I normally don't have anything bad to say about Lenny's, but the most previous visit of mine left me very unhappy. I waited an ENTIRE HOUR for my food because the employee on the register didn't care enough to pay attention to who the orders were for, he gave my food to someone else, and then didn't even tell us the truth about why we were having to wait so long, he said they were just busy and had a lot of orders, well the 3 people who came in after me and ordered in the store received their food just fine, while I sat and watched them come and then go. Mind you, I also called ahead and placed my order so that I could get there and pick it up quicker, but boy was I mistaken. Once I FINALLY received my food, I found that the veggie Philly I ordered was almost completely tasteless, soggy, and utterly disappointing. I had hoped that I could get a replacement or something the next time I went and the employee in charge that day, (another thing worth noting is the manager was not on shift at all, the store was in the hands of two normal employees who clearly couldn't handle it) assured me that we would recieve a phone call from their manager about the situation but, low and behold, they never contacted me and I never received the so-called coupon that was promised me in the mail. If you plan to run a business, managers especially, make sure that you hire competent people who know what they're doing, I will never again visit this location. 1/10 experience

"I was there yesterday around 430. I had ordered three deluxe clubs, and a philly which came out to $40. None of the clubs came with lettuce, tomatoes, mayonnaise, and mustard. They were just super plain. I’m not sure if it was because the Sunday crew just wanted to go home early. This was my first time going to Lenny’s and I didn’t know what to except. I just went through the menu and I see the sandwiches with lettuce and tomatoes. While my family and I were eating there one of the workers left the front door open for twenty minutes bringing in all the chairs and tables, so it got hot inside while he was doing that. Also I wanted to refill on tea and found out they had dumped it. We left at 5 as I was leaving I read the sign outside and it said Lenny’s closes at 6. Overall it was a bad experience. "

My favorite sandwich place for the last couple years. Better than Jimmy John's, Subway, Firehouse, whatever you think you like. Lenny's subs are top notch artisan deliciousness. Everyone seems to like the hot subs but I think the cold sandwiches are heavily underrated. My favorite is the Mile High Turkey (Lenny's way). The fresh bread with the fresh sliced turkey and toppings/dressing is just ugghhh I wish they had more around the city cause the cravings hit when you're the furthest. I always try to take advantage of an awesome lunch whenever I'm nearby. Highly highly recommend. Haven't tried it before?? Come see what you've been missing out!!

The best Lenny's location I've ever visited. Every time I visit this location, I have nothing but a top-notch experience. The staff is friendly and efficient. My food always comes out very quickly and is exactly as I ordered it. The restaurant is clean, and everything always tastes fresh. I love their cheesesteak sandwiches, but their regular deli sandwiches are great too. They don't skimp on the ingredients they add to the sandwiches, which is rare, since a lot of sandwich shops trying to cut costs put very little on their orders. But not this Lenny's! A+! I definitely recommend this Lenny's location to everyone looking for a great sandwich, friendly staff, and very little wait time!

Lenny's saved my life. I had forgot to order lunch for a very important meeting. Actually I did order the lunch, just forgot to hit the submit button. I called Lenny's and spoke with Amanda, gave her my order and it was ready in 10 minutes, she even threw in a couple extra cookies for me, cause after that crazy moment, I needed the sugar. Amanda and her staff went far beyond the call of duty and they were all so nice. Thank you Amanda and the entire team over at Lenny's on 1604 and Bitters. You saved me.

My boss Norma called this morning last minute at 8:30AM to pick up an order for our work staff and Amanda was extremely helpful and pleasant. She was very patient and took the time to help put together a large order. Amanda was so kind, we need more people like her out in the world! We had a difficult time trying to find somewhere that was willing to put together an order for us, and it was such a great experience here we had to make sure we left a review recognizing her. I ordered the Philly Cheese steak, no changes except for Light Onions. I got tummy issues, y'all, but I like onions. The gentleman behind the counter was nice enough, and the store was empty. I pay for my food, head on out to have lunch before getting back into work for another 6 hours. The sandwich I got was what only could be described as a Philly Onion and Steak sandwich. Jeff has been with Lenny’s at 1604/Bitters for about a year now. He was very cordial, quick, and extremely professional when it came to the multi-sandwich order I placed. The restaurant was well-kept and he made sure to notify me that they are taking extra precautions to make the facility sanitary even purifying the ice and water for their beverage station! Great place and great ownership as reflective from the employees and facility!

I have been coming to this location for a while now and everything I get the best service! The food is great!! The staff are the best!! I glad to call this Lenny’s my Lenny’s!!!

Not as good as the other locations. My sandwich was hastily thrown together. About 75% of the meat was on one half. The condiments were inconsistently placed on my sandwich. Each bite was as if it were a from a different sandwich. I have only dined at this location once. I understand everyone will have an off day. I may have caught these folks on a bad day. Lenny's is my favorite sandwich shop. I know they can do better.

