I've been very unimpressed with Levy. As authorized dealers of items I've been interested in I've been to their location approximately four times over the last year. During this time I never got the impression I was taken as a serious buyer and had to make an effort to get the attention of a salesperson on every visit but one. The one exception can be described as similar to a high pressure car dealer. I can provide further details of the staff's questionable customer service and/or assuming ignorance of the customer but the point is already made. One associate that answered some questions I had via email was very helpful and was the only positive experience I've had. This dealer has steered me to purchase items elsewhere despite their status as the local AD. While arranging to insure a new item I called Levy, as an AD, to ask if an appraisal or written proof of replacement value could be provided. I was flatly refused as I had not purchased the item from them and the associate I spoke with sounded uninterested and annoyed to answer my question. Very helpful again. At least be polite. I hope management finds this feedback and considers it carefully. I assume you are familiar with the concepts of customer service. Make it happen for the good of your business. Alternative options aren't too difficult to come by these days. *Edit* I wound up taking a Breitling watch to Levy to be re-sized. Although the fee for this service was $75 I had the opportunity to share my experiences and why I hadn't purchased the watch from Levy, despite living close by, with an assistant manager. He apologized for the poor experiences and seemed genuine. I returned to the next day for a readjustment. All the associates I dealt these two trips were pleasant. On the second of those trips another associate that was behind one of the other counters on her phone the majority of the time I recognized as one of the previous bad experiences. Mixed bag who you will deal with here. Good luck.

I bought my fiancé's wedding ring from Levy's and was told that I would hear back within a couple weeks when the ring came in. Around week 2, I realized my phone number was incorrect on the receipt so I thought I'd call in to let them know and to update my phone number with them. Kevin answered and his response to me updating my phone number was "I guess your fiancé doesn't communicate with you, huh?" I waited for him to laugh letting me know he was joking, but apparently he was just being rude. He then informed me that the ring was actually ready for pick up and that he had called my fiancé already to let him know. When we picked up the ring, the satin finish I had paid for was not on the ring. At this point, we were just going to leave it because of the bad taste in our mouth caused from dealing with Kevin. But Kevin called to let us know he realized the mistake and that if we brought in the ring he would fix it. My fiancé brought in the ring and spoke with someone else. They informed him that if they put the satin finish on the ring in-store as Kevin suggested, our warranty on the ring would become invalid, but that they'd be happy to ship it back to the manufacturer, they'd put on the finish, and send it back in two weeks. We're in no hurry, so my fiance approved. Kevin then texts me two days later to let me know he has my phone number and that the ring is ready for pick up. I called the store and spoke with Kevin asking if this now means our warranty is invalid. His response was, "Well, you just need to make sure you bring the ring directly to me and I'll take care of it." Frankly, this does not comfort me and dealing with Kevin is something I'd prefer not to do in the future. Please do not use Levy Jewelers if you wish to have an easy experience. I used Beard's Jewelers which is quite near-by and have had a great experience with them.

Levy Jewelers is a breath of fresh air for jewelry shopping in Jacksonville, FL. I discovered Levy Jewelers when I accompanied a friend shopping for her wedding band. We went to every jewelry store at the Town Center that day (except Mayor and Tiffany). By far, Levy Jeweler impressed with me with their no-pressure, educational approach and straight-forward pricing. I later returned to Levy Jewelers when it was time to find my own engagement ring. I found one I loved and it was priced clearly on the tag. To compare our other experience ring shopping, my fiance and I were showed a ring at a competitor at Town Center that was tagged at over $8,000. When I commented to the sales person that was a little out of our price range, the sales person said she had to "check her computer" and when she came back the price was suddenly only $4,000. That experience made me realize how great Levy Jewelers is to work with. They don't manipulate their pricing based on what they think you're willing to pay. All their inventory is clearly marked on the piece with the diamond rating, price, etc. No mysterious pricing games at Levy. The service is incredible. I would recommend to my friends and family to definitely check out Levy when shopping for jewelry. I feel that I can trust them in getting a great piece at a fair price. Also, I love that they carry a wide variety of estate jewelry as well as new pieces. Levy Jewelers is a gem of a jewelry store. (Pun intended.)

