I had a click and collect option, the closing time was 18:00 and i was there at 17:30 she didn’t took us inside and she was so rude and shouting on me it was a birthday gift she didn’t even gave a box or packed it and when i asked for box she was so angry and made faces. I mean if we are paying so much for it and this is what happening with us it’s really not worth anything. Such a bad experience in that shop would never prefer going there.

Absolutely brilliant service. The store manager (J) I forgot her name (sorry) has a passion for the product and had some amazing ideas. This is a lady who has taken time out to research her stock. Will definitely be going back. Could not fault her customer service! I've already planned my next purchase.

Georgina (store manager) was amazing! She made my first time in pandora so fun and helpful. She clearly knows a lot about the products and was so genuine and took her time with me and my boyfriend finding a bracelet ! Hope she’s in there when i next go in ☺️

Says it closes at 5:30 3 days in a row I arrive 20minutes before 5:30 and it’s closed! Rush from work to collect my order which I only have 5 days to do and it’s closed bloody inconvenient. It is illegal for it to closed before closing time

As of recent I keep purchasing from Pandora and everytime George makes my experience so great! She is really passionate and gives great customer service. Thank you Pandora Lewisham!
