and always fresh. Not to mention the price. If you ever need a good pizza or some great food, from their extensive menu, call them up… you won’t be disappointed

There was a hair in my pizza. When I called the guy to complain about it he said, "yes this is not the first time we are hearing this. We got this kind of complain before. Sometime it happens." Excellent. I am not ordering food again from them.

I’ve been ordering from here since we used to live in the 180 Lees building back in 2017. It is so convenient and the quality is great- not to mention, the price is good too! This place is a blessing for the entire Lees avenue community!♥️

Very tasty food and friendly service. The wait times are generally not very long either. Pizza prices are very reasonable, however, the other items are pricier than most places. I recommend this restaurant.

It was good when the old owner worked there but I ordered food online 2 hours before closing time may 20 2018 and they had already closed (120mins before posted closing) and still took my money. Criminals.

Perfect for takeouts, especially for students. Pizzas are good and they open late night. Good deals on combos and carryout specials. You can grab a slice on the go or order a full pizza.

Fast service and good quality we ordered the large 3 topping pizza and it was less then 14 bucks. The pizza was made fresh right in front of us and we would give it a 6 out of 10

I come here a lot but theres this guy who always put one slice on top of another. The guy should learn how to arrange the pizza properly. Just ruins the whole mood for eating.

This place was my college year go to after a night out. The hours are open super late. Taste a bit like pizza pizza but with an extra "in house" taste. Super nice owner!

Just to let everyone know the Lees Pizza is under new management and the food is so much better than last owner. Pizzas are amazing along with rest of good.

Ordered a pizza for pick up. Was completely raw and inedible, not a surprise though since I was told it was only going to be 10 mins for it to be ready.

Their ad displayed as 6 dollar for a poutine and ended up having to pay over 10 dollar. Taste? Worst, so I threw it away. I will never come here again.

I've come here many times for pizza, and it's always been great. The home made garlic dip is amazing, and their walk in special cant be beat.

Best drunk food I've had in Ottawa so far. 2 Pieces of pepperoni cheese with cheddar chipotle dipping sauce = mouthgasm.. when you're drunk.

Quality lacking. Bread stale, microwaved meat. The tzaziki was tasty but it was a long hard chew to get through this.

I just ate a beautiful small pizza from the now Kouzina Pizza I would highly recommend this pizza it was delicious