Please think twice before doing business with this Jeweler. In 2013, when I purchased my wife's engagement ring, I was promised a lifetime warranty against any defects and that the protection plan was included in purchase price. it was the primary reason I went with the purchase. within the first year, one of the stones detached from the ring and it was taken care of hassel free. 6 years later, another stone fell out. This time it was a different story. the staff was very rude and I was advised that the protection plan was only good for 12 months. They ended up fixing the issue, but advised it was the last time they would do it free of charge. Additionally, this time it took them 3 weeks to fix it. I'm very disappointed. The salesman at the time of the purchase advised that they have been in business for over a 100 years and their customer service and family reputation sets them apart from everyone else.

06/05/2023 I had just bought a watch at Costco in St. John Town Center and I needed it to get sized. I first went to Kay Jewelers because it seemed like a reliable place, however, they wanted to charge me $42 dollars just to get a few links taken off my watch! I happen to walk in this jewelry store and I was immediately greeted and was helped out within 5 min total! Best part, it was only $15 compared to Kay Jewelers price of $42. Also, they told me if my watch got a little tight in the summer, to come back and it would be free of charge to get it fixed again! Customer service is above and beyond and all I was doing was getting a watch fitted. Highly recommended and will return soon!

I'm forced to leave one star or I would leave 0. Bought a piece of David Yurman (ring) that broke 3 months after purchase. Brought in for repair and they said they have to ship it off for repair (no jeweler in the state!!). Took 3 weeks to get back and when they said it was ready for pick up, it was not. The next notification was via email and they said my WATCH is ready... I gave them a ring! When I called they didn't even have a record of my repair at all! So I drove all the way up there again and it was in and completely dirty! Will never shop here again.

I went to Levy’s to inquire about care and a watch winder for the Omega watch my father recently left me. Already in an emotional state, I was so thankful that Laura Stevens, Deanna Patterson, and Agra Chaundri were so gracious in assisting me, despite that Levy’s does not carry the Omega brand. These women are a true asset to this store and the Levy’s company overall. They displayed a kindness and caring above a simple transaction - ensuring that my winder was working and the time was set on my cherished watch. They have earned my future business.

We had such a wonderful and successful visit at Levy Jewelers, and Afra was the reason for it. We were greeted by her smiling face when we walked in the door. She was very patient and helpful when I was trying to decide which beautiful piece of jewelry I wanted to go home with. She helped me make a decision, and I am incredibly happy with what I purchased. Walked in for a battery change on my watch when the First Lady turned away to another woman who then literally made an awful face wrinkling up her nose as she took it then turned towards me with it on a pad and said our prices have increased and it’s $45.00!!! I laughed and said it use to be $15.00, i said no way would I pay that! Took it over to Jewel Tech and they only charged $15.00 it was done in minutes and got my ring cleaned too and all with a smile and a great experience!

Been here a few times my best experience was when my husband & I were on our date night and we stop in to buy me an everyday necklace. The guy who took care of was great, very friendly, wasn't pushy at all & I like that he knew if I didn't like something. I found this necklace & knew it was the one. He cleaned it up along with some other jewelry I was wearing too. I also stop in to get my jewelry cleaned when I'm shopping in the town center too and they clean it very nicely.

Very impressed with levy Jewelers Deanna was great she was honest and personal. They have a great selection of David Yurman. And especially like how honest they are. I paid for my purchase and later that evening I got a call from Deanna stating that two of my bills were stuck together and their cash drawer was over 100.00 and to come in and get it. It wou.d be in the safe waiting for me. 5 stars they definitely have my business. Thank you Deanna

I came in not looking to buy on that day. Laura Stevens was patient regardless, respected my time, and walked me patiently through their selection of men's wedding rings and various sizes and materials until the later date where I came back to purchase. Or course, that trip was much easier and quicker because I already knew what I wanted. So thank you Laura for being patient with me and helping me so much when I was just window shopping.

SO NOSEY!! I am never coming here again. I came in to look at some items from David Yurman. The woman that helped me was pushing me to buy it. She kept suggesting ways to pay like atm, check, zelle.. She even asked my mom if she can pay for it. Like what?? How can you ask your customer that?? Like so disrespectful. After she asked my mom to pay, I left in shock. I never heard a salesperson ask someone else to pay. Worst experience ever!!

I needed help with my crucifix, that I had purchased else where and I saw Levy Jewelers and went in. I was helped by Ms Deanna Patterson. She was so helpful and knowledgable. She fixed my problem and refused any payment. You don't see caring or class like that from most people or businesses. Thank You Ms Patterson!
