The owner and staff at this Pharmacy are stellar. When I first moved to Dublin, years ago, I was non-plussed by pharamacies closer to home. From the first moment with the team here, I was impressed. They take the time to not only be attentive to your immediate transactional needs; but go above and beyond to build a long term relationship of service and support with you as their customer. I regularrly send them emails with recurring perscriptions for pickup and or ring them and arrange to pickup a immeadiate item as I'm on my way or passing near the pharmacy. They are always accomodating. This "old school" and warm approach won me over long ago and they earned my business as loyal customer. You'll not go wrong with the lovely staff here.

Went there this morning for the walk-in Covid jab clinic. I found the place well lit, exceptionally clean, and staff really nice and helpful. With each ding dong of someone coming in, another member of staff comes down the steps to look after them. Only one person in front of me. I was able to get the flu jab also at the same time. So one arm Covid jab and the other flu. Never felt a thing. There’s usually a sting with the needle going in, but no, nothing. Happy customer!

Life Pharmacy Ballsbridge is an efficient, professional, patient centred care pharmacy. The Pharmacists and staff make everything seamless and always work with you to achieve the right outcome. Their clinical knowledge is impressive; their exceptional patient centre care just does not adequately describe their values, ethos and delivery. Highly recommended. This is the best service I've received from a pharmacy in my life. They helped me immediately, were friendly beyond belief and offered tips about Dublin without me even asking!!! Unbelievable-I haven't been in Ireland long enough to know if everyone in Dublin is this cool - but these guys made my year. Thank you soooooooo much!!! As a Yank, I always expect shade - but the staff here is truly cool. Please give them a raise!!!!

I would like to send a huge thanks to everyone in Life, you literally were life savers. We rang in an absolute panic to look for a Covid booster late in the evening after having found it last minute that our child had to get a booster before travelling. Just to say that everyone was so helpful, so understanding and I have been tellIng everyone about how they went out of their way to help. You are all brilliant thanks again

I like that this pharmacy is open until late. Great customer service and very knowledgeable pharmacists. Asking appropriate questions and providing correct information about the medicines. I totally recommend and you can feel confident that the person helping you will have the knowledge necessary to recommend the right medicine for you.

Walked in off the street tody with a strange swelling in my jaw the staff and pharmacist treated me so well they checked and monitored me for 20 mins to ensure it wasn't an anaphylactic reaction... I was never in this pharmacy before, but they treated me with great care and kindness , thanks guys! fab job! great service!

I brought my five year old in for his flu vaccine last year. He was very nervous, and the staff were amazingly patient and reassured him. He left the shop delighted with himself, and I know he won't be afraid next time he needs a vaccine! I find the staff always helpful and pleasant to deal with. Thanks Guys.

These guys are great. Was calling around pharmacies which seem to have a shortage of penicillin everywhere and my friend recommended here. Spoke to Leslie who was so helpful and they had stock! Went in and everyone was so pleasant and kind, especially to my sick daughter. Pharmacist brilliant too. Thank you!!

Highly recommend! I needed last minute photos and documents for an emergency passport. The owner/pharmacist went above and beyond to help me get them in time for my early appt. He was very helpful and kind. It's also conveniently located close to all embassies.

Last minute drop in for an urgent prescription, great service from both Paddy and his assistant (sorry didn't get the young ladies name) but so helpful in advice needed. Thanks for the long hours and help, really appreciate it when visiting and needing help.

I was buying the face mask here it was overpriced and I would like to get refund. They are not allowed. One face mask costs 4€and I have to buy a box and paid 120€ for 30 masks.

They didn't want to sell an innocuous drug because the prospect was in Spanish. Just went to Boots to get it, they're not as picky with their customers.