Used to love Lenny's. I don't know when they dumped swiss for so-called, "Swiss-American", but it's awful! It ruins the entire sandwich putting that non-chesefood processed American on that otherwise fresh, delicious sandwich. Boo Lenny's! Boo!

Came the other day because of triple points and ordered online via the app, which is very easy to use. I tried to apply a coupon for $2 dollars off but didn't work and the manager on duty ( I didn't ask his name) gave me the money without hesitation and said he would work to figure it out. I have driven by this Sub Shop hundreds of times, decided after seeing FB $3.99 special to check it out. I walked in at 5:50pm on Sunday, asked if I could get the Philly Cheese steak on the Special, well we already shut down the grill, OK give me the Italian sub, on regular white bread, we are out of that! Strike 2! Why close at 6pm anyway? Don't know that I'll return.

Delicious Buffalo Chicken Philly. Grabbed a Red Velvet cookie for after which was baked perfect. Noticed staff remember the name and order for a couple who a regulars. Definitely a great crew and good spot for a delicious sandwich.

The subs here are great if you like really soft bread! This location is right across the street from our office, Keller Williams and they take care of their customers. My favorite thing is the Philly Cheese steak hoagie style (with lettuce and tomato) - make sure to add the hot chili sauce on whatever you get if you love spicy!

Absolutely love this place ! It has the best customer service, great staff and they’re always the friendliest! The best Lenny’s I’ve been to by far!

The only sub shop that should should exist. Unlike most sub sandwich shops, Lenny's uses real food. They slice the meat, vegetables, and cheese there in the store. It's not as quick as other sub restaurants, but at least it is actually food. Also, on a serious note, the food is actually really delicious.

Dry and old bread very little meet amount. Sad this is changing we been coming to this store since they opened. Very disappointed. No wonder the place started to be empty.

Had the A1 Steak and cheese with grilled peppers and onions. While the sandwich was fairly tasty the contents were wet which caused the bread to get really soggie and messy. I could barely taste the A1 sauce probably because of the soggie contents. I did enjoy that the sandwich was generously filled.

First time ordering from Lennys. I haven’t even ate my sandwich yet bc I ordered it to go but I’ll definitely be back. I wish I caught her name, but the lady with the red hair was super nice. I messed up on my order but she fixed it without hassle. My order came out quick! We’ll be back for more!

Best Lenny's I've been to my bacon Philly was delicious, Amanda and Jake were very nice and helped out alot. Will be returning to this one again.

I’ve eaten at this particular Lenny's more than twice and I can honestly say this location is very kept up with cleanliness. Also the customer service is amazing the employees are very quick and efficient with the food service and not to mention the food is great!

Not sure about their food, however their delivery driver speeding in Woods of Frederick Creek (Boerne) residential neighborhood this morning when children are walking to school is ridiculous. No one needs a sub that bad at 7:30 in the morning.

It was my first visit here, but my second time trying Lenny's. I ordered The American Club "Lenny's Way" and enjoyed it. My only letdown was the bacon was whole strip and squishy. Which was strange, I was the first customer of the day

I like Lenny's but the girl there at the register never says you're welcome when you tell her thank you at the register nor when she drops the food. And she's not very friendly. But the other guy and everyone else is really friendly.

Amazing catering service!! We have eaten at the store and this time we cater for 40+ people!! Delicious food all inclusive perfect sandwich sizes, variety and best of all price!! Thank you Bob and Erin For a great service!!

They catered a lunch for all the teachers at a high school. Only one small error, and Robert corrected and delivered the sandwich within minutes of a call back. Good quality food. GREAT service. Way to go Robert.

This establishment is extremely rude and thoughtless of people’s hard earned money. I called in letting them know of the error in the order and they didn’t care to fix it would recommend this place to anyone.

Today my family and I tried Lennys. My steak salad was amazing for the price and they hook up extra veggies of your choice no extra charge. The wife and kid loved there sandwiches. Very positive experience !

So good. Great food and good price. Moved here from Kansas and was used to things like Subway. This place blew it out of the water. My whole family was satisfied and didn't have to spend an arm and a leg.

These guys did a great job with a sandwich sampler for my company meeting. Everything was ready when I arrived. It was all delicious and SUPER EASY!

Came to Lenny’s for lunch to grab a Philly . Samich was almost as good as their customer service! Jake was very friendly and brought out my food asap , highly recommend.

Fast service, I got a 5inch tuna white bread. The bread was hard the tuna was drippiny out both sides of the bread. Tuna was mostly mayo clearly tuna was too over mixed.

This was a very good place no doubt about it every one there is very nice and I would love to meet the owner one day and thank for haveing a awesome team he has there
