Was calling to the shop to hold 2 necklaces, one was being told it will be transferred from Sydney and was promised it would be in the shop within 2 weeks. Didn't hear from anyone since, so I take the initiative to call to the shop and was being told that the necklace has sold out!!! What the!? If it has sold out why confirming with me that Sydney definitely has it and it is gonna transfer and if sold out why only tell me today when I called not 2 weeks ago?? If I don't call I will never know and still waiting for the necklace?? If I can give zero star I will! I will never buy from this stupid shop again!!

The customer service in the Emporium Melbourne store is outstanding! My sister purchased a pair of earrings as a gift for my birthday. I lost one of the asymmetrical pair which I then tried to purchase through the Les Nereides websites locally and internationally, without success as the style was 'discontinued'. I made one last call to the Emporium Store to see if they could source them and left my number. They called me back the same day and said they had located a pair and I could purchase them through the store. So very happy! Thank you Emporium Store Staff.

Apart from the beautiful jewelry pieces. I was absolutely pleased with the customer service from Muwen! She was very knowledgeable, telling me about the quality of each piece and even the meaning behind some of the flowers. It was an experience purchasing from the store as I was given the opportunity to browse and try a few pieces. In the end my friend and I walked out with 4 pieces from the store when we only planned for 2! Super happy and I cant wait to go back
